Sendle comes to my door to pick up my packages. And their rates are better than other couriers, so I am saving money 2 ways. Their delivery times in Canada are ultra-fast and to the USA the delivery times are good.
Parcels never collected, constantly advised it would be the next day however this went on for 2 weeks and gave up waiting around all day!
Customer service use the same repetitive basic scripts for responses without actually resolving issues. Get far better help from BOT's!
Go with a reputable company, do not use this shamble of a business!

I find Sendle so convenient and really reasonable with cost. Loving the new approach to tiered postage rates based on how much you send with Sendle. I was excited to see that my postage will be even cheaper now as a 'level 2 sender' after I had a big post run last week.
Our package was scheduled for pick up on a Friday, Did not happen, same thing on Monday and Tuesday. I finally ended up giving it to one of their drivers when I saw him at our apartment bld. Now they have it in their system since Sept 13, shipped out of their facility. Now 7 days later still no tracking history. How does it travel across the country without hitting a single scanning depot along the way. Have over 35 messages back and forth with their support line, still no resolution
I sent a parcel with Sendle which I found out later that it was fraudulent (due to chargeback). I reached out to the Sendle service team immediately to stop the parcel delivery and requested it to be RTS. The whole process took more than two weeks and I checked in with the team on many occasions only to be assured that they are looking into this and the parcel will be RTS. Two weeks later, I found out that the parcel was delivered and Sendle service team now gone back and said that all requests are not guaranteed. Sendle has refused to accept any responsibilities despite the courier/Sendle assisted in sending stolen items.

Terrible company. Terrible service. I have used them twice one package was lost for 20 days, and the other package I couldn't find a location to drop off and I live in Toronto. A massive city, their website is inaccurate for drop off locations that done exist and they're estimated delivery is so many days off. Do not use this company

As a small business owner, I have been using Sendle for years (over 4600 items sent with them), only to find them getting progressively worse. They aren't a courier company - they contract other couriers to deliver your package for them.
Over the past few months I have noticed my packages not being picked up for days or even weeks at a time. I started ignoring these issues and giving them the benefit of the doubt, but pickup delays kept getting worse. In some cases it's taken over 10 days and multiple emails to get their couriers to actually come and pick up the parcels for delivery.
When attempting to claim under their "2 day pickup guarantee", they find any excuse to not refund you. I was initially told the courier marked the pickup as "futile" but when I provided CCTV footage showing that the courier never attended and requested they check the courier's GPS tracking, they quickly changed their tune and instead told me that the reason my refund claim had been denied was that I had waited too long to make the claim.
I literally had packages sitting at the front door which were supposed to be picked up over a week earlier while I was on the phone to Sendle "support", who were telling me they wouldn't honour their "guarantee" as the original pickup date was more than 5 business days ago. This is despite the fact that the packages were still sitting there not collected.
After multiple emails and phone calls, I've been offered $100 "credit" for over 30 packages with missed pickups over the previous 7 weeks. Their solution was not that they take some responsibility, but that I should get the mobile phone number for the courier driver and personally contact them to arrange pickups myself.
These guys are a joke. Their service is unreliable and inconsistent, and their customer service is even worse. If you run a business, make sure you also run as far away from Sendle as you can.
They don't update their progress from stop to stop so the customer can't follow where it's at. My item was shipped priority from the seller and was supposed to be here on Thursday, it's now Saturday and still no update. DO NOT USE SENDLE.

I don't usually do reviews, but my recent experience with sendle has been awful with delays which affects my business and also the customer service was SO SLOW and very unhelpful. There was no offer to compensate anything for the time I lost and their delays.

I've had nothing but easy experience with Sendle. The prices are great which allows me to offer free shipping. The only downfall for me is when a package says undeliverable but got delivered and still says in transit back to sender. It's confusing and you never know if it got to the receiver unless you contact them to find out.
I tried Sendle for 5x parcels and unfortunately not were delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately courier companies such as Couriers Please that Sendle uses leave packages sit in their depots for up to 7 days before they move. I gave Sendle a try to reduce costs but for the dollar or two saved, I have gone back to Australia Post, Express Post where delivery is withing 1-2 days.
I use Sendle often and have always found them to be efficent and problem free.
Sending parcels through sendle is easy and very competitive price helping small business to save money. I would love to hear that you are adding new routes currently not available
Sendle is so simple and efficient to use. I can simply log my parcels and know that they will end up where they need to be. Sendle manages the tracking emails for me - huge timesaver! The only negatives are that Sendle won't deliver to PO Boxes and sometimes the prices to rural areas are significantly higher than AusPost. Plus I can't send overseas with Sendle. Other than that, it is just an easy, no-brainer way to get my parcels sent.

You have done an amazing job when you excluded aramex from our sendle portal booking. However we also use shopify and it appears that aramex have reduced their prices which means a lot of our labels are booked with them. They are the worst courier company I have ever dealt with as they have NEVER picked up our parcels.
So when the label turns out to be aramex we have to cancel the order and then rebook on sendle portal.
Can you please exclude aramex from our shopify as well?
The low star is only to raise this issue.

I created a business account and has shipped multiple orders with Sendle.
Upside: they pick up the package, really really cheap price, great customer service keep in touch every order i sent
Downside: can choose pick up date but can not choose pick up time. Sometimes driver do not want to make effort to pick it up. It is not Sendle fault because they are picked up by 3rd party driver.
They cant pick up on time,. Then they dont even come pick up next day... they wait and dont even botter to let you know when they will pick up the package... then they dont repply costumerservice and no phone number to reach this $#*! $#*! compagnie

Avoid at all costs. Lots of lies and uncollected client orders! Very quick to take your money but do not honour their own commitments on collection and delivery.

Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
