Bought a dress which didn't fit so emailed the company asking for a refund as per instructions on website. At first they wouldn't offer me a refund, just an exchange of item. It took 3 back and forths with 3 people before they finally agreed i could send it back for a full refund. 4 weeks later they've said they can't find my item and issue a refund without s tracking number.

They are a complete scam, only issuing refunds if you can prove that your item arrived (I.e via tracking) and otherwise accepting returned items AND keeping the money that was paid for them. I have submitted a complaint to Onbudsman and Resolver. Please don't use this company!

They won't send all your items and then will make you go crazy trying to get anything resolved. Missing an item from the order and spent nearly a mont before deciding to file a dispute.

I made $200+ order. I received no order confirmation and no receipt. I contacted them to get a tax invoice and they straight up refused to give it after playing silly mind games with me.

I have been repeatedly very pleased with the quality and superb comfort of the garments and the execution of the order and delivery. High recommendation.

Well made, good price luxury silk dressing gown. We love it as it's made from good quality silk which flows beautifully over the body.

Overpriced products from China. Quality of items is below average. Awful/no customer service- impossible to return items or get refunds. Definitely not ordering again.

I ordered on Monday for 3-5 business day shipping. I see on the DHL website that I won't receive the order until NEXT Monday. I paid extra for the shipping, but ended up getting regular shipping. I should have looked at this website before I ordered - I could have gotten something I needed on-time.

Ordered £100 garment out of clearance only saving £40. Item arrived screwed up In a box as though it had been sent out to previous purchasers. Certainly wasn't presented as you would expect. Sent email immediately together with picture requesting the start of a refund only to be told that that as it was clearance it was not eligible for return. Please be aware of the website as it doesn't state this on the main page anywhere. The company is a sham and I have put this I'm the hands of my solicitor as the quality of the product is not acceptable finished either for the price. Do not waste your money.
I will be posting of every platform that this company uses to warn others. Do not get caught out

I like to wear silk clothes, because they are smooth and silky. Also silky Panama's are comfortable and I get good night sleep.

The only thing real about the silk is the price! The inside texture of the bonnet I ordered sold as "100% real silk" feels rough and plasticity almost, just like satin feels on the reverse side...because it is satin lol. The rough synthetic inside and the lack of authentic label gave it away. You're paying the price of real silk, but you're getting satin. Should be shut down and sued, but it's overseas so good luck! They are liars and they are selling fake silk. Also sends me a spam email everyday of their *sales*...of course they have sales...it is fake! Still the sale price on their fake""silk"" is far higher than the price of satin, HUGE rip off. They are making a huge profit at our expense. Hope they go out of business. SilkFakey.

Men's PJs: The patterns are nice & the fabric feels good. HOWEVER, the sizing is terrible! Men's XL pyjamas are a full 4 inches smaller in the waist and 2 inches shorter than US-made pyjamas. That continues in the torso. My husband's size has not changed, but these PJs were terribly tight & split, the 2nd time he wore them.
