I ordered a pair of silk pajamas in October for £89. I requested a refund shortly after receiving them as they did not look nice on.

I was told that Silksilky does not accept returns to a UK address and that I'd have to ship them to either the US or Germany. I spent £12 shipping to Germany. They didn't accept the return so it got sent back to me. Silksilky then told me to try sending it to their UK logistics provider, which I did for another £8, and according to the tracking, it was received.

That was 11 December. I have followed up multiple times since that date asking for my refund and each time they pretend that they don't know I am entitled to it - they ask me to send the tracking number again, or ask for my Paypal email etc. BUT NEVER PAY.

Don't waste your time and money ordering from these scammers

This scam company are extremely frustrating to deal with on refund policy, I bought an item based in their website sizing guide and it arrived three sizes too small and it definitely was not silk. There have been multiple emails from them asking for my paypal address for
Refund which I have confirmed and also notified them that the paypal account is how the order was placed. I have contacted paypal who have cautioned them and still they are harassing me with ignorant emails for paypal info.
Such a Saga. They do not understand English or how a company operates.
Do not buy from this scam Chinese could care less company.

I was very cautious ordering of SilkSilky as their site seemed to have been to good too be true with their pricing being fairly reasonable for silk.
I ordered the wrong sizing, which I had informed them via email and the responses where quick! Very impressed by the communication.
They gave me an estimate on how long it would take and communicated that my tracking number would be the same as the last shipping. I was a. It skeptical about that but they reassured me.
My exchange arrived within 3weeks and I am very pleased with my set. I feel great in it! My Fiance loves me in it, it's flattering.
I have been wanting to buy silk pyjamas for so long now and everywhere I look it just seems to be a little pricey.
This site seems to have good deals. I will definitely buy from here again.

I bought a pair of these for my 13-year-old niece and she wore them one night and they stretched out. I contacted the company and they offered me a 15% off another pair. Terrible customer service and terrible quality. I would never buy from them again. I would not recommend these to anybody.

This company has terrible customer service and policy. Shopping online for intimates is difficult and not having a good return policy for issues, errors, sizing etc is not a company I will support in the future. I ordered a set of underwear that were the wrong size. I never tried them on… holding them up was enough to know they would not fit. So to return, they said they will make an exception however I will need to pay for my own shipping. This company is expensive as it is and shipping is another $30+ for underwear! All companies have their cost and most companies, you can return no issue. That's the cost of doing business online. To say I'm upset is an understatement. Their response is "here's our policy" well my response is "here is my review"

I ordered two silk pajamas for my friends birthday. It took a month to get delivered. Came damaged and wrinkled. TWO PAJAMAS CRUMBLED IN A TINY BOX! I reached out to customer service and asked if they would replace it and send me another one asap since my friends birthday was only a few days away! They wouldn't send a replacement and instead offered me a $20 discount and said I could steam it and make it look good. I refused the discount and asked for a return label and a refund. Hazel at customer service said they don't send return labels but if I pay to have it returned they would reimburse me. I sent the package back and returned it on December 4th! Today is January 4th and I still haven't received my money back for the items or the return label. This company is a scam and complete trash! I will never order anything from them ever again!

The material is not pure silk at least not what I ordered. I compared the silk pillow cases we bought from Amazon and the pillow case from Silksatin and there is a difference. The pillow case from this place (and all of the other items I bought) was a thinner and rougher feel. It was also different the way everything i bought was thrown together in the same box. The problem is they are charging as if it's pure silk. It also arrived a day after Christmas when I ordered it on the 12th. I asked for a refund and it seems I'm being jerked around by customer service.
I wish I looked at this site for the reviews. Spot on with a 2.5 rating, maybe even lower.

Order placed for $350 worth of lingerie and paid for premium 3-5 day shipping. The order was ready for shipping on December 13th from CHINA ….arrived at my door on December 27th.

Not only do they advertise as an American company, they are a Chinese owned company that sells scam products.
I ordered a robe & Pajama set for my wife and followed their exact size chart. The product I received looked as if it were made to fit a small child. I contacted customer support and got zero comforting response. Rudeness and refusal to assist correcting this at all. They kept insisting that I pay to ship it back to them, take photos of the garment with a measuring tape and a list of other requests.
I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

This is my second order from SilkSilky as I was so happy with my previous purchases. This time I was buying Christmas presents, so the sizes were all different. Almost immediately after purchasing I received an email from the SilkSilky team who had noticed the size variations and wanted to check that I had not made a mistake. When I said they were gifts they immediately replied asking if I wanted gift bags. I also had a query about underwear sizes. I gave them my measurements and they took the time to measure the underwear, and got it right. The team were always quick with their replies and upgraded my postage to express when we realised it may not arrived before Christmas. I am so impressed by their friendly service and professionalism on every level. Thanks SilkSilky you are awesome!

Do not buy this product! They do not honor 30 day east return! The sizing is irregular and the product is super cheap! They do not provide invoice in package.

Avoid to buy anything from them, dodgy company. Don't do refund, worst customer service. I lost 80£ and I can't even wear my dress. If you wanna exchange you need to spend another 45£ for the refund.

I ordered three shirts with the expectation that I would keep two. I have kept all three, they are so nice! Good delivery, which was faster than I expected. Will be shopping here again.

Do not do business with this company. It is yet another China based company that will do anything to get your business but then provide a poor product and no capability to obtain a refund even though they claim that they will. Specifically, my silk pajama came dirty and sizing is a joke. My XL was the size of a small/medium. Information on their refund policy was false as they provide a nonexistent email to which you are to correspond.
