This is the worst courier service in Melbourne! Had to collect from the depot after wasting over a week with failed deliveries by incompetent delivery personnel. No customer service number to call them and very poor customer service on the Chat service. I have no words to describe my frustration with them. PLEASE DO NOT USE!
Mostly parcels picked up by courier please but when aramax has to pick up the parcel then no one turns up and then I cancel the order and send through Australia post.

I absolutely love your service as a small business, but I'd love to have the ability to send more than one package to the same receiver as a single transaction. Makes it possible to include a packing slip and have a single tracking number for the total shipment.

Our local pick-up guy is awesome. He knows exactly what he's picking up and we can remotely let him through the main door to collect parcels

Unfortunately, the Melbourne parcel was not picked up from the School - after 2 x days of waiting. Many other businesses in the Abbotsford Convent use sendle - including companies in the building right next to us! I'm uncertain of what the issues was as there was PLENTY of access - a Main Gate and entrance to the precinct is very clear.

I used to use Sendle all the time as their pricing was great. However with added levies and fees Aus Post is MUCH cheaper, especially to more rural areas. I understand fuel costs more but when I can send a package with Sendle for $30 or Aus Post for $17 its a no brainer.
I have spoken of this before and although I understand some charge increases, it's still disappointing especially for small business. The constand social media ads for your 250g parcels services is also infuriating as it's not available to my area and I am in Metro Melbourne?

I had parcels to send in various states. All were collected on time and almost all delivered; one parcel was incorrectly addressed (receiver's fault) and within a few days was returned intact. Excellent service.

Since I moved into the UK 2019, I have struggled with maintaining a good hair, I braid sometimes but mostly use wigs. I have never gone outside with my natural hair. As an African I want to be proud of my natural hair anytime in respective of the country I find myself. My hairs breaks and falls and the side edges of my hair are almost gone. So when when saw adovz I decided to give it a try, I believe this is a wise decision and choice I have made. I have taken a photo of Before and I have started using the products, I bought the complete set. Will be I observing it, I believe in 3 months I will take another photo and see the changes. Will be coming back to leave another review with proofs. So please if you want to nourish your hair, go ahead and give it a try with confidence that it will work for you too. Thanks

Post office says parcel was delivered May 1,2023; but my sister-in-law never received it. She has questioned the person at their front desk of her care home who claims she did not receive a parcel from me. Don't know who to blame or how to check it out further...just considered lost.
This is first time one of my parcels sent with Sendle has had a problem. I do not believe it is Sendle's problem but the home where my relative lives...
At the chat session the rep was very helpful however i have still not received any outcome for my question.
Have had fairly good delivery but one box with goods worth over $700 went missing and was never found. Also when sending to Tasmania, i may send 8 boxes same size and one box smaller and 8 will go with one company and the smaller one with another courier! Dont know who they are going with until labels are complete. Thank you
So far, I like the savings that I am getting most of the time with using Sendle services. They have been pretty reliable (once they didn't pick up when scheduled too, but that was a miss communication) so far.
I love that they pick up and deliver to the customer's door.
I hope that they can keep up the good service!

Sendle was very good when I accidentally weighed my parcel wrong. They showed the adjustment on my invoice. I was happy with the way they did that.

Ive must of have 4 different occasions where no one shows up to pick up the packages. This is a fake company here in Canada.

I've sent a number of items via Sendle. My parcels are received promptly. The cost is reasonable and items arrive in one piece.

Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
