There was nothing in particular about the service, it was regular shopping experience

My experience with customer service was good, but I was very disappointed both times when I received my shapellx, neither of them snatched my stomach flat like I saw in the ads that convinced me to buy it,all size women getting flat stomachs, but not me.So I looked at the page and you have different kinds of pressure,mild, light,firm.Well I only was there for what I saw in all those different ads 2 tries and I never got it.

I was really excited to receive my shaper I tried it on and disappointed that the torso part was too short.

I have 3 different pieces of Shapellx I love the high waisted designs on them and loving the snatch that it gives I have lower stomach hangover due to past surgeries that part isn't included in the snatched support that is given to the waist area and when wearing the thong the hangover is all out yes the waist area looks wonderful but the stomach area.no as we all know every dress and pants you can't wear without a thong so please consider my request for the women with lower hangover...

PS considering making a high waisted snatch corset style Shapellx piece for all women

I absolutely love the color selection but the sizing can be more wide like regular medium & regular large because it's a bit tight but lose in other places.

I saw the shapers advertised on Facebook and love the video on how they used different body types and it made me won't to buy one. I'm glad I did because I love it!

Works great for everyday use and gym.sucks everything in and shapes you nicely

I've tried other types but this one fit and feel perfect. I love it...

And Shapellx is the best. I've tried Skims, Shapermint, the OG Spanx and everything in-between. Shapellx has the best snaps, they're true to size and the absolutely the most comfortable bodysuits. I'm extremely confident in Shapellx, I won't wear another brand.

I bought the same size as I had before however I've gained weight and cannot fit it so I'm going to be working being able to get back in it lol

I purchase this for my best friend bc we are so into Shapewear. I gave it to her for Mother's Day. She loved it. She said wearing a one piece is a game changer. I'm definitely buying me one too.

I should've ordered a larger size because it didn't have as much "give" (stretch ability) as I thought.

I love this Shapewear, I wear it everyday, it controls my stomach, after having a c section I was really insecure about the mommy fuppa and it hugs me and shapes my stomach great

I am 5'5 and 145lbs, I ordered a M/L... the middle part is tight and does hold me in, however the bottom thong part with clasps is so huge and long it hangs in between my legs and the sides on my hips continuously rise up, even when just walking from my dresser to the mirror to see how it fit. The top part does not work for my bust size either, I am small on top (34b). I am so bummed because I was really looking forward to finding a shapewear that worked, I don't think going smaller is an option as the this was extremely hard to get on and is extremely tight in the middle lol, which I know it's supposed to be, but any smaller and I'm getting stuck in it lol. I know this is a great product as there are so many great reviews, however for my body type it just doesn't work.

What you see is exactly what you get. The quality is great. Love it!
