Got one bra that opened in the front that had no uplifting qualities like the Cream Touch

My shapewear held everything in place for hours and was not uncomfortable compared to many others I've tried from different brands before. Highly recommend!

I have ordered not only the bra but also the but lifting shaper. I will continue to order from Shapellx for all of my foundation needs. The products are well constructed and do exactly what they advertise.

The items fit perfect shaped me like I wanted and didn't tearin process with my big legs and booty

The bra was not for me, cannot wear because of the underwire, still in the package and the trainer a size too small I order a size 1XL but should have a 2xl instead. Material of these products are very good, I am sad that I did not get a chance to ware them, still in the package

I ordered the Oyster Reborn t-shirt bra in a medium and Bare essentials air slim back smoothing underwire push up bra in a 36D. Both were of great quality material and were great for my first time wearing although both were too small. I informed Shapellx and Emily immediately contacted me and sent out 2 new pieces size L and size 3 8D for replacement. Both fit perfect holding my girls up, smoothing my side bulge and my double bubble was gone.

The shipping was in good time. I love the feel. It is very comfortable very easy to use when having to use the bathroom it hugs you and pulls you in adjustable straps that you can leave on or takeoff. I ordered one about five years ago my first piece so this is a new piece and just like five years ago, they have not let me down. I will be a customer for life. I'm getting ready to purchase two more pieces and I'm very excited.

I ordered a bra based on the size, it did not fit, I recieved a giftcard which took forever, and now a month later, after finding it, I am able to use the money that is not worth. I really just wished I would have gotten a refund and not a giftcard.

While the items ordered were as described, the return process is a nightmare. Still waiting for my refund after jumping through hoops to be given permission to return..

Order took a long time to arrive, correspondence was poor

The return process isn't as seamless as stated. I had a few items that didn't work out. I've sent them back over a week ago. To date this process for a return has truly been one of the most hassles that I've had in a long time. Please assist. Thanks

I'm beyond pissed. I ordered xL 2 items and the sizing is stiff cheaply made from China. I just tried trying them on and too stiff to stretch and due to me just opening my items the 30 days have passed so I can't return. Everything advertised now a days are not all what's advertised!

Consistency is key for me! Every product I've purchased has been exactly as described and does exactly what it says. The quality is superb, and delivery is fast.

I am having a hard time getting my return slip. I purchased my order using my kasekarobinsonyahoo.com email., I am not satisfied with my purchase do to extreme discomfort. I ordered 3 items. I would like to return 2.

I appreciated all the options, although it was somewhat difficult to determine which size I needed and which size would give me the compression I needed.

I returned merchandise and received gift card for refund but did not realize it had gone to my spam folder, it expired but I contacted them and they reissued immediately.
