It was ok, not the hold that I was expecting from watching your ads.

No worries though—I decided to gift them instead of returning them. I also ordered an extra large bathing suit, and that was the perfect choice because it fits amazingly. I'll definitely be reordering another extra large shape wear for myself!"

To start, I only received half of my order when it shipped to me. I had to email customer service to send the replacement.
I needed to exchange one bra for a bigger size and you have to email customer service asking for permission to return/exchange and then wait on a response.
Before even wearing one of the bras, I washed it and it lost a hook in the wash.
Altogether, not worth the price and hassle of returning/exchanging.
Better off ordering a bra off Amazon.

Wasn't sure of what I was going to get. But definitely happy with my mystery purchase. Will absolutely get that again if offered.

I placed my 1st order of 4 items. 3 bras and one high waisted body slimmer. NOTHING fit. The bras were 1/3 of the size they should have been. The slimmer was very long waisted.

I desperately tried to find an avenue to return a bathing suit that is the wrong size. Because of time restrictions, it was easier to order another Shapellx suit in order to have it on time for vacation. The items return policy is severely lacking. Now I feel as though I'm stuck with a suit that I'll never use!

I can say my shopping experience is good but the product that I have gotten didn't fit, but when I contacted customer service, they accommodated me and got back to me quickly and I appreciate that

I ordered the size recommended and the items did not fit appropriately. I was offered a partial refund or keep the items and get a $60 gift card. So I took the gift card option. I ordered 2 more items at a larger size and they don't fit either.

I like how it fits my tummy and the tatas... but my booty is so flat... it's VERY apparent from behind lol... i will look for something with more butt coverage/lift next time, but my husband absolutely loved it on me!

It was so easy navigating the website and finding which swimsuit I wanted shipping was fast and I absolutely love my swim suit

Bathing suits fit wonderfully, bra fits a little awkward but it was a free gift

I've bought a lot of expensive bras but this one was well worth the expense. They fit perfectly and I'll be ordering more

It's a no for me on there products It's just not doing what it advertised and that's the problem! I expect to have stomach look flatter and butt bigger. It did not do ether

I love the concept of this swimsuit. Top looked great and a beautiful color. I also love the built-in coverage at the bottom. Only thing I didn't like about It was the way the bottom of the actual swimsuit fit. I've noticed Shapellx has higher cut swimsuits if you're looking for something full coverage and your plus size it's gonna fit a little funny at the bottom, especially if you have a longer torso.

They tore immediately when trying to put them on. In addition, they don't fit properly. I'm 5'4", size 12/14. They stop mid thigh. I'll continue to buy my brand from Amazon

I initially ordered the wrong size. The exchange process was quick and easy. I took the swimsuits back in the opened original bag it came in, and ups handled the rest, free of charge! The new swimsuits fit much better, and honestly may have came back faster than the original order. They obviously take their 100% Fit guarantee seriously!

I read the size guide, but once I received my items, I found the I could've gone smaller. Now I have the hooks as small as they go, but it's a little less supportive than I wanted —and that makes it a little less comfortable.
