I ordered flowers on 3/31 same day delivery I paid for same day delivery but they did not deliver. I called them around 2 or 3 pm and they said they would send me an email confirming the delivery -it did not arrive. I called early today 4/1 asking for a refund, and was told again they will call me. They did not call me; they did not email me, but had the face of delivering the flowers as if nothing has happened. Where is my refund? WORST FLORIST ON THE NET!

My little sister had major surgery, so I ordered her flowers that morning. I called my mom to see how my sister was and to see if my sister like the flowers, turns out they didn't receive them. I called the company's 1800 number which was a total joke, I sat on hold for 15 minutes and then was hung up on.
I called back immediately and just hit the 0 button about 10 times, until I was able to speak to a person. I felt bad at the kid on the phone, because it's not his fault, just their crap service. He informed me that they were supposed to call me earlier to tell me that they couldn't do, BUT THEY NEVER CALLED.

Stay away, 100% worst business for flower delivery ever. They offered me a coupon to make up for it, which i'll never use.

I was not impressed with SendFlowers.com. I tried to send a bouquet to someone on their birthday and I chose to do same day shipping. I placed my order before the cut off time and paid extra but they were not delivered that day. I had to call customer service to see what was up and they apologized and offered me an "upgrade" that apparently would make the bouquet look fuller as well as an apology note to the recipient. So that was nice but I don't think I'll be using this company again. There are much better options.

Ordered $71 plus dollar flower arrangement with balloons on Thursday for next day delivery. Received confirmation of order. By 9 pm Friday flowers were still not there. They claimed truck broke down but will refund money, give $20 gift certificate and send token flower arrangement not of my choice. Flower arrangement looked like left overs... wrong color, wrong flowers in fact looked like mini funeral arrangement. Disgusted and would not recommend them to a dog. There is no same day, customer service tells you to email them and then never responds. If you call "place an order" you get someone that swears they are going to do the right thing but not one of four emails was ever answered! Token flowers sent were pitiful... better I had bought them from in hospital or street flower stand. I noticed that flowers I picked said FTD arrangement? I wonder if FTD knows they are losing business with the shyster florist? Use a reputable company... this one wont be around for long! Doesn't deserve a single star.

After a harrowing experience with another site, I learnt my lesson and did my research. Through this I found SendFlowers.com! What a pleasure! Great service! The customer care is immediate and responsive. The product arrives on time and is EXACTLY as ordered. My favorite is the email notification you receive when the gift has been delivered. I send many gifts to my VIP customers from my company and have chosen Sendflowers as my main source of gifts. Good prices, excellent value! Keep up the great work.
