Horrible scam!

No recourse when your packages are lost - Coverage is a scam they claim delivered to "locker " which is non existent and then never pay you back fro your lost merchandise.

Do NOT use this mod if you are not in a major city, or you actually want your package collected.

Parcel has sat now waiting for collection for 5 days. Never again

Terrible. My item was sent to Oakland distribution center (where I live) then routed to TEXAS. No info or update from anyone about where it is. It is now a week past the expected arrival date and no clue what is happening because customer service is not responsive at all. I'm never buying from anyone that uses sendle again.

This people just update notes saying attempted delivery but no one home when we are home just awaiting to receive the parcel. When called call centre they did not help me and instead disconnected the call. Utter rubbish service.

AMAZING!

If I could give you 10 stars+ I would!. You were amazing! Not only did you help me with the credit card issue. But you were very quick to respond to my question. I was panicking because the Post office wanted $65 to mail this package, for my sisters birthday. The contents didn't even cost that much. I found you on line by accident and boy am I glad I did. Not only was this easy from start to finish once I figured out you don't take Discover. Ugh! The package went out through the Post office Feb 6th and you got it there for her Birthday on Feb 9th. I've already told a bunch of people about you. I don't understand why people are writing poor reviews. Customer for Life. Thank you.

You have more chance of winning a Lottery than getting your Parcel or on time. Three times people have used Sendle to send to me; the first time I had to hunt for it and I finally found it about 3 weeks late in a Transport Company named Border Transport. The second time someone used Sendle to send a Laptop to me; after a while I was told it was lost; I would say STOLEN. The third time is still pending; who knows maybe I will get lucky. In future I will tell people who are selling; if you intend to use Sendle I will not purchase. Photo below of missing Laptop.

Parcel marked as delivered on a day I was home all day - definitely not delivered! Lodged a missing parcel query online as its very difficult to speak to anyone. Simply told 'Driver confirms delivery'. No help at all and no responsibility taken to provide evidence of delivery because the drivers are outsourced. Impossible to escalate. No idea who the actual courier was. Nightmare experience.

This company is completely incompetent and unprofessional in their services. They refuse to collect parcels on time, often still waiting for a courier over a week later, and yet refuse to issue a refund on the label charges. Packages are often separated or lost in transit. They claim pick up is attempted when they send a courier at 11:30PM, which is completely unacceptable. They have been nothing less than a migraine to work with, and will be avoiding them in the future. I hope others avoid also so they don't go through the pain and frustration our company has been through.

Have tried Sendle many times over the years and am always quickly disappointed. There has been no improvement at all and their servies are becoming more expensive. Extremely slow deliveries, high volume of order errors and only an email based service team to resolve said issues causing massive delays. Look after your customers and your business's reputation and DO NOT USE SENDLE.

We are a business and was using Sendle, their couriers smashed the goods and even though photos were attached the request, they still refuse to refund the package from their carelessness. Additionally the responses were passive aggressive and nasty... strange that they would loose a business customer due to a $30 good, clearly dont give a sh*t about customer service or maintaining business relationships. Disappointing, wouldn't recommend.

Just terrible! Took a month to send a package and then it was deemed as undeliverable (what?) and was to be returned to sender. Fortunately, I managed to track it down to a depot 35kms away and went and collected it myself before they returned it to sender. Dont try and speak to anyone because they have no phone number! I will never use sendle again!

Handoff to USPS SLOW!

I purchased an item on eBay on 1-1-21, the label was printed on 1-4, and Sendle picked it up 7 days later to hand it off to UPS. Package sat for a week before they picked it up. In short the slow down USPS deliveries.

Wreaths and ornaments

Very Pleased with their service and their prices. I was getting ripped off with other shipping depots. My customers are happy also as they pay for shipping. Deliveries were prompt and I could track my shipments easily. Could not be happier. Sendle is my go to place for shipping.

No Customer Service

Literally zero customer service which is completely unethical. I'm not sure that this is legal. Christmas presents didn't show up on time after more than a week in transit - and no one to contact!

I booked my parcel for pickup on the 18/12, they neglected to do so.
It was rescheduled for the 21/12 I was home all day, parcel was at the front door, they apparently were unable to collect it? So I then dropped it off the the closest drop off point on the 22/12 and now they are saying that they are unable to collect it still. It is literally their job and they cannot do it, please avoid them, I thought I would try them because it was a cheaper option through eBay but they are useless.

If you are a business considering using Sendle, I would implore you to reconsider they may be cheaper than some but there's a reason. As a customer I've never had a good experience and if I see an online business uses Sendle as their service I won't place an order.

Sendle saved Christmas!

So happy with this Company!
They picked up a package in Sydney and delivered to Melbourne in 22 hours.
Sent Christmas presents after border closures meant family could not visit.
Very grateful Sendle. Well done

Issue at every step of the way

1. Scanner not working at hubbed drop off point (delay 1 day to be scanned)
2.3 week no tracking or updates for Sydney to Darwin simple delivery
3. Cant phone anyone and customer service dont provide their name so no continuity in communication
4. System won't allow case/ investigation to be launched for 3 weeks (ridiculous for domestic delivery)
5. One month after sending no outcome and very confusing mixed messaging for customer service which has damaged my reputation and allowed buyer to get full refund so I am at a loss

AVOID. I will be pursuing this through all available channels as this has been totally unacceptable

Lost my parcel
December 15, 2020

Terrible tracking tool. Absolutely no information on where my item is other than a stupid animation of a truck delivering my package that is now 4days over the delivery estimate. The sender of my item has requested an investigation as to the whereabouts of the item but I have had no correspondence from Sendle so far.
