We placed an order for a candy and balloon basket. Our son is highly allergic to nuts. The person we ordered from assured me there would be no nuts. I asked multiple times. The basket arrived and of course it was over 60% nuts. I called the company and the first person hung up on me the second said she would resend immediately and assured me no nuts. It was never sent. My husband called and after an hour on the phone he finally got someone who promised it would be resent. Wait for it... that's right it was never sent. What a ridiculous company. This isn't a mistake this is 4 different people who have assured us they will fix it and none of them do, this is obviously the company's policy. Keep people on the hook until they give up. Well I don't give up.
They have however managed to add me to their data base and bombard me with emails everyday!

IT'S A SCAM

STAY AWAY! What my friend received was completely different than what I paid for. Not even close. They said they had to use alternative flowers but you tell me, do they look like 'alternative'? I also ordered Happy Birthday balloons and other 3 colored balloons but they never arrived either. They substituted those 4 with this one smiley balloon that I never wanted. They just print the card in a normal A4 paper. If I knew this is what I was going to get, I wouldn't have considered ordering from here. They only offered partial refund. Oh and it didn't arrive on a scheduled time either. It arrived when the birthday party was over.

Received an email the moment after I placed my order (1:35 PM) confirming my order to be delivered today. Was also verbally promised it would happen.

At 3:14 PM an apology email was in my inbox. Stating they could not make the delivery that day.

I Used the automated phone system but it did not recognize my order number.

Was on hold for a long time until I reached someone and they where able to reference my order.

MININAL solutions where offered such as a 10% credit or upgrading my order to premium. Would not refund the delivery cost because they where not EXPRESS charges, just regular $14.99 fee.

Automated replies from them that described a Floral Gift... This was not a Floral item.

While it's one thing to guarantee service on your website it's another thing to have the service promised verbally by the rep.

I did reach a better % off my entire order eventually but only after explaining I would dispute my charge with the CC Company, I rarely do that. I told them that I was recording the call (which I was). Of course it took a supervisor escalation to do this.

On their website they have a mailing address. Looked it up on Google and no real location, office or warehouse.

I wish I checked the reviews for this website before I ordered! I placed an order for their premium fruit basket for $79 the website showed a beautiful professional basket of over 20 pieces of fruit promised to be delivered the same day. 3 days later, after the basket still not being delivered, I canceled the order and was promised a refund. 2 hours later the order was delivered. The photo of the disgusting cheap looking basket has been attached. I better get my refund because this crappy little basket isn't worth more than $10! Stay away from these frauds!

I ordered the Lavish Lavender Rose Bouquet for my mother. It was a sympathy bouquet as her sister just passed. When she sent me a photo of the bouquet with a thank you, I was horrified! I tried to have them replace the bouquet or refund my money. After being put on hold 20 times, I was told they had to do an investigation into what happened. I was told I would receive a return call, never did. I called the florist that delivered directly, and thankfully she agreed to replace the bouquet. She said the order form they sent her only indicated red and white flowers. The photo shows what I ordered versus what Mom received! Horrible company! Their satisfaction guarantee is complete BS.

I ordered a nice bouquet of flowers for a friend who unexpectedly lost a young spouse. It took 10 minutes to place the order - I even called as opposed to placing order online to make sure it would be delivered the same day. I got an email hours later stating "We're Sorry... You're order won't be delivered for 3 days :( We are crushed - this is not a legit service. Don't offer services you clearly can't provide. A phone call giving me an option to order elsewhere would have been good customer service. Really disappointed that I trusted this company!

Sendflowers.com screwed up two different orders. One was delivered on time and they managed to leave it at an unused, out of the way side door. Two days later the flowers were discovered wilted. The next order was scheduled to be delivered on 30 September 2020 - they were delivered on 9 September 2020. They will give me a small refund. Very Disappointed.

I purchased a $50 flower arrangement for a friend to surprise her for the 1st year anniversary of her father passing away unexpectedly. They didn't have the flowers i ordered and instead of calling and leaving me a message to discuss this they sent an email which I didn't get until the end of the day... amd when i called to complain they were rude. They said it wouldn't be delivered until 3 days from now which didn't work. I got a refund but will never ever purchase flowers from this website again!

Worst Birthday Surprise

I decided to surprise my mom for her birthday and order some flowers to be delivered to her job. I chose this really pretty bouquet that included a bunch of orange roses with other pink flowers. I decided to add a happy birthday balloon and a personalized card. I called my mom after I got the confi that the order was delivered and from the start I was disappointed. First, the delivery was careless to a whole new level. The person who deliver the flowers just left them outside and did not bother to knock or ring the bell. I work in healthcare and understand the new restrictions due to covid- 19, but knocking on the door or ringing the bell will not get you sick plus is common courtesy. When I look at the book a my mom received I realize it did not look anything like the purchase I made. They added the balloon but the flowers did not look fresh and some of them had lost petals at the entrance. It literally look like they pick it up from some garden and put it in the base with lots of water. Not even flower food was added. To make my disappointment greater they didn't even bother to add the personalize card I had requested instead they put a handwritten note with my mom's name and the address it was delivered to. I will usually go and get the flowers myself however I wanted to surprise my mom at work and did not have the capability to leave work in the middle of my work day but this will be the 1st and last time I will ever order from this site. You're probably wondering if I called them and as for a refund. I did and to make things worst they only refined me $10 out of the $70 I pay because they only refine the price of the product not the add ons nor the delivery. I added some pictures so you can draw your own conclusions.

No flowers sent

I ordered flowers two days ahead of time and they were never delivered. The recipiemt was at their home, in fact I was at their home for the better part of the same day that the delivery was due. They claim that nobody was home to deliver the flowers however, nobody contacted me to ask me if I wanted them to leave the flowers or not. In fact nobody contacted me even by the end of the day to let me know that the flowers had never been delivered even though I already knew it. It was a special occasion, much more than an inconvenience. I had to reach out the following day via live chat where they did agree to give me a refund even though the occasion was ruined. And they also ended the chat with a bit of sarcasm. I guess when their special occasion is ruined they like to joke about it.

Same day delivery

I ordered from SendFlowers because it said same day delivery. I ordered the flowers on Friday for our Aunts Birthday, I had to wait until the last minute because she was changing hospitals and I found out Friday where she was. Her birthday was on Saturday. We were able to talk to her Saturday and wish her happy birthday, and asked if she had gotten the flowers. She had not and this was pretty late in the afternoon and her 89th birthday. I emailed the company and they said they would look into it. Sunday came no flowers she was fading and the put her on life support, but if they had gotten them she still would have seen them. I contacted them again and they said the flower shop had them out for delivery. By Sunday afternoon she was on life support and not aware of what was going on around her. I contacted the company and they did say they were sorry and game me a discount and a coupon and would let me know when they were delivered. Monday morning still no flowers and then I was checking my email and it said they were delivered, the cousins still had not seen them and our Aunt still on life support, I called the company and they said they would refund some more of my money back. Tuesday morning and they showed up but our aunt is not aware of what is going on around her. This is her last birthday and the last thing that we said to her was that we loved her and her flowers were coming, It was suppose to have a happy birthday balloon and that was missing, It was important that they were there for her birthday which is why I went with this company, even if they had come the next day she could have enjoyed them a little. It might be more the fault of the flower shop they used, but I should not have had to contact them so many times and at $15 for delivery it should have been on time. They gave me a coupon, but I doubt if I will ever use it.

I should've gone by the negative reviews I read, but I decided to give them a try and I was disappointed. Paid for the "deluxe" sized bouquet which states "as shown" and our recipient got an arrangement half or smaller than half the size and no ribbon and different vase. What a scam. After 4 emails with customer service, I was given 25% refund the product. I wasn't even asked if I was ok with that or offered another option. We were counting on this company for this long distance birthday flowers gift for a loved one and they fell through. Never again.

I ordered a "deluxe" welcome home bouquet totaling $91 for our new baby granddaughter. When the flowers were delivered, the arrangement literally looked nothing like the picture advertised on their website, the flowers were wilted, and if this was their "deluxe" version, their "regular" and "premium" products would definitely be pathetic. Their website stated "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but when I called to say I was dissatisfied, they offered to give me a coupon for a future order. I told them "no thank you" because there will be no future order from me. I had to race out to a florist shop to have a new beautiful arrangement made, which they did on the spot for half the cost of my order with sendflowers.com. How companies like this stay in business, I just don't know.

Hidden fees

I ordered flowers online that were advertised as $19.99 same day delivery. I gave them my credit card and right before I hit confirm at the very bottom I saw the total of $39. They had added a 15 dollar delivery fee that had not been mentioned through the whole transaction. They hope you confirm without scrolling down to see the true price. Misleading cons.
