That's my third order from showpo. Each item i recived are just amaziiing can't wait to put them on. Showpo is my favorite online shopping site :) and by far. The customer service are more than helpful! I recieve a quick respond from April or Kelly on any issue or problem i was experiencing. I had a delivery problem with the second order and both Kelly and April advised me to check with the local courier. Showpo items are lovely and the customer service are great.
This was my first time ordering from Showpo, normally I don't like ordering online because I always like to try on the outfit first to see what if it will fit or not, but I must say I'm very satisfied on purchasing it and it fit good! I'll definitely be ordering from Showpo again!

Chrissy from customer service helped me out and she was amazing! She answered all of my questions over a package I had returned and a refund, but she got it! It took a little longer than I expected and I was worried because I've never returned a package before, but she explained what was going on and got my refund!

Showpo's customer service was nothing short of a great experience. April helped me out today with a cancellation of my order. I needed the dress by a certain time and I realized after I had already ordered the dress that it wouldn't make it to me in time:(
I emailed the team at the brink of when the item was to be shipped and April was able to cancel the order right on time.
Definitely will be shopping with Showpo in the future and I will be more mindful of the shipping process.

I sent an email to customer service regarding an issue with locating my package and received a response almost immediately! I was very impressed with how quickly they got back with me where as some retailers can take a day or more to respond to inquires. Very satisfied with Showpo's customer service!

April & Liv were both so amazing they were very responsive to all my emails after a dress I purchased was too small for me and I had to return for a Credit. I will definitely keep shopping through Showpo knowing this as its a massive help when items received aren't suited xx

I was on Facebook and this beautiful dress popped up so I clicked on it and saved the picture. I then proceeded to forget where it was from but thought it was from showpo. I then emailed them describing the dress and within a few hours April (God bless her) got back to me with the exact picture of the dress I had previously saved on Facebook. She told me when they were re stocking it and saved me hours worth of hunting.

The clothes didn't work out for me so I sent it back- there was some misinformation on my part but the customer service team got back to me in a timely manner and went above and beyond expectations. Although the clothes didn't suit me, the experience I had with their service team has encouraged me to order from them again :)

Recently I purchased a dress to wear to a presentation evening. Unfortunately due to a sizing error I had to return the dress. I did have to buy a dress elsewhere to wear to the presentation. Once I spoke to April and explained my situation she gladly agreed to give me a full refund instead of a store credit. Very Helpful and understanding. Will recommend to all my friends. :)

I found this store a while ago on Instagram and have been hooked ever since! They constantly have new stuff coming out, and I just love their style. And great customer service which is super important to me!

They have stylish and cute clothes that you sometimes just can't find here (U.S.). Most of their clothes is inexpensive although more expensive than stores like Forever 21. However, the clothes are a lot better in terms of quality! I have fell in love with every single item I have purchased through them. Their customer service is excellent! Some of the Australian boutiques offer free shipping for purchases over $150 or so while Showpo offer free shipping for less ($75). One of the things I do like about their site is that not only do they post up different angles and poses of the models, but you're able to view some photos (from IG) of customers wearing the same item to get an idea of how it looks on different people (although not every item has photos since it depends if the customer posts it on IG and tags them).
