Accidental wrong order, but my issue was resolved after thorough communication :) the bathing suit I got was great quality and I love it. Highly recommend!
I shopped with ShowPo for the first time last month after I saw an amazing dress on their Instagram (which I now get all the compliments for and love that no-one in England probably has one).
To cut a very long story short, I had a bit of a nightmare ordering items to the UK because they were busy and then customs charged me a fortune.
HOWEVER their clothes were lovely and when I explained the costs involved to the customer services team, they came back to me and offered to refund me all the fees as they're in the process of putting clearer information on the website.
I would shop there again :)

This romper is super sexy yet very comfortable! The material is great quality which I was nervous about at first after ordering but I love it. Its a little big up top so I will be getting it altered but I cant wait to wear it at my bridal shower! I will definitely be ordering from Showpo again.

I really love the way they market themselves and their clothing is definitely my style. They've definitely improved on shipping internationally to the US; items used to take 2 weeks (business days) to arrive and now take 1 week (including weekends). However, where I wish they'd improve is the quality for the price. The prices are quite high for the quality (Forever21/H&M quality). While I love the majority of the clothing I've received, some of it has been see-through, too tight, too loose, rips easily, etc.

I would not recommend this website AT ALL. I ordered a dress from here and was supposed to receive it 2 weeks ago and never received it. I've been emailing them and trying to get in contact with them to get a refund but they have not complied and have not been responding to me. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered three dresses from here. Beautiful dresses and material, excellent customer service and they do what they say. You will get your dress on time. A word of advice, don't ever go with Oshoplive (see my review on sitejabber). They are shocking. Stick with Showpro and you can't go wrong in any direction. It's hard to give this an adequate review because half of the clothing I purchased was perfect, and the other half was terrible.
I bought a maxi dress that was so beautiful and fit so perfectly that I wore it for my engagement pictures. I also purchased 2 shirts that looked like I made them (I'm a horrendous seamstress) and wouldn't fit my 4 year old cousin they were so small.
So, if you're the gambling type, go for it-you might luck out and find something amazing! The bad news is they don't refund your money, but they do refund you store credit.

I recently discovered showpo about a month ago and its safe to say Im completely obsessed. Everything Ive ordered so far has fit so perfect and was delivered to me SO fast! Showpo is definitely my new go-to online shopping site and I cant see that changing anytime soon.

Too expensive for what you actually get, looks and feels cheap. Delivery time was great though but overall would not buy from this site again

I ordered $116 worth of items on Showpo and realized that the sizes ran a bit large on me than expected so I returned them to Showpo. April was of great help, and helped me in a timely manner, responding to my e-mails in about a day. Great customer service!

Alors tout d'abord, j'ai déjà commander 2 fois l'année dernière, je n'ai jamais eu de souçis, super service clients, réponse assez rapide ( -24h)
Il y a 1 mois j'ai commander un manteau a 70 Euros, un bordeaux sur leur site. Les taille reste correcte pareil que les taille française, mais vérifier toujours avec le guide de taille. La livraison a durer 3 semaine c'étais très long. Mais cette fois si j'ai eu des frais de douane ( je suis en Belgique) de 33 euros. Le site a fait 50% de remboursement avec moi sur mon compte paypal j'étais ravis. Mais la qualité de cette veste étais très très légère alors qu'elle paraisait très épaisse du coup 70 euros la veste plus 33 euros de frais de douane, j'étais un peu déçu pour le manteau mais la couleur et la forme du manteau reste très beau.
Je recommande ce site mais faite attention à la qualité sur quelque article.
