I ordered two dresses on here before heading on a cruise. Even with Ebates I almost spent $100 on 2 things! 2? I'll never do that again. Now I'm trying to contact them to let them know the item was much too big, and they won't respond at all on ANY social media platform. I literally hate this. $54 for a dress? I should've known.
The only pro: their size chart is very true for US, it actually runs big. I'm normally a 12/14, but I wasn't sure about this website so I bought a 16. It's huge on me! So I guess there's the bright side.

If you want SEE THROUGH OVERPRICED CLOTHES this is the place for you! I purchased two dresses and a back chain from Showpo. Due to the materials listed and the price, I evaluated and figured it would be of similar quality of other items I have made of the same materials purchased elsewhere; wrong! When the dresses came, one of them was completely see through, and the other, though not as see through, did not even look like the picture! BOTH items were not as described, and let's not even talk about the chain! I didn't even take it out of the package because I could clearly see it was tangled up. I immediately put everything back in its original packaging and contacted the company. I went back and forth back and forth with nonsense. They claimed they could only give me a refund if the items were faulty otherwise they only do store credit. Apparently being UNWEARABLE because its TRANSPARENT does not count as "faulty"and neither does an unwearable chain. Weird right? I am still awaiting they do the RIGHT thing and give me back my money. I cannot believe they think it's OK to charge people 3x more for something they could easily get for 1/3 of the price.

They will not give you a refund but didn't no that until I received my items. Horrible policy and will never order from this company again. Also clothing received was nothing like pictured online. Items were uneven hems and heavier material. The return parcel form does not work, even when they tried they apologized for faulty form. Entire website was difficult to navigate as each time I filled out a form or questionaire it would kick out cannot send. IM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. BEWARE PUBLIC

The dress I ordered was beautiful, just as described and fit perfectly. It came quickly and the experience was great! I had a small problem with some stitching and the customer support ladies were awesome. I turned down a full refund plus store credit because I really loved the dress. They unexpectedly gave me a 50% credit at the store for my troubles. I dealt with April and Andrea and they were both wonderful. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

I will say the customer service for this site is AMAZING. They are very helpful, reply very quickly, and store credit that doesn't expire is really awesome. However the quality of clothing isn't on par for me. The clothes are photographed beautifully, you get a sense that they'll be of really good quality but that's not the case. The materials are usually very thin and flimsy, when for the item of clothing you've picked out you would have expected a thicker more substantial material. I will also say the sizes run slightly bigger (on me anyway, I'm a size 4-6).
