Received my dress and it's beautiful. Ordered a US size 8, that is my normal dress size(website suggested sizing down). Good fit, I wear a 38C bra and the bust fits just right. Material hangs beautifully. One slight hiccup, the hem isn't even, longer on front left side, will need to have it altered. Customer service is great. I needed

I've ordered once before and loved everything I ordered! I ordered recently for my second time and unfortunately did not receive my order, due to the delivery service. Having completely forgotten about my order, I checked my tracking and saw that it had been delivered weeks before. I contacted the customer service and was helped out by Andrea. She is so awesome! She went ahead and shipped me another of the item I ordered and with express delivery without charge! I am definitely satisfied with my purchase and their wonderful service and will continue to order with them in the future! Thank you again Andrea!

Took my money and then claimed it was in customs and the only way they could get it to me was by giving the my FULL social security and a copy of my driver license! I refused to and then randomly it appeared weeks later! When I returned the items that were poorly made they said they hadn't received my package which I sent out 3 weeks earlier! I am now out over $1,000. Thankfully I didn't give this company my social security!
Hi Hayley, We apologise sincerely that there was trouble with you receiving your parcel! I had been taking care of this matter for you and pushing for your parcel to be released from being held as you were not comfortable providing that information that the courier company was initially asking for. Having placed such a large order the company had required certain documentation due to legalities in the US, it was not Showpo that required this information. As they were able to release your parcel for delivery we were so glad however as you have wished to return them I outlined our return process which involves sending the items back to our US address so that it is cost effective for you rather than shipping it all the way back to Australia. From there we ship it back here ourselves to cover that cost however we hope you can understand this process would take a few weeks due to the operations involved. I did provide you with these estimated time frames and state we would email you once it was processed in Australia and as it had just arrived not too long ago to our US warehouse we had not contacted you as it is not complete. I received my order from Showpo and was unfortunately unhappy with the fitting I emailed customer service about return policy etc and received great service. The person helping me was very patient, informative, kind and responded to emails quickly. I have no complaints.

To start I wouldn't even rate them 1 star. I purchased a pair of jeans which didn't come cheap at $69.95. Upon arriving I found that they were made of cheap material (elastic-kind) and didn't look anything like the ones I had ordered (the photo they sold me on). Overall I'm really disappointed! Showpo isn't cheap for online shopping and definitely wouldn't recommend! Such a waste of money for the quality of product! Don't waste your time shopping with Showpo, you're best off going in store and paying less for higher quality!
Note: Showpo have done little to resolve this! No response

It was my first time ordering through Showpo and being in the US I was unsure of the difference in sizing. A couple things didn't fit, and although I missed the 14 day return window, Wendy helped me get store credit so I could get some more super cute items! Love the service and the clothes :) Great quality items as well!

I wouldn't recommend shopping from these people. I have found clothes that they have listed on their site for $50 listed on eBay for $10. I believe some of their products are imported and they've just had their model pose in them and jacked up the price. I have an example of a product I was going to buy. Personally I would not shop from these people. This is only one example of atleast 10 items I've found. I would have felt sick if I had of paid $50 for this.
Hi Katie, In terms of the example you have provided that Ebay store is illegally using our images to sell clothing and we will be contacting them in regards to this. Being an online retailer we try to have as many of these pages taken down as they are most likely selling counterfeit product which would not be the same as Showpo. We appreciate you flagging this with us and we will be taking action however please know that these stores selling these items are most likely replicating and selling these pieces at a low quality or as a scam all together. I was very surprised how fast my shipment came in from Australia to the US where I live. Super cute clothing too that is affordable and when I emailed Showpo I got a response right back with very helpful information. Will definitely be ordering from here a lot more! It took only 12 days to get to me from when I ordered it.

I ordered a dress for a formal from this site for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with it! I live in the US, but showpo shipped it the same day I bought it and it got here in no time. I am obsessed with my dress and the quality is so great! When I had a question about my order, I emailed and had an answer and then some within thirty minutes thanks to April.
