The return process isn't as seamless as stated. I had a few items that didn't work out. I've sent them back over a week ago. To date this process for a return has truly been one of the most hassles that I've had in a long time. Please assist. Thanks
I'm beyond pissed. I ordered xL 2 items and the sizing is stiff cheaply made from China. I just tried trying them on and too stiff to stretch and due to me just opening my items the 30 days have passed so I can't return. Everything advertised now a days are not all what's advertised!

Bad previous experience. I am trying this one more time before I give up on this company. There is a small hole in the stocking part of the last item ordered and that was not supposed to happen according to advertisement. I hate shipping things back so I deal with it! This shapewear does exactly what it says it will do and the customer service is top tier. I ordered a size down from my regular size as I do with most shapewear that I get. In this case you should order your regular size. My original order was too small, and I reached out to customer service, and they sent me the correct size free of charge. I would recommend this shapewear to everyone!

I have already purchased more than 5 items from SHAPELLX. I am always satisfied with the quality. I had an issue with the short but it was because I order the wrong size 3x instead of 4x. Other than that everything was perfect.

The bathing suit fit so well that I bought one for my mom and sister as well to make sure we are all snatched this summer. It came so fast and I appreciate the packaging as well.
