I ordered a bouquet for my cousin's funeral. What they delivered was sloppy, haphazardly arranged, and except for the few sunflowers, had none of the flowers in the bouquet advertised. I was embarrassed and very upset. Their solution to this problem was to offer me a 30% refund. Satisfaction neither guaranteed nor received. They didn't even offer to replace it which is what they should have done. This is not a quality organization and the florists with which they contract are not very good either. If the florist couldn't provide the exact arrangement I ordered, I should have been contacted and given the option to choose something else. Never will I use Sendflowers.com again.

I ordered a balloon birthday arrangement for a friend. The arrangement did not arrive on the date it was supposed to. I called and they said they would upgrade the arrangement and add a note of apology since the balloons did not arrive when they were supposed too. We are now almost 48 hours past the time they should have arrived. I want my money back! The flower shop they worked with would not answer the phone. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. This place is a joke and a rip off. They asked me to wait until Monday and contact them again if it does not arrive. It is Saturday and I expect a full refund because something tells me my order will not be delivered! Do not use this service. They suck!
I ordered a deluxe fruit basket. When it was delivered, the items I paid for were missing. Attached, photo on the website what was paid for and what was actually delivered. I got some cheap candy with poor quality bananas and apples. I paid for a basket full of fruits and other items. I never received what I paid for. Very unscrupulous business practices. Please don't waste your money. Not to mention poor customer service. I call on BBB to investigate this company. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Scam!
I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them. Worst of the worst. Supposed to be delivered to funeral home 10-13, sent delivery driver to house without plant. Called the 800 number was told the plant would be delivered by 10 am 10-14, day of funeral... did not arrive. The local florist could not be reached... was at the funeral and tried the 3rd time to get the plant to the funeral before services... did not happen. Funeral ended, still no plant. I'm demanding a refund so we'll see, paid through paypal, thank goodness! I would avoid this place like they have the plague.
I ordered flowers from their website, and paid for the same day delivery. They sent an email saying that my order couldnt be completed same day, and talked over chat with a representative. They said that they were sorry and that they couldnt find a florist to do a same day delivery and would waive the same day fee, upgrade my purchase, and make sure that the delivery would be placed next day. Was worried from reviews that the flowers would end up badly, but just received a photo and they look really good! It can be really hit or miss depending on the florist they use. If you want to make sure you order good flowers, go through your local florist, but overall my experience with them was fairly good. The live chat was helpful, just wish they had an order tracking, but that would be more on the florist's side.
I ordered a specific arrangement because I had received the same arrangement from my son and I loved it. My friend got the flowers and they look nothing like what I ordered. There weren't many roses in the arrangement and totally the wrong color. I contacted them because they have a 100% guarantee. All they would give me was $8.75 back. This was very disappointing. The photo on the left is what I ordered. What she got was the photo on the right.
I think the ease of online use is what attracts most people to order flowers from them as opposed to more local florists who have poor websites for shopping. They delivered flowers to my friends house the day before her birthday and then subsituted some flowers in the bouquet with inferior ones and completely changed the entire color scheme. I will not order from them again. I have ordered from 1800flowers. Much better.
Was stressed to switch florists because we moved into a new area but they did a great job. Don't listen to the negative reviews, It just depends on the florist they use in YOUR AREA... they literally have no involvement in the arrangements. I gave them a 4 star rating because there was next to NO communication between them and customer... As long as babe is Happy I am Happy... And babe is Happy...
I ordered 'modern orange roses' bouquet; ended up paying more than two times what it is stated to cost. Birthday - a friend! Looks NOTHING like what was in the picture on the site. Even the vase isn't the same. I can't pull up the website photo. Is this bouquet the worst? Yes, if you compare it to what i believed to be purchasing.
Flowers that we're delivered we're not as advertised. Photo on their website showed a large orchid. What came was a minuscule orchid in a small pot. Chocolate brownies were also very tiny, and, not at all as pictured on their website. I had paid for deluxe packages and expected a larger plant and chocolate brownies, but was very disappointed with what was delivered. Avoid this business...

I wanted my aunts to have flowers sent to them. They both live in different places. The total was over the amount I had in the account and it got declined.
I then find another shop that has my price range with what my amount came to. It declined- why would it if I jus checked my account knowing I had jus got declined because I didn't have enough- how could it be declined when I now know the exact amount? IT WAS BECAUSE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY CHARGED MY CARD A SECOND TIME FOR A LESSER AMOUNT AND PROCEEDED WITH CHARGING MY CARD! POS SAID AND TRIED TO MAKE ME BELIEVE THIS WAS A NORM... To be charged twice and have a pending transaction that in 48hrs will be put back into your account. What a joke! Had my bank reverse payment. SCAM SCAM SCAM
We paid $86.00 for flowers and a gift for my daughter's birthday. SendFlowers.com guaranteed deliver 2 days before her birthday. When that did not happen, they guaranteed deliver 1 days before her birthday. That also never happened. It is now several days after her birthday and there has been no delivery. When we called to request a refund, they spent 20 minutes or so having us prove we actually made and paid for the order. Once we proved this, they still would not refund our money and said they would get "back to us in 24 hours." These folks seem to be incompetent.

To make a long story short and less frustrating the flowers that arrived were different and dying. I sent pictures to sendflowers.com customer care expressing my disappointment. They acknowledged they dropped the ball and shared the responsibility with their delivery company. In the end, they offered a $21 dollar refund on $ 120.00. This company is dishonest considering their "100% satisfaction guarantee". My Grandmother is dead and buried I had to purchase more flowers to make up for their error. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

So I ordered flowers for my wife. Lilies and tulips are her favorite. First off they were supposed to be same day delivery, but that didn't happen. They were delivered almost 3:00pm the following day. So I was a little pissed about that but okay whatever. Then she sent me a picture and it is no where close to what I ordered. The customer service representative kept arguing substitute flowers may be used. My point was that it's not even close to what I ordered. She came back and said they would give me a refund of 30%. After more than 15 minutes of stating my point that it's no we're close to the order I made she finally said they would refund my money in 1-3 business days. Do not ever use this service. You are better off just stopping at Walmart and picking up a bouquet of flowers because at least you will get the flowers you paid for.
This is the worst flower company. I ordered flowers for my mother's bday and what arrived was 1/10 of the amount of flowers and a COMPLETELY different arrangement and vase. When I contacted customer service they said there was nothing they could do (despite me showing them pictures) and they only gave me a partial discount. Absolutely horrific.
(ALSO SEE EDIT BELOW) Ordered delivery of balloons (could not find anyone else to deliver balloons in this crazy COVID-19 world we live in) for a friend along with what I thought was suppose to be a small box of chocolates (my bad for not looking at receipt closer). Balloons were AWFUL - deflated in one day - see photos and friend also received rose petals for bath (has allergy to flowers) WITH A PRICE TAG STILL ON THE BOTTOM. DO NOT ORDER BALLOONS FROM THIS PLACE!
EDIT: After contacting SendFlowers (very good communication), they could not apologize enough and let the local service that provided service know. Asked if they could re-send (no) and what they could do to make it right. I know in this environment, many are struggling and did not feel right about asking for a full refund but they did give me a partial refund which took away a little bit of the sting.
Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. Received a notice from Send Flowers that the order had been delivered at 3 PM on the correct day. The only problem was that their were no flowers delivered. No phone call. Nothing. The next day, the day after delivery was scheduled, my sister gets a call from the delivery driver who told her that he couldn't find the address yesterday so I put the flowers back in his car and thought he'd deliver them the next day. The next day, he then told my sister that he was at the bottom of the hill and if she wanted the flowers she had to come and get them. I sent flowers to my wife on 09/25/2020 and they were sent via UPS. She works a local elementary school where they regularly receive UPS deliveries. The flowers were included with the regular UPS delivered items, with no indication on the box that they were flowers and no name on the box for the office staff to notify my wife of the delivery. Although the flowers were delivered on a Friday, they were not found until the following Monday after I made her aware that I had sent them. A total disaster, I will not use sendflowers.com again.
