This company made it as difficult as possible to return the item, with emails back and forth offering 20% off for keeping it. I sent the item back weeks ago and I still haven't received a refund. This company is a scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
I received my order in December, but the fit was not good, so I decided to return the item for a refund. I followed the website details and advice and I emailed the customer service address provided. I waited 2 months for a response. Firstly they try to offer you a discount to keep your item, but after insisting I wanted to return the item for a refund I was sent the postal address. I immediately returned the package (at my own cost) in perfect quality, labels attached, etc., and with a tracking number. It was received at their depot on 11th March 2023 and I am STILL waiting for a refund of £76,3 months later! I have not received any communication from the company about receipt of the package, or that they are processing the refund. I have emailed them again and I am awaiting a response. This company and its returns policy are terribly disorganised, unreliable and deeply frustrating. Save yourself the frustration and only use reputable companies.
I had just placed my order, minutes before contacting them to cancel. They assured me that all my items would be returnable and they also took so long to reply to emails that it ended up shipping before I could complete the cancellation. Do not trust them. Also, sizes are not accurate at all!
Just a typical Chinese ecommerce company without actual production line.
They have fancy looking website(s) to fool western buyers.
The products they sells is just rebranding of typical OEM.
The issue is the measurements can be hit and missed.
I ordered two TEE shirts same size with different colors. Arrived via DHL from China with one of them much smaller than the other one with same tag of size.
Communicate with them back and forth, with pictures etc.
They wanted me to send back to them on my own cost.
Becareful when buying from their website. They operate several websites with similar products.
If you really need silk products, just buy it from proper store directly.
I have received my second order from SilkSilky of their underwear. They are lovely to wear and the cut is really comfortable.

My mother passed away before I could give her the pajama set as a birthday gift. I immediately requested a return, and they offered a discount if I kept the set. I returned the item within three days of receiving it, and they still have not refunded me months late. It is a constant argument with them, and I have now taken it to a dispute with American Express. DO NOT buy with this company, as they are unethical and a rip off! Total SCAM
So sad to receive this product, the items is fake with 100% silk label. It does not have any nature silking feeling, too smooth like artificial materials. Don't buy it because of cheap.
I received size large pajamas which in American sizing would at best be a size medium but most likely a size small. I tried contacting the company both by email and via their website. No response. Therefore I returned the item to the package return address since I had no other option. I have not heard from them. Unless the BBB can get something done, I guess im out $159. This company are scam artists!

No return adress or contact information. Email adress does not accept emails either. Went through web site got one reply asking the problem. 3 emails later no response from them to return. Its another Chinese scam. AVOID, the reviews appear fake as well due to language etc. and adressing the exact claims made by others, the reviews state the opposite
Quality is poor, workmaship is of an H&M level. Seams are puckering all over.
Customer servise is just as bad. 6 emails to get an approval to return the item.
Then another 5 emails chasing a refund
I have a small head, so it's not easy to find an eye mask that doesn't slip off in my sleep. And it's the morning's when I need it most when it gets light, to prevent me from waking up too early.
I have tried a few eye masks from Etsy in the past, but they weren't good enough for me.
This eye pad may not look as fancy as other silk eye pads, but it does a much better job in many ways.
It blocks out the light well.
It is comfortable on the eyes and much more comfortable than others on the ears.
It is wide all the way around and fastened with a velcro strip (though for the future, it would be even better if this strip could be a bit wider and a bit longer. But that's because of my head)
It fits a variety of head sizes easily.
Due to the masks total width over the ears it is not only very comfortable, but also slightly softens sound, which in itself gives a comforting feeling for rest and relaxation.
I highly recommend these eye masks.
If you need to return anything, they will ignore/lie/ignore Consumer Laws/rip you off blatantly. Items are ordered,not available.No ABN number.No tracking/service. I have copies of emails I have sent to the ACCC. I will contact the equivalent in the USA.
I bought my wife a silky pajama set for a Christmas and it was too small. Still have not heard back! Horrible customer service and no phone #. Stay away from this company feel totally ripped off.
I recently purchased several silk pajama sets for women from SilkSilky.com. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and the outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend SilkSilky.com to friends and family - mainly because of the quality of the merchandise and the exceptional customer service.
I have never received such poor quality silk. The pjs were already splitting at the seams when I received it and the robe fell apart after two wears. The inside tie fell off and the seams split under the arm. The quality is terrible and is so thin compared to other mulberry silk items I've order from Blissy and Slip. Watch out or you'll be burned like the $ I spent…over $200
If this company sells their silk clothing in the US, they should standardize their products for the American market. I bought an extra large piece of clothing for $139 dollars. What I got was at least 2 sizes too small. I contacted the company twice, and never got an address to return the item. Don't be fooled or you will lose your money.

Whether the quality is good or not means nothing if the product doesn't fit your body shape. This company does not allow refunds as they say they do. Be careful
Orderns beforere Christmas. Payed for fast delivery and still today, beginning of February, I have not received squat.
Mind you it is not an American company like they want you to believe.
I have received several emails to give them feedback on the products and I keep giving them 1 star and explain why, they don't show on the site. I sent them emails to ask about my order and I have received no answer up until last Friday.
I quote " Please do not worry,i will ask our staff to check it for you
Thanks for your waiting " end quote. Written exactly like that.
I don't really have high hopes. I will definitely never use this company again.
So difficult to return. Days of repeated emails to get a return address (each time they offer discounts or exchange no matter how much you say "I just want to return for refund"). Eventually they agree. £23 to return a £220 order to the USA. Then 3.5 weeks later no refund despite multiple emails. Very disappointing. Avoid.
Total con company. Stay clear. Fake reviews (note the poor English in the reviews). China / USA based despite the UK Silky Silk name.
Costs as much to return as items are worth.
Answer: They are a scam in the sense that they advertise "real silk" but actually send you basic satin. Like buying "real diamonds" and getting glass, 100% fraud.
Answer: The online looked good. The product didn't much resemble what was advertised.
Answer: There appears to be a warehouse address in southern California adjacent a DHL center.
