The delivery co.pany that delivers gofo is horrible. They leave my packages outside the vestibule downstairs for anyone to grab. And there is a note on the table telling them to leave packages at our door. I hate this because anyone can steal our packages... I do have photos.

The shapewear fit everywhere else but the thigh band cut into my skin and shows through my clothes which is why I am ordering the longer one today.

I've bought 2 shape wear items and a bra. Nothing ever fits. I end up throwing the items away just to avoid the hassle of return shipping. I wear a size 12 and 3 8D in a bra. Why would a 38 DD be too tight? Why would I have to order a 3X in shapewear?

I've had a pair of booty yeah leggings that ripped when I first tried them on. Very disappointing and a loss is money. I've been delivered 2 times the wrong size and had to give them away because it cost more to return than to buy almost. Other than that, I have great options to make any outfit look great.

I've been pleased with my two previous purchases. I purchased a body suit and the Airslim shilort with the side zipper. The quality of the products was very good and even after multiple washes, they still work as well as the first use.

Shipment arrived quickly. Much appreciated. Unfortunately bra does not offer the support I need. I'll be returning it. I will try a different one.

Return processes was not seamless, QR code was never sent... but they did turn things around, and let me keep both items, the right size was delivered quick.

Pulling up the shapewear if your full figured is not for the weak but once it's on, it and you are golden, sexy and ready to rock n roll! I have not had to return or give away any products.

I am very impressed with the short sleeved jumpsuit. I came back for the newest color in blue. (Can't wait for more). And I got my first long sleeve too. Hoping it is made with the same quality.

When it was sent, it went to an unknown address. I called customer service, and they had another one sent out asap. I am very pleased with the product and custom service.

I ordered my original size, but wanted a tighter fit. Emailed to see how I can exchange for a size smaller, got to keep it for the deal and was sent a new one just in time for vacation. No complaints and I loved it!

The product I purchase is amazing, I completely love the material and styles!
The delivery company on the other hand delivered the package twice in a row with dogs around the area. Couldn't they have just left it in the mailbox?

Honestly, I can say I am absolutely satisfied with the product impress with the speedy delivery. I love the quality and material of the body shaper and I will definitely be purchasing more in the near future.

Person to person customer service would've given you a higher rating. It resolves things quicker, leading to more satisfied customers. Aka. Me. I needed to do an exchange and I much rather have dealt with a person than answering automated questions. I'm still left unsure whether I'm actually exchanging. Or just returning. I would have my answer had I been able to deal with a person. Bras fit great though.

Shipping was ok, took a bit longer than usual and the shipping updates wasnt always current. The Shappellx Jumpsuit is perfect and material seems durable, but we will see. I hope they have a good sales soon so I can get it in another color.

I ordered a certain size and it was wrong and I put in a request to send back and they sent me the right one immediately customer service is great the product is wonderful it does just what it says it's going to do I love it
