The delivery was dropped off on the front porch after ringing the doorbell although it cost $14.99 + $2.99 for same day delivery. The flowers looks as if they were picked up at target for $15 and I was charged a total of $70. Buyer BEWARE

It's 🗑🚮! Mother's Day I bought two very expensive roses one for my mother and wife. Guy comes to the door with only one. I asked where my other flowers, he says I only have one. He said it may come from another florist. The flowers never came, ruined.

Pros: none exist.

Cons: there customer service is all Indians! The problem is their English isn't adequate enough to provide customer service. The 1st woman I received act like she couldn't hear me and just kept repeating hello. Called again same 🗑🚮. Used the chat service and that worked at least.

The flowers look like a**. What I received for my mother was something I could do myself at the local State Park with a vase.

No way to know who's your florist.

Just really 🗑 🚮 experience.

So bad!

Ordered a gorgeous arrangement from the website. $70 for tulips and roses. Was so excited to have this on my table for my womens group from church. Site listed 5 flower types in arrangement. Flowers arrived the day before- not one of those flower varieties present. Called to complain. Saud they'd send new arrangement. Arrangement arrived the next day, after my event ended. Arrangement was 6 inches across. 2 roses. 2 tulips.NOT the lush arrangementI ordered. So disappointed. Angry, actually. Only good thing I have to say is that they issued my refund quickly, and it hit my account almost immediately. Picture below of my 70 dollar arrangement. Check it against the BOUQUET OF TULIPS AND ROSES on their site. Ordered the $70 size.

EMBARRASSING FLOWERS

Do not order flowers from this site. I payed 70 dollars for orchids to give to my wife for Valentine's Day. What I ordered on their website and what I recieved was utter disappointment and embarrassing. The flowers was put in a cup smaller then my hand. There was only two orchids that bloomed. The rest of them were buds that were falling off. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but far from it. They refunded me 10 dollars of the 70 dollars i spent. Was very unhappy hints the rant. So i hope this review keeps you from making the mistake i did. Pictures attached)

Ruined Valentines day for 79 year old Mother

Email I sent to them of the horrible service below. Their response was no apology, no remorse. Just we refunded you.

I don't email complaints unless they are deserved. I give a lot of grace. I ordered for my 79-year-old mother who is alone and doesn't have much to look forward to. So, ordered flowers and chocolate for Valentine's Day. She told me when she opened the door her flowers were upright (not tipped over) on her porch. She picked it up and the water from the flowers was down in the plastic and the flowers were damaged. I asked her if the candy was damaged too, and she said there was no candy. Obviously, the delivery driver knew they were damaged in the truck but delivered them that way any way. (Who knows where the chocolate is).

Customer service call day 1 - after 45 minutes between waiting for someone to answer and having to ask for a supervisor (What a joke that was). I was told by the supposed supervisor that she would refund my order and send another complimentary arrangement to my mother on the 15th. No chocolate, which I agreed to. I will order her candy from somewhere else and thought with the new arrangement that would be perfect.

February 15th - Mother waited all day and was excited for the flowers. They never arrived.

Customer service call day 2 - Ask for another supervisor. She says no record of 2nd arrangement. I told her the first supervisor even put me on hold to arrange delivery for the arrangement and told me it would arrive on the 15th. Unbelievable! This supervisor tells me to call back in the morning (16th) to see if the florist accepted the delivery. This is the worst time I have ever had trying to bring a smile to my mother's face. She still has no flowers. (The damaged ones are in the trash) I do not have time to make another phone call to see if maybe they will do what they promised.

I will never use your company again. I get things happen I deal with customers all the time. The difference is we make it right. I will also be putting all these events in a review (which I put a lot of thought as I don't do often) as other people should not have loved ones let down by your company.

Scammers

I spoke with a Manager about my missing delivery status for Valentines Day. She canceled my order instead of fulfilling the order. She said if i wrote a negative review she would use my credit card for peraonal use. Beware of using this company. I emailed them giving them the time and date of this conversation but to date they have not reaponded

Don't waste your money

They advertise lots of flowers for good price but once you received it is not same as the description. Once you file the complaint, you only get 30% refund instead of they are willing to send the correct the issue or the full money refund. Every time you speak with their associate, they have no idea, and they keep promising to do but never does. My mom received the flower that only 1/2 flowers that I ordered and they promised to re-send her flower, did not receive like what they told me. I called them back and said they will re-send another one in 2 days, but did not receive it, but received an email stating that flower was delivered. Do not waste your money, do not waste your time to argument with their associate. Oh by the way, when you talk to associate, you may hear the kids crying from their back ground, and they cant explain anything or give you an answers anything. They love to put you on hold for no reason.
Just to be head up. I wish I could give a negative review instead of 1 star.

Ordered flowers 2/12… "satisfaction guaranteed" … right … were supposed to be here by 6:00 2/14 … nothing. No call no email notta.
On hold for what seemed hours on 2/14, finally got thru 2/15 in the afternoon- woman was very difficulty to understand to say the least, then offered me a 25% refund. Absolutely unacceptable… paid thru PayPal and they made it right … lesson learned go thru your local flower shop!

Ordered the day prior and was promised a delivery date of Feb 14th. Contacted them that day at 12pm, rep said it rest assured it will arrive before 5PM. Wife never received flowers. Contacted support and they lied and said there was an attempt to deliver but nobody was there. This was a blatant lie, the person who receives delivery for the company is my wife! You'll have to stay on the line for 30 mins via phone or chat to try and fight for your refund. Do not order from this site

Missed Deliveries Wrong Arrangements

Do not use this site to buy your flowers. The cheaper prices may attract you but you'll be disappointed. My first order arrived within the scheduled time but they had sent a cheaper arrangement from what I ordered. I tired again on a separate occasion and they completely missed the delivery date without any follow-up. Go somewhere else please.

I ordered flowers and a balloon to be delivered to my granddaughter's school for Valentine's Day. I placed the order two days before Valentine's Day to ensure delivery ON Valentine's Day. I started tracking the delivery at 10:00 AM on Valentine's Day, and at 6:30 PM, the tracking mechanism showed no progress beyond what I had seen at 10:00 AM. I reached out to my granddaughter at 9:30 PM to see if she had received the delivery, and she told me that she had not. At approximately 11:24 PM, I received an email from Sendflowers.com, stating that the delivery had been made. I knew this had to be a joke because the school had been closed for hours. I wouldn't order from this company again if they were having a 90% off sale on their most extravagant arrangements.

Never showed as being shipped or even "out for delivery" per their tracker. Only ever showed as "Delivered" AFTER I opened a support ticket with their live chat that required the order number, to inquire about order status. Really funny how that happened.

Called recipient. Nothing was delivered to her or her neighbors. I re-opened live chat with them due to the product being shown as "Delivered" but never arriving. They told me I would investigate and I inquired how long that would take and what happens at the end of the investigation -- would I get a refund?

Proceeded to get offered 20% off the purchase. I told them that was inexcusable and that if the item was never delivered then a full refund should be given.

They proceeded to immediately tell me my order was canceled and a full refund would be put back on my card.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

I ordered for Valentines Day, Send Flowers. The ones delivered were half the size of the ones in the picture and I upgraded to the next level. Also, the daisy's were wilted pedals and some had no pedals. I will never order from them again.

Don't use this online service! I ordered a beautiful vase full of roses and tulips but the recipient received an old mason jar with two roses and 3 tulips. It was so ugly, the few flowers looked like they had been picked off the side of the road and jammed in a jar!
When I called to complain to the florist, they said that Sendflowers.com is a third party business, and eventhough I paid $79.00, the florist said she only received $30.00 from Sendflowers.com and that is why the jar was substituted for the vase, and the flowers were so few. Please see the comparison of what was received and what was ordered. There simply is NO comparison.
