Unfortunately I have return everything due to size and I have colitis so garments were too tight for abdomen! Amazing packaging

THE WEBSITE WAS GOOD. THE SUITS THAT I ORDERED FIT WELL THE ONLY THING THAT DIDN'T GO SO WELL WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDER DISCOUNT OF 10% WOULD NOT WORK ON THE SITE AND THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AFTER MY ORDER WAS ALREADY SENT PERIOD. SO BASICALLY THEY DIDN'T REFUND ME THE DIFFE that I should've gotten for my order.

My experience with this company was very disappointing. The bra did not meet my expectation. I was sold by the influencer and advertisement. When I tried on the bra I was very dissatisfied with how it felt. I felt the quality was cheap and would not give good support! Unfortunately I was right, about an hour into wearing the bra, the little support it gave went flat, very embarrassing to be out in public Wearing a bra with no support. I'm still stuck with a couple of payments, but I will never purchase from this company again. I didn't want to go through with the hassle of returning the bra, so I just took as a loss and a lesson learned

The bra is made very well. I love that it has so many rows of clasps so the sizing can be changed. It really holds you in, in all the right places. It is very full coverage. I've got some pretty lumpy bits on my back ( I'm 50, and a little flappy, it's fine), this bra totally smoothes out my back profile. The shaping in the front is great, and the girls are up where they should be and looking good.

Absolutely loved this shapewear so much! I looked completely different in the dress i wore to my daughters wedding! I wasnt uncomfortable and had it on for well over 12 hours! Thank you so much for giving me the boost of confidence i needed to enjoy the day!

I emailed your company numerous times Durban refund or bigger size n no response so not happy with product bc I it's too small. I want a refund or exchange fur a bigger size

I recently purchased 2 of the Shapellx swimsuits.

I contacted customer service because my measurements didn't fit into the "box". I was advised and I ordered accordingly. The cinch I was looking for wasn't there so I should have gone a size smaller. Also if you do not have a bum the fit isn't great... unfortunately I have a back with a crack and the suit was filling with water.

Overall the suit with the "built-in skirt" was good because it could conceal this issue. I will probably try to order another in a smaller size to see if that rectifies the probem.

This was my second purchase from Shapellx and it did not disappoint. Meno/apron belly is painfully unattractive but this piece helped smooth it out nicely allowing the fit to FIT. It wasn't uncomfortable and made using the restroom a breeze, especially at a public event. While I'm continuing to work on personal body goals, it's nice to know that there's shapewear that satisfies a seamless look.

The sizing it a bit off. The tops of the bathing suits are to large. I have to have the straps altered. And the fabric is not the greatest quality. Its giving Cupshe vibes. It was worth a try.

Hello I ordered two bras and the quality was good but the bras were too big in the cup I'm returning them to get another size

Everything I have ordered I have loved. The materials they use are amazing by being soft but super supportive. It has been so difficult trying to find supportive lingerie while also being sexy and comfortable until I found Shapelix. I will be a forever customer

The shipping was very fast and the waist trainer is good material however I hate the metal springs I would rather a zipper instead.

I asked to exchange my order for a different size. I was told I could keep them (which does me no good), and they would send me the suit in the size I needed. I never received the replacement after filling out another questionnaire, and I never received return information for the suits I wanted to exchange. I spent $120 for nothing & didn't have the bathing suit I wanted for my vacation.

The 1st bra I don't like the fit & the way it looks & the 2nd bra was way 2 big & front closure that I've Never had. So I have contacted customer svc already. But overall the experience was Great...‼

Well, I ordered a 44DDD and they usually fit well but for some reason, it was extremely tight. As if it was not true to size. The 3x undergarment shape wear was unexpectedly tight too. I wear a 3x so I was very shocked it was too tight. Unfortunately, I had to wear it anyway.

Paid extra for expedited shipping which said 1-3 days but didn't arrive until a week later
