Bad company

I order flowers for mothers day. They gave me a run around. First they said they would have deleveried on tuesday but i requested monday. Then i call again and they said couldnt find a florist to delever to the area now mind you i already paid. Then i get an email saying they will delevery them on wensday with no problem. So i called again again they say cant delevery in the area. But yet ican find a florist who would. I ask sendflowers the name ofthe florist they were usingthey wouldnt tell me. So now suspposely im getting my money back but no flowers for my mother at all. I wouldnt recomand this company all you may get is a huge run around and nothing for what you pay for. So dont use at all badcompany and bad service

I ordered a bouquet of flowers that had each flower listed in the description. When the flowers arrived they were tiny and all different flowers! When I talked to customer service they just said flowers vary depending on the season... Understandable IF they didn't list each flower on the description that would be included. I would have got the 19.00 bouquet instead of a 50 dollar one if I didn't care what flowers were used. And the size of the 50.00 flowers was the same as the 19.00 ones... They would not refund any money. Won't be using them again.

Ordered flowers and candy to be delivered to a sick friend for $60.00 Had to ask her if she received them. No she did not. Called customer service and they told me they would get back to me. Not yet. Requested a refund and they sent me a link to track the order, only their tracking system says my confirmation # does not exist. Do not use this company. They were a recommendation on Ebates. Never again will I trust those recommendations. Should have used somebody reputable instead. Buyer beware.

Ordered flowers and no where on the website did it say I would have to respond to a text for them to deliver or leave on the porch with no one home. The order was to be delivered to a home in North Vegas in early may. I have had man, many flowers delivered in Phoenix area where I live in warm weather without being home and it was never a problem.
This florist text me late in the afternoon to ask permission to leave on the porch. In less than an hour I responded to which I was text back: too Late" call back tomorrow. I caled 4 times where it just rang and rang. Finally spoke to a Mangager and was told that they did not deliver because it was too warm and windy, My daughter's porch is protected.
IIF SOMEONE had told me to watch for a text to give permission to leave I would have made sure to keep my phone by my side. But a respondse under an hour should not be too long. They knew what the weather was that day why did they wait to the delivery man was at the porch to ask if there was a possibly that no one was home could they leave?
So the flowers are being delivered after the special day where it would have meant so much more.
Will NEVER use this company again.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my grandmother that were supposed to be delivered to her job on May 1st before 4:30 as I specificed multiple times. The flowers were NOT delivered to her job until 5:15 pm and at that point they have no use of she wasn't there to receive them. I spoke with a customer service rep who told me that the flowers would have to be delivered the next day which was completely unacceptable but I agreed because I still wanted my grandmother to have them but shortly after the call with the customer service rep ended, the delivery driver called me to say he was at my grandmothers job but no one was there... keep in mind 30 mins before his call I was told the flowers would be redelivered and upgraded TOMORROW May 2nd... clearly this company does NOT communicate with the drivers or the florist. This is my first and LAST time ordering anything from SendFlowers.com. I literally had to curse the customer service rep out today, May 2nd because it is now 12pm the next business day and my grandmother still hadn't received the order! My entire surprise birthday gift to my grandmother was RUINED by this unprofessional business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Seriously, if I could give them negative stars, I would.

I placed my order 10 days ahead of my mother's birthday. The day of delivery came and went and no flowers so I called. I was told that the local florist rejected the order.

Wait what? Why wasn't I notified?

Apparently, Sendflowers.com doesn't work that way. I had to call to find out that the order was rejected by the local florist - and it was rejected the day the order was placed. They couldn't be bothered to tell me, but they sure as hell took my payment.

Nice.

Go to a reputable florist - do not use these folks.

I spent about $40 for their cheapest flowers to get sent to my grandmother in Colorado for her birthday. Reasonable enough; a vaiety if flowers, a vase, online selection, and the convience of dlivery. About 4 hours after I put in the order I received an email saying they had been delivered (+1 star for fast and reliable same day delivery)!

I was anxious though because I couldn't talk to her until I got off of work and thought to check this sites reviews. This made me panic! Nothing but terrible reviews, and I got the cheapest bouquet they had to offer! Surely I had just wasted my money. I was convinced I should have just called and admit fault as I forgot to send a card. My redemption plan was going to be a slap in the face and these flowers would be nothing but a reminder of a long distance granddaughter that only calls for money and birthdays. The flowers I had pictured in my mind based on reviews were as dead as her dreams of her prized granddaughter becoming a doctor.

I finally got off of work and gave the gran a call. She was so happy and went on and on about how it was a full, bright bouquet (+1 star) of a variety all kinds of flowers and smelled beautiful (+1 star).

Anything to keep my place as the favorite grandchild! (+2 more stars for the place holder and ol' grannies overall happiness)

I'm satisfied with my experience with buying love. Definitely worth it!

Spent $400 on several arrangements for Admin Professionals Day. Some got delivered. Some did not. Same office! Got an email saying they'd try to deliver tomorrow. Tomorrow doesn't work, tomorrow is not the holiday i ordered these flowers for. Been on hold for over 50 minutes now trying to get it worked out. Customer service is non-existent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Unless you order in crayon they probably can't process it...

I paid $45.00 to have flowers delivered to a friend at work. What she got was a bud vase with 3 roses and some babies breath. When I called customer service they tried convince me that I got what I paid for. When I called to complain they told me they would re-make the order and deliver it again, but they would pick up the flowers they sent before. Other than that being so tacky, the order would not have came until Monday as it was late on Friday when I called to complain. So she was going to take the flowers home over the weekend. They told me to ask her to keep them as work so they could pick them up. I mean, really? My friend was already stress out enough she didn't need any more. This place is a joke. I tried to upload a pic. I hope everyone can see what $45.00 will get you.

I should have read the reviews before both incidences. First time ordering in January, the flowers never reached my mom who was in the hospital and was about to be discharged. Called customer service 2 times and they did not even know who the florist was and status. They gave me a 30% discount. Second time around, was supposed to have flowers delivered to my parent's for their anniversary on yesterday, no delivery. I called customer service and they claimed that the first florist could not deliver to the house because it was too far. They found a new florist and could not reach the florist to know where the flowers were. I asked for a refund and they only wanted to refund 25% until they found out where the flowers went. I told them that I no longer needed the flowers because the anniversary was over. It took speaking to a supervisor to get full refund; I won't hold my breath waiting for the refund to actually take place. I will not use this company anymore.

Birthday Balloon Bust

Spent $50 for a birthday balloon bouquet to be delivered to my daughter at school. I called twice before the florist opened to make sure they got the message that she had early dismissal and they needed to be delivered by noon. We live in a small town that takes only 20 minutes to drive from one end to the other. The florist opened at 9 am and as of 1 pm the best status update I can get is they have been "on the truck" for hours. Very disappointed and wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money. Don't waste yours!

I wanted to surprise my mother for her birthday and ordered flowers through Send Flowers 2 days prior. Since they advertised as a 'next day delivery' florist service, I assumed that my mother would receive her flowers ahead of time. I was wrong! I received a confirmation email that the flowers had been delivered and when I called customer service to confirm, they told me that I received the email in error and that the flowers would be delivered in the next 30 minutes. Well, 5 hours had passed and my mother never received her flowers. I called back and at that time, the local florist that they used was closed so they couldn't even do anything about it. They offered to write an apology note with the flowers and a 30% discount. I cancelled the order completely and requested a full refund.

Never use Send Flowers. I regret not using Proflowers or at least FTD. This company should be shut down by the BBB.

Placed an order to be delivered on April 13,2017. I placed the order on April 7,2017. Received a confirmation back this afternoon, April 7, that the order had been delivered April 13. How is that possible? Are we using time travel these days that an order can be delivered 6 days in the future? Called customer service and I was on the phone with her for over 45 minutes. Final outcome she offered to have the order re-delivered, REALLY, or give me 30% off and a $20 credit. Well, first of all I won't use their service again, so the $20 credit is of no use to me, and re-deliver an order? STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

MESS-UP order

I ordered flowers to my daughters' birthday. They delivered the wrong flower TWO days after my daughter's birthday. This is what I call mess-up others people special day. Totally disappointed. They offered me 50% refund. They usually have three prices; I paid the "Deluxe" which according to them flowers would look similar to the picture on website.
I would never use or recommend this company again. They should try another business. I wish I had read the reviews first.

I`ve always sent flowers and gifts online, has always worked well, except this last time I tried another company https://www.sendflowers.com/ to send flowers to a funeral, I ordered it 4 days before the funeral (even though they offer same day delivery) because I wanted to make sure the flowers would be there for my family as I was not able to attend the funeral. A week after the funeral I asked my family if they liked the flowers, they said they never saw my name on any of them... then I contacted https://www.sendflowers.com/@FlowersSend again and asked about a proof of delivery or something... And that`s when I found out my $45.98usd flowers never made it... they never send them to the funeral... So If I didn`t contact *******@FlowersSend https://www.sendflowers.com/ I would have never known that my order was not even taken! So they were gonna keep my money! Ofcourse they gave me a huge apologize and offer to upgrade my order and send a bigger flower thing that day... A WEEK AFTER THE FUNERAL... REALLY? I said NO I want my refund! Thy replied they were disappointed at me for that... OH WELL! So I`m just waiting for my money fully refunded and had to warn people about this site... they are NOT 100% guarantee as they say. And they will try to keep your money without telling you anything. BECAREFUL *******@FlowersSend they are NOT trustable!

Ordered the flowers online overnight for same day delivery and received a voicemail while I slept saying that they needed to speak with me about my order. I call and find out that their fraud department was contacted about possible inconsistencies. What the hell is that? I just ordered flowers I don't think that a bouquet poses a security risk. I talk to their verification department at 2 p.m. Central Time. I ordered the flowers on Pacific time very early, so when they called me I was already two hours behind when the flowers should have been on a truck first thing in the morning set out for delivery. So by the time I got their message the business day was basically over at the location where the flowers were going to be sent. They claimed I was randomly selected and that there were inconsistencies between the way I signed the card and the credit card I used. Why were they being nosey? What business is of theirs how I sign a card? What a joke! I'm used to companies just sending my flowers and not acting like TSA. It doesn't do me any good to order something online if I still end up having to talk to somebody before they are deemed cleared to send. It's self-defeating. I had no idea that major flower fraud was a thing. They said they were protecting me. From what?! Oh. I know. From using them in the future.

RIP OFF!

Ordered some flowers online yesterday that looked beautiful on the picture online BUT the ones delivered were otherwise. Paid $32 for 3 small diasies, two roses, and 2 carnations... while the picture online was a vase full of different flowers. I called to complain and they still had the nerve to keep me on hold for 10 minutes while they contacted the florist. Ended up refunding me 30% percent back. This was the first and last time i buy from SendFlowers. Horrible experience! Take your business somewhere else.
