My bodysuit was too big and they made the whole process of getting a smaller size flawless.

I liked most of the items I purchased. One I am in the process of returning, just because i liked the way the other two fit better and don't believe I will use the third one.

I really like this faja bodysuit from Shapellx—it fits as expected and gives great shaping. The only downside for me was the bra, which didn't work out, so I'm in the process of returning it. Overall, I'm happy with the bodysuit itself!

I am waiting on my refund, I sent the order back immediately and I have not heard anything about my refund as of today March 4,2026. Please advise

As a size 18 sometimes 20. The three swimsuits I bought looked amazing. The built in shapewear smoothed out my stomach to look more flattering. The design of the straps I felt like gave me enough support without looking saggy. I typically wear cup size swimsuits but I felt comfortable in these ones!

Nothing special to say, because I just placed the order and haven't received it yet.

I ordered shapewear, and the design made it look strange around the but area. The design looks attractive on those with larger butts but looks unattractive for those who have smaller bums.

I had to make an exchange and it was handled professionally and a discount offered bc of the time I waited for restock. Luna the representative was very understanding and prompt.

Made an order wasn't satisfied with a purchase. I wanted a refund or exchange on a pair of pants. I didn't like their refund/exchange policy because you have to send an email to get approved and it takes time.Then you have to pay shipping but to make a long story short I really love the bra I bought. Shapelix took care of me as their customer and I will continue to shop with them. Thanks for the great customer service.

I love the products. They really speak to bodies of different shapes and create new items to help sculpt the body without surgery.

It definitely helped structure my shape, but i could see the zipper and the seam lines through my dress, which was a fairly sturdy fabric- so I'd say a thicker fabric than my dress was needed to be the ultimate go to shapewear for my needs

I fought for my life getting into that thing. But let me tell you, the way I was smoothed and tucked in was worth it ALL

The bra gives me a very good back support and it also helps with my posture. It's very difficult to find special bra where I live and this website saved me. The delivery was fast and smooth and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Both items ordered did not fit, when I inquired about shipping them back, the process was simply they offered to help and get me the correct sizing.

I ordered 2 bathing suits from here and I was very pleased! Loved them!

I took a chance on ordering this product because I like the mesh feature, and I like the butt lift feature, but one thing that I had to give it a second chance on was them not having the rubber around the legs to hold you up from it rolling. Unfortunately, I purchased this garment and it rolls up so much on my thighs that it cut off my circulation in my thigh. Now I'm trying to return them and have not heard back from anybody. You should really concentrate on doing the rubber thing to keep it from rolling and also offer longer garment to at least reach the knee and not halfway in the middle of the thigh, which is a bad area for plus size women.
