Received my Shapellx and it did not fit properly. I had to return it for an exchange. At first, I wasn't receiving any response, but I did get in contact with the seller and was able to return it. Now waiting for them to receive it and resend a new size.

Saw an ad on Instagram and thought I would give it try. The price was reasonable and I was more than satisfied with my new bathing suit. I'm normally a size L/XL and the Large fit perfectly!

I bought 2 bras one fit perfectly and is comfortable for all day wear. It is supportive and easy to wear. The other bra I bought didn't fit correctly I'm not sure if it's due to my large breast and the cut was too low, but the girls hung out. I emailed about returning it and got a response in a day. So far it has been a great experience!

Lost weight so I needed new bras and wasn't sure of my new size. Ordered 2 bras and they were too big. Called customer service and they were great. The exchange experience was flawless. Waiting on my new bras now.

I have been trying to return this item that does not work for the dress I bought it for, but it seems they do not want me to return it, and instead keep offering every other option. It's a bit annoying.

I ordered a L in two suits, one of them fit fine but the other was so tight I couldn't get it on, and it was painful to try to. I typically wear a size 12,36DDD. Great responsive customer service however, they are sending the new size free of charge. Rating a 5 based on customer service and quality of the bathingsuit material.

If I could say one thing, it would just be to size up on the band of the bra! Cups are true to size. But since they are compression, they are a tighter fit. Shapewear is amazing and I can't wait to try on dresses now that I have them, for my wedding next year! I did so much looking at shapewear and Shapellx seemed to be the best! Now I own 2 and I am so excited to look my best and then some!

Both bra's ordered did not fit, sizing not true to size. I attempted to reach customer service, emails back and forth over a week. Finally called and FINALLY GOT INSTRUCTIONS ON A RETURN. It should not be so difficult. Im hoping for a full refund. I won't be ordering again nor do I recommend.

I really really wanted to love these bras. I ordered two different sizes because I wasn't sure which would fit me better. I find both sizes to be uncomfortable. The underwire is uncomfortable and hurts. They do provide some lift but it's not helpful because I found them too painful to wear.

I have purchased from Shapellx twice before and have had a great experience each time. Even had to do a return and exchange foe sizing of a bra on my second order and it was such a great and easy peocess.
