Haven't been able to wear it wrong size who do I contact to return product

The size guide was easy to understand and the shape wear fits perfectly. It doesn't roll or bunch when active and the material is quality and didn't tear while I was putting it off and on with my nails; while also being breathable in the Vegas heat.

I like the texture and fit of the garment, however it needs more clasp instead of the one row. It would also benefit from more compression in the stomach area

The shaper only pushed fat up flattening on section and blowing up another section of the body. I followed thehighly sizing chart. Maybe I should have sized up.

I order a 3x because other shapeware in my size 2x was extremely uncomfortable. I really needed the 2x.

Item was shorter than pic and looks as if leg portion was cut off. No grip bands

Love my shaper however, I need to return it as I should have sized down. I ordered 2xl based off comments and I normally wear l/xl. I can tell it will be really nice once I have to right size 😁

I recommend this shaper. I'm 5'7 190 pounds I bought a large and the shaper fits perfect. The only thing is the 2 sticks that's on the side...very uncomfortable. Gotta keep pulling it down but overall I love my shaper.

I purchased these products and neither one has disappointed me. I've worn the jumpsuit 3 times already. It has become one of my favorite clothing pieces in my closet. I haven't worn the dress yet, only tried it on when it arrived and I loved it. I love the waist snatching effect it has. I bought a L and could have gone down to a M for stronger compression in the abdomen since that is my preferred level of support.

I was looking for something that would specifically and completely flatten my tummy area the same way I saw on the website and all of the video reviews. That was not the case. Didn't give me much of a butt lift either. I can say that it's slightly brought my tummy in, but not by much.

It kept rising up which was an extremely uncomfortable experience.

Unfortunately I've had to return the Shapellx garment as it didn't fit. Apart from that it was superb quality. I would definitely shop with this company again.

My experience was Great everything went well I received my order in a timely manner and I will definitely be ordering from you guys again in the future

When I receive my order it was to small I sent it back and haven't received my refund
