The shipping was in good time. I love the feel. It is very comfortable very easy to use when having to use the bathroom it hugs you and pulls you in adjustable straps that you can leave on or takeoff. I ordered one about five years ago my first piece so this is a new piece and just like five years ago, they have not let me down. I will be a customer for life. I'm getting ready to purchase two more pieces and I'm very excited.

I ordered a bra based on the size, it did not fit, I recieved a giftcard which took forever, and now a month later, after finding it, I am able to use the money that is not worth. I really just wished I would have gotten a refund and not a giftcard.

While the items ordered were as described, the return process is a nightmare. Still waiting for my refund after jumping through hoops to be given permission to return..

Order took a long time to arrive, correspondence was poor

The return process isn't as seamless as stated. I had a few items that didn't work out. I've sent them back over a week ago. To date this process for a return has truly been one of the most hassles that I've had in a long time. Please assist. Thanks

I'm beyond pissed. I ordered xL 2 items and the sizing is stiff cheaply made from China. I just tried trying them on and too stiff to stretch and due to me just opening my items the 30 days have passed so I can't return. Everything advertised now a days are not all what's advertised!

Consistency is key for me! Every product I've purchased has been exactly as described and does exactly what it says. The quality is superb, and delivery is fast.

I am having a hard time getting my return slip. I purchased my order using my kasekarobinsonyahoo.com email., I am not satisfied with my purchase do to extreme discomfort. I ordered 3 items. I would like to return 2.

I appreciated all the options, although it was somewhat difficult to determine which size I needed and which size would give me the compression I needed.

I returned merchandise and received gift card for refund but did not realize it had gone to my spam folder, it expired but I contacted them and they reissued immediately.

This shapewear does exactly what it says it will do and the customer service is top tier. I ordered a size down from my regular size as I do with most shapewear that I get. In this case you should order your regular size. My original order was too small, and I reached out to customer service, and they sent me the correct size free of charge. I would recommend this shapewear to everyone!

The bathing suit fit so well that I bought one for my mom and sister as well to make sure we are all snatched this summer. It came so fast and I appreciate the packaging as well.
