I am so pleased and happy with how easy this was to reach out to this companies customer service and get an easy and simple response. This is my first time trying this brand and the bras and I will definitely be purchasing more now that I know my size, and I will be purchasing other undergarments as well because the quality and fit has been amazing! I have told many of my coworkers and family members about this brand already because I wore the underwire bra in 36 DD to work for my 12 hour health care night shift and it was absolutely amazing, very supportive and lifting for a heavy and low hanging chest, and very comfortable to have such a wide band around for a larger and wider back, it didn't create any unflattering rolls and it didn't pinch or hurt even at the end of my shift. I just suggested on the form that some wider straps would be nicer to not have digging and to create even more support by having them wider and maybe a cushion or soft pillow or foam type material just at the top of the shoulders for us wide shouldered girls, other than that I think the bra is perfect and I will definitely be purchasing more for myself and family members, grandma, mom, etc. I will also be trying the shape wear as well as the other types of bras for support to bring the chest in and up with and without underwire and I am looking for any sports bras that are supportive enough to run and do jump rope and boxing in (high intensity workouts)

This bra is absolutely amazing! From the moment I put it on, I could tell the quality was top-notch. It's incredibly comfortable and provides great support without feeling tight or restrictive. The fabric is soft and breathable, making it perfect for all-day wear. It fits true to size and holds everything in place beautifully. Definitely one of the best bras I've ever owned! This bra makes me feel confident and comfortable at the same time. The fit is perfect and it gives great lift and shape. The quality is excellent and you can tell it's made to last. It looks beautiful and feels even better. Worth every penny!

It was great but I did not find it comfortable, unfortunately. I would have exchanged it for a size up but I would not have had time before I needed it. Trying to return it hasn't gone well.

I placed my order and requested 1-3 day delivery. I ordered Wednesday night and did not receive it until Monday. I could have just requested regular shipping had I know it would be delayed like that.

They really want to make you happy.And they will respond back if you have any questions or problems with there products. I really appreciated that.

I ordered size large based on my measurements, but it was too small. I reached out through the website, and they are sending me a bigger size.

This is my second time ordering the shapeware (due to me wanting a different color)and once again I am very pleased with my order. I more than likely will be ordering again.

I ordered one full body shaper from China and one from here and let's just say the shaper from Shapellx still works the same. The one from china is out of shape.

The products I have ordered have been very satisfying. Perfect body contouring and that booty lift is chef's kiss! I love it. My husband loves it. We're happy over here.

The ease in putting the garment on was beyond my expectations. As a plus sized person with a stomach pouch, the shalwar made me feel confident and comfortable in the way I looked.

Returning my item has been so difficult. I emailed asking for a return, got an email back asking if I wanted a return or exchange. I emailed again, asking for a return. Got an email back asking if I wanted a gift card and to keep the item. Emailed AGAIN saying NO I want to RETURN my item. Finally got another email with the instructions to return. It was so much back and forth, I do not have time for this type of thing. I didn't even try the item on, I returned it because the company's logo was on the metal embellishment on the bathing suit. I'm a bigger girl and did NOT want it advertised, right on my boobs, that I shopped for a shapewear bathing suit. Why do this?! Anyway, sent my return yesterday I hope to expect my refund in the very near future. Fix your return system, it's ridiculous.

I purchased 4 bras and 3 of the 4 fit perfectly. Customer service were very helpful and friendly assisting me with an exchange. The entire process was efficient and smooth.

I placed two orders on the same day. I received confirmation that both orders were received and were being processed. The next day, I received confirmation that one of the orders was shipped and was given a tracking number. And that worked great, a turnaround within 4 days.

With regards to the second order, I didn't receive any indication that it had been shipped, after the initial confirmation. So 6 days later, I reached out to customer service, and they were on it within 24 hours. I received confirmation of shipping and my package arrived the next day!

First, stumbled on Shapellx and thought the swimwear looked fun for ladies who have the full figure now.
The two suits I purchased fit great and made me fell confident. The free undies was a nice gift and I will definitely purchase additional ones. I have been tell my friends how comforatable the underwear feels.

I don't Ike that my package was not eft at my door on the first delivery if it weren't ok I would've left you guys a message. The delivery driver took my package back and delivered days later not acceptable.

If you have a long torso, these are not long enough. And if you dont have large boobs the cups are too big and no way of adding more padding to make fit. I returned the 2 that I had purchased. I am 5ft 8in, 220 pounds, 44c, wear around a size 18/2x and have a thicker midsection.
