I was too keen on the front zipper and when I was larger the booty lift design really cut on the back of legs under my cheeks

I will not be ordering anything else. False advertisement. All of the items I received are cheap ans give shein quality. All the ads are fake! 1 star forreal

The 4 items that I purchased were true to size. Some items I really had to work to get into meaning, some pushing and pulling. My shopping experience was easy. I hate that some items were sold out or they didn't have my color.

My shapellx the zipper was no good quality and when I emailed for help no one has gotten back to me. Do I am trying one more time before I give up on the company.

I've purchased a few items, the bathing suits are perfect sizing for my body type. The bodysuits were a bit harder to get the right fit but customer service was easy work with to resolved exchanging and shipping.

I'm in the process of doing a return because the garment was to long and hitting my mastectomy scars from recent surgery.

Purchasing was fine, return process isn't going as well in terms of communication to get this taken care of

I had seen several online adds for this brand and was weary at first due to the amount of social influencers I had seen with sponsorships advertising, but my oh my was this a pleasant surprise. I have not felt this good about my body in a long time. The shapewear I got fits like a dream and was very comfortable. I wore my shapewear for 12 hours under a fantasy costume for a photoshoot and couldn't tell it was there.

The size chart was not accurate for me. Both bathing suit and shapewear were two sizes too small. I requested a return yesterday morning by emailing customer service, but have not received a label yet.

I like the bras I didn't know that they had an underwire, which was upsetting, but that is my fault for not reading properly, other than that I love it.

I order the first one from tall in 2025 it was to big tried to send it back made another order in 2/21/26 it's to small. Yall need to let customer know what runs small and what runs big not happy at all and would like to return this order but don't know how because yall saying I order a mid dress or something.
