As someone who works in client service, I am a bit more harsh when judging client/customer service, but wow. Showpo does it right. April replied to my emails in a timely and respectful manner and helped me get a refund + took extra steps to show me how to make a return. My love for this brand grows every day!

I ordered around $500 worth of merchandise in the same size and all of the items were different sizes - some were so small I couldnt fit my head through and some were so large -the sizing is inconsistent.
The quality of the merchandise is bad as well. Cheap quality, except they charge like $50 per item.
Also, I tried to contact the customer service agents to see if I could get a refund instead of store credit because I will NOT be buying $500 worth of merchandise in the future since its bad quality and inconsistent sizing (how can I know i won't get another super tiny or super large piece of clothing?), and the customer service rep took 5 days to respond only with a copied and pasted reply stating that I could return for store credit.
Overall, don't trust this brand on Instagram. They hire models to showcase the items, but in real life the material is cheap, the sizing is inconsistent, and if they truly believed in their brand and clothes, they would give you a refund, not store credit. Offering store credit means that they know chances are you will probably return it. DON'T shop from them. Save your money.
Also, you can't even file for return protection with your credit cards because the company is not located in the U.S. and have no store presence here.

I ordered something about a month ago and the item never came. I contacted showpo and with in a business day April responded letting me know what the issue was. She was very nice, helpful, and assessed the situation very fast. She applied store credit to my account and i was able to reorder what I originally ordered in a matter of seconds. I am very happy with the help I recieved.

Website still says to this day option of refund or store credit. Change your website or stop telling people something that you have advertised as untrue. Legally, you have published a refund option on your return policy so that is what I am entitled to.

I ordered a dress that didn't fit, I returned it THE NEXT DAY. Waited and waited for a notification of receiving the return and nothing. I finally decided to email, and the very next day I received store credit. I did not want store credit, I needed a refund. They reply saying the return policy is 14 days. Total bullsh***t because the returns address is in New Zealand, so it would have 100% got there within 14 days. Ruined my experience with Showpo.

Well, learned my lesson the hard way. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ive tried several days of emails asking for assistance and no response. Their live chat is non-existent. If youre from USA, find a legit company and save yourself the headache. Terrible service.

Their clothes are super cute and sizes are pretty much very universal, but the items are fairly expensive. They take forever to ship, even if you pay for express shipping as I have, you don't get your products on time. They also DO NOT respond to customer emails, I've emailed them 2 or 3 times and have yet to get a response. The live chat does not work, or you can not find it on the website to actually try and use it. When you call the number, which I did even though it would be international and cost me even more money! The hours listed on the automated telephone message are different from the hours listed on their website, GREAT. They offer no customer service AT ALL, if you're going to spend this kind of money you can find the same pieces and WAY better service at other sites like lucy in the sky, hello molly. You suck showpo, educate yourselves on what customer service is and try to spend some of the millions you make in this area.
Trying to return an item so far has taken over 6 attempts to contact. They only offer store credit (despite that being against consumer law).
Customer service team is appalling and only seem to be helpful on public forums (Facebook page and review sites) however privately in my messages, emails and chat on their site, they are rude, unhelpful and unapologetic. Never ever buying again. Ill stick to LPD and St Frock.

I got my order so quickly for an international store! I had to contact customer service and the lady I spoke to was so kind, unlike most online stores that treat you like a number the customer service treats you like a friend they're wanting to genuinely help. Not to mention how cute everything I bought was, will definitely be back for more.

Love this site! Was iffy about it after the matinence problem but then I was helped by such sweet girls who solved the problem and helped me feel less stressed! I love the clothes I bought and the customer service was even better! Just placed a new order and am super excited about it!

I have had an horrible experience with this site! First time shopping from them, I recieved a falty item. It was dis-colored at the front and was frayed along one sleeve. I was worried that the stain my be seen as "makeup" however I do not wear makeup and I made this clear in my message to them. I was assured that they understood this and this I could still return my item and get store credit. I had to pay for the return shipping and they said I would be reimbursed with extra store credit. HOWEVER. I waited a couple of weeks for my store credit but it never came so I messaged them to ask them about it. They then replied saying that my item was stained so I will not be receiving a refund or store credit. They didn't even tell me about this until I had asked! I wasted almost a month trying to work this out and then ended up losing $60NZD. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ridiculously hard to speak to a representative and they make their return process much harder than it has to be. I've been trying to return clothes for awhile and every-time i call or chat with customer service it reads they are "away at the moment".
I bought a skirt from there earlier in the year and loved it, but my second large purchase has been a disaster.
Am not planning on buying from this website again.

I was charged for US$175.80 but NEVER received my package! Its been a month! I got an email saying my order was placed but no follow up email with my tracking information!

April was really great in helping me get my store credit. I bought four things--loved 2 things and gottons of conpliments but other two htings i sent back and april did a great job assisting me. Just wish they did returns instead of store credit now that even F21 is doing returns

I'll start with the good - Their shipping is very fast and I was quite impressed with that!
The bad - The dress I received last week is damaged. Not a problem as I understand things happen and assume I could at least return it since I can't even wear it. WRONG. My initial email had received one response telling me to send in my photos, which I did, and haven't heard a thing since. Why? I have emailed and sent in my photos of the faulty dress 3 times now and nobody seems to want to help me with this matter. I want a refund as I am left with a broken dress that I can't wear. I really wanted to love this online store and would really appreciate if I could get a decent customer service representative.

I never got my package. The order status showed that my package had been received by the post office four days ago! I called the post office gave them my tracking number and they can't find my package! They told me the tracking number gives them an error. This has never happened to me! Also I have emailed them twice about this and no reply! :( The dress was suppose to be for my friend's wedding this weekend.
