I emailed for a return or exchange, and was sent a link to review the wrap I bought, and to pick out a new one. We'll the link didnt work and no one has contacted me back since then. This was 3 weeks ago.

The product is good but I'm getting really aggravated by every company expecting that I give a review for every single product I receive. Not to mention asking for reviews on customer service is I email with a representative. Seriously, this culture of expectations of a review has gotten way out of hand.

The wide range of options really makes it easy to find shapewear for any occasion! The shapewear jumpsuit is my favorite new addition to my closet! And I'll definitely need getting it in all the colors! Everything is made with high quality materials and is super durable, but most importantly - super comfortable.
My original order was a waist trainer and bra. I had purchased a few waist trainers from Amazon and returned all for various reasons--zipper broke first day (while at work), zipper was so big it stuck out (prominently) in every top I wore, etc.
When I zipped the NeoSweat® Core Control Latex Waist Trainer up first time, I knew we had a winner. Lovely quality, supportive, well made. The zipper is still a bit long and I can her it jangle when I walk but it doesn't stick out and I tell myself that no one notices the jangle... I do get hot in it too but what do you expect? I'm a size 6 and got the small.
The Underwire Push-Up Bra was also lovely quality, supportive, comfortable, smoothing. I'm a D (DD?) so no bralettes for me, always hunting for that solid everyday basic. This is the first wide under strap(?) I've tried and I really like it. However, it was a bit too big. Tried to exchange for a 32 but they don't carry it.
"Ok, nevermind, thanks..." But Emily said hold up girl, we can get you something else. I was like if you insist! Went with the Seamless Sculpt Strapless Thong Bodysuit size xs/s in bronze... just to keep on standby for special occasions. ;) Highly recommend! Much love to you all!

This company has kept in touch with me anytime I needed assistance and if I needed correct size they made sure of it. I l9ve all shapewear I have purchased. My recent one was pushup bra and I got wrong size but I was able to give family member one and got another free. The quality is just phenomenal!
I was a little skeptical on purchasing online because of the whole fitting process. I did base my garment on the measurement chart. I was just a tad bit off. It was more of a comfortable fit which I was ok with. Next time I will go down a size. Shipping came a day earlier than I expected
I normally purchase my shapers from another company but this time they didn't have what I was looking for. I bought this shaper from Shapellx and I very much doubt I will ever be purchasing anything else from their site.
