I ordered 3 bras and didn't like the fit so I asked for a refund, I was finally approved for return for a full refund so I 'm waiting on my refund now

I love how the swimsuits fit my body. However, I require more coverage in the bust area. Please consider us FULL BUSTED women in your designs and cuts.

I received the bras I ordered but due to my arthritic hands, could not clasp them. I reported this to the company who stated that their return policy was no refunds on bras. They did offer me a gift card however.

My experience trying to find the right shapewear and size for my body type has been an adventure. The shapewear that I received is nice. The quality felt great. I got the wrong size in this shapewear, and the butt pads won't fit. It doesn't seem like the opening for the pads is large enough to place them. I requested a refund, but instead I kept the shapewear I will never wear.
I received a partial refund, kept the shapewear, and received a gift card as a result.

It took to long to exchange my order, the process didn't work as advised. I waited like 6 weeks to get my new order. When the site said that the new order would ship when they verified that the old order is on its way back. But I was made to wait until it was received at the warehouse before the new order was shipped out. When speaking with customer service there was no resolve or solution offered.

The products are amazing! I find that the bra sizing is a bit off. I hope thw return process gets better. While I do appreciate how quickly my emails were responded to, the process shouldn't be so tedious.

This shapewear has changed my life and makes my outfits look amazing while I'm on my weight loss journey! I do think it would be good of they made the hook and eyes a bit stronger, maybe reinforce them somehow. Otherwise, no complaints! I have never had shapewear that doesn't ride up or roll down until Shapellx!

I am going to a ball and needed some shape wear for my dress. I ordered the strapless body shaper. I have recently lost weight and ordered a size too large. I messaged customer service and within 48 hours they sent out the correct size with no issues. I will be returning here for all my shapewear needs.

The mesh body shaper jumpsuit with built in bra is phenomenal. It fits perfectly and contours your body in ways I didn't know were possible. I highly recommend purchasing this product if you want comfortability along with smooth results. It's a 15/10!

I've tried a few different brands of shapewear, and I don't understand why we don't consider height in our measurements. The bodysuit is just not long enough... and I'm only a 5 foot 5 woman. I have a larger waist and material had to stretch over that and then it was difficult for the cups to reach my bust

This well made shapewear is firm but comfortable. It holds me together without feeling restricted. It is very nice and I will purchase more

Had good experience as a larger size was sent without me having to return the other. Though trying to do an exchange was a hassle in the first place. No return policy also does not help.

I've purchased the front snap/ zipper want roll thigh several times in 2x then Xl. I've been losing weight, yey 🍻, so I decided to try the side zipper in LG. It fits snug like I want it to but the waist part flips down when I'm sitting.

My item was delivered to the wrong address and shapelix took charge. They notified me and they rerouted my product. Something I have not experienced with other products in the past, I actually was left product less and holding the receipt. Previous spanx had horrible material. First day putting it on a hole poked through it. Entire crotch burst open from holes pulling it up. Had to throw it away. Going to try again. Different product.
