Ordering was so simple and i enjoyed it, even considered purchasing additional items - until i had to return one of the items in my order that did not fit. The customer service was initially quick to respond (Friday night), but when i replied (within 2 hours) requesting a refund instead of store credit i got no response. I followed up again on Sunday and received a reply that night stating i had to go through a refund request process which then had to be approved, which none of this is mentioned in your online policy. It took 4 days to approve my request. I sent the item out on March 26th and it was delivered on the 30th - i have still not received any response or refund.

I was so excited to receive my order. They were everything I'd help they would be, but they are too small. I don't remember adding a size with my order. I would like to get a size large. Would it be possible to order a large from this email? Just charge the same card. Thank you so much.

This was my first time purchasing and I would buy again. I like the good amount of option provided as far as styles and levels of shaping. The site was very user friendly. The return exchange process was pretty easy. Overall I think the products are quality as well.

Having a really hard time finding a good fit on my body. Quality of products are really nice, but I've tried 2 different shapers now and neither of them quite work. I'm 5'1", 36DDD. Seems like most of the torsos on the products are too long for my body and strapless variations don't actually give me proper support. The shapers feel good on though, good quality and material and definitely suck things in and ac$#*!uate curves in the right places

Great products & superb customer service!

The only problem I'm experiencing is the suit is too large. I have requested a return label, which I have not received. I'm getting worried.

The return process is not clear and requires waiting many days for responses. I am still waiting for a response to use happy returns for the shipping.

I had to send the swimsuit back because it was too small. I ordered an XL due to my H cups but could not get the swimsuit past my thighs without it hurting my skin. It was soooooo tight so I had to send it back.

It's breathable and comfortable to wear. I so love the sheer of the shorts. I would recommend this shape wear. Only con is that it rises at the legs on occasion and it depends what you are wearing. I do have a thicker thigh so that may be the reason but overall I like it and it does give you a toner shape.

I ordered 2 bathing suits, and they shipped out pretty quickly. They fit and are made of great quality material. Great company to buy from.

I love these products, but I have learned to order one size up to have my best fit and comfortable coverage. These are top notch products!

Ordered in black loved the product but too long. Received email stating would send another black jumpsuit in petite without me sending back the original product back, but I have not received the replacement jumpsuit as of today.

The bras I ordered were just OK… The sizing was unique so definitely measure before ordering. Cup ended up making it look like I had pointy breast which it was not flattering. The fit is what it is. It happens not a big deal. But the reason I gave three stars is because the return process was super clunky and I had to follow up multiple times to get a refund.

Purchasing went great, it arrived swiftly. However, it didn't fit and when I tried to return it, that was a cumbersome process. Then I returned it 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received a refund.

The shapers i bought doesn't lift the gluten ss I expected. It does fit good, not as compressed as I'd have liked it but maybe I need to order a size smaller.

I really found the corset part of the shapewear to be helpful in getting that flattering shape! I got an XL and probably could have went down to a size L to get a better fit. I loved that there was a zipper instead of a hook closure for the gusset to make it easier to use the bathroom.

I saw Shapellx online and had to give it a try. Ordering was simple. The shipping of the items too a while longer than I expected. The items came and I realized I needed to return one for an alternate size. The return exchange process was time consuming and when they did send me the exchanges the fit was not the same at all. The sizing felt like the exact sizing i returned I have emailed the company since and haven't had a reply back as to what to do…The actual product is great but customer service could improve and sizing should be consistent.

First I'm very skeptical about instagram ads but I had an event coming up and this shape wear kept calling my name so I ordered without high expectations and was completely blown away! The quality, the fit…not only does it suck everything in, it's also comfortable. I wore it strapless and it held up even with a high split dress, I just rolled up one leg and it still looked 10/10. If you're on the fence like I was, trust me you will NOT be disappointed. I need more!

This added great shape and the color is beautiful and the quality is outstanding. Elastic but not cheap. Very beautiful. I would highly recommend
