Tried Showpony for the first time and must say that on the site the clothes look great... unfortunately when I received them I was really disappointed with the fabric quality. They honestly looked like a pile of rags. Out of the 5 pieces I ordered only one turned out to be good value for money.
I ordered about 3 weeks ago to germany and the package didnt even get to me. The tracking says its still in Frankfurt since 2 weeks but sorry this really can't be! Payed over 200 for nothing! No reply to my email neighter.

I have finally been refunded after I emailed them multiple times. I was refunded the price of the dress, but not the tax and shipping. It wasn't worth fighting over $10

I returned a dress (in its original packing and everything!) the dress was more formal looking than I had thought so I didn't even try it on! It has been three weeks and I have still yet to receive my money!

I paid 60$ for a dress and the first time I cleaned the dress ( clothing doesn't come with washing instructions) and it shrunk so small I can't wear it at all. It's a shame! I didn't even put the dress in the dryer. So I paid 60$ to wear the dress twice and had to throw the dress out. So upsetting.

I think this store might be a scam. I ordered $400 dollars worth of clothes from here and only 2 items showed up. The "tracking" they provide only shows that the order has shipped, not when it will arrive or what items shipped. I've contacted them twice and no response.
Hi Jessica, We do ship items from both our US warehouse and AU warehouse so not to worry as they will be arriving separately and we do state this at the checkout and in our shipping information. Submitted a return nearly a month ago and never received a refund; tracking showed it as delivered but warehouse never processed it in CA (company is based in AUS). Contacted company in AUS and they responded promptly and researched the case accordingly. Once they realized I did in fact send the returns accordingly, they processed a refund pretty quickly.

I am a first time U.S. customer. Overall my Showpo experience has been good.
When I placed my order with Showpo it was after a few days of deliberation. I was nervous that I would be screwed into a store credit if the clothing did not work, and I knew my shipment would not make it from Ohio to Australia in 14 days without a hefty cost (well over the cost of my purchase). When I saw that I only had to ship to California I was relieved as I knew I could ship from Ohio to California in just a few days.
Initially, Showpo only gave me a store credit. But after I complained that I met the two week return policy (to CA not AUS) they understood, and since I was a US customer I received a full refund.
Overall the Customer Service group is super friendly. I think they could be more detailed in their emails as I had to follow up with additional questions. It seems like they are still working out some of the processes for expanding to the US.

OKay, so I honestly think the clothes are super cute but this store has scammed me out of $500! I ordered several items online and when they came I didn't exactly like the way they fit, so I sent them back for a refund. I sent them over FOUR WEEKS AGO and my UPS tracking number shows that it has arrived at the facility over 3 weeks ago - but Showpo customer service has "no clue" where my items are. Seriously. Don't order from them. HORRIBLE experience. Never got my money back.

One of my shirts that was delivered had a hole in it and I was worried I would have to pay the shipping costs back. When I emailed customer service about it, a girl named April emailed back quickly and all I had to do was take a picture. They told me I didn't have to send it and that I had the options of getting a refund, store credit, or a replacement! Anytime this has happened other places, it takes a long time for customer service to reply and I have to pay shipping costs, and it takes a long time for them to get a replacement to me! I was refunded really quickly from showpo too!
I had questions regarding tracking my order. I emailed and received a response very quickly and April was so helpful. She answered all my questions!
