I previously had a problem with receiving the wrong item. The replaced it and offered me a good percentage off the wrong item. I was excited and accepted the offer. I continue to purchase Shapellx items because they work well for me.

I tried some that were advertised on tic toc the mid thigh shaper the price was so good I got all the colors. I'm going to size down although the hold is good if I for a smaller size it would be better good quality

I usually get my items in a timely manner. However, thos time it took if not abt two weeks and I paid for RUSH shipping. In the end I got my package after a few emails. Im hoping this will be the only time I experience a delay because I love shopping here but yes I was a little annoyed with this last package.

My experience with Shapellx is that your purchase are always on time and if my order is not the right order the the return are easy and the reorder is the boom lollll so thank you for that

I'd prefer Pre paid return labels with the cost taken out of the return amount rather than having to go somewhere and email tracking.

My previous experience was great. I have yet to receive the product I order though, and once I receive it, I will leave a review. As a girlie in between size 3x and 4x because of my thighs, I am often difficult to size. I am excited see where I will fall.

I received a dirty item in the wrong size (XL) and am still waiting for a replacement or a gift card. It has been almost a year. Still waiting for a replacement/gift card.

Overall, the quality of Shapellx is outstanding. I've earned 600 point which landed me a $60 discount! I freaking love Shapellx!

Takes some time to get to you but worth the wait. Customer service also takes a little bit of time compared to other larger brands, but they are very nice and accommodating.

I bought a size medium after reading all the reviews and going with the size chart measurements. Way too small. About 2 sizes too small

I've purchased many different brands of leggings, including some high-end brands and I have to say they fit better than any I've ever purchased. I really appreciate that. There is no front seam which I am constantly struggling with with my other products. I also love the dual pockets and the fit of the fabric.

I have previously purchased the NeoSweat 3-in-1 and it works on all the targeted areas I need. Perfect for thighs and lower tummy. Whole tummy really, but especially lower because it goes low enough, and that's where I really need it.

Great quality for the price. The only reason for the four stars was the dress in the mystery box purpose was disappointing. Still, the two items in which I knew what they were met my expectations

My experience was hassle free. I placed an order a week in advance before attending a wedding. Arrived a day before - what a relief.

The delivery co.pany that delivers gofo is horrible. They leave my packages outside the vestibule downstairs for anyone to grab. And there is a note on the table telling them to leave packages at our door. I hate this because anyone can steal our packages... I do have photos.

The shapewear fit everywhere else but the thigh band cut into my skin and shows through my clothes which is why I am ordering the longer one today.

I've bought 2 shape wear items and a bra. Nothing ever fits. I end up throwing the items away just to avoid the hassle of return shipping. I wear a size 12 and 3 8D in a bra. Why would a 38 DD be too tight? Why would I have to order a 3X in shapewear?

I've had a pair of booty yeah leggings that ripped when I first tried them on. Very disappointing and a loss is money. I've been delivered 2 times the wrong size and had to give them away because it cost more to return than to buy almost. Other than that, I have great options to make any outfit look great.
