I called sendflowers 3 days before the memorial service. I emphasized the importance of having the floral arrangements delivered on the correct date and time and place. The rep assured me that it will be delivered the first thing in the morning 8 o clock. On the day of the service I got a email from sendflowers at 2pm that they could not deliver the flowers on time for the service. Their response to me was to I still wanted to deliver the flowers to the service. Since the service was over 3 hours earlier there is no point to deliver the flowers! I was most upset because I was representing my family to send the flowers as condolences. I was told that a refund would send to me immediately. As of now I have not heard from them at all. I will never use this place ever again!

Ordered flowers 5/11/17 for delivery on 5/12/17

5/12/17 called sendflowers to see why the flowers were not delivered. They indicated that the scheduled delivery date was May 16. I indicated that I have an email confirmation of 5/12/17. Sendflowers said this was unfortunate but there was nothing that could be done and I would have to settle for this date and they would credit me back 7% of my original order.

5/16/17 called sendflowers to see why the flowers were not delivered. Customer service indicated that there was a mix up with the florist. I asked to speak to a supervisor (Jamin). Jamin relayed his apologies and said he would personally contact the florist WED AM and that we could rest assure flowers would be delivered and he would personally contact us, which he never did. He offered to credit me back 50% of my original order and upgrade the flowers.

5/17/17 call sendflowers to see why the flowers were not delivered as promised. Spoke to Jamin directly and he had no answer. He offered to credit me back all of the payment and said we would have flowers delivered 5/18. I also received an email (5/17) after speaking with Jamin which said that they were unable to compete delivery on 5/12 and delivery for 5/18 was scheduled

5/18/17 didnt waste my time to call but did received an email (5/18) indicating that flowers would now be delivered 5/23

5/19/17 called sendflowers asking why no flowers were delivered 5/18 and customer service indicated on 5/17 the arrangement was canceled (which we did not cancel). I said then why did I received and email on 5/18 indicating delivery on 5/23.

Customer service is now indicated that they will have the flowers delivered 5/20.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. I called later that day after I was already charged for my order and they said that they were out for delivery. The lady said that I would receive a confirmation email when they arrived at the destination. I never received an email and there were no flowers delivered as well as no refund! Their costumer service is a JOKE! They put you on hold forever and don't reply to any emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and take no responsibility for it.

Worst ever! Placed a Mothers Day order to be delivered the Friday before When I received no acknowledgement from the recipient, I called send flowers and was told they were not delivered and would not be delivered until Monday "could not find a florist in Reno" really! And I received no notification. On Monday I called to verify they were delivered and now they "couldn't find the proper flowers" but would be delivered on Tuesday Just another lie. On Tuesday, I received a email confirmation of delivery notice Strange again no acknowledgement from the recipient. Another lie No flowers were delivered Wasted another 30 minutes on the phone conveniently getting disconnected many times trying to get a refund I was told a refund was processed, but they could and would not provide a confirmation number "we have other customers to assist" What the hell do you think I am? Im sure there will be no refund as the email confirming the refund never came thru Take time and read other comments They follow the same deceptive practices to steal money

I ordered on Tuesday for a Saturday delivery of an Hydrangea plant, the day before Mother's Day in Houston, TX. There was not a delivery on Saturday and I called them by 3PM on Saturday asking for delivery time. They could not give me a time. I called on Mothers day and they delivered a bunch of DEAD Hydrangea flowers stuck in with other greens. I could not believe they delivered it that way.

My Daughter ordered me flowers for Mothers day, I never received anything on Mothers Day, and after 4 phone calls and at 7pm the next day AFTER Mothers day a florist arrived with a bouquet of flowers. I called Florists in my area trying to find out who THE FLORIST WAS THAT HAD MY ORDER. They all told me this company is a scammer and none of them will work with them. I will be lucky if I see anything AND they will keep my daughters money. Upon showing my daughter the flowers she said she paid for much more. How do business's like this still be allowed to carry on!... Why doesn't someone do something to shut them down! I would give NO stars if I could. The Florist that delivered my flowers said they received the order that day, Yesterday (the day after mothers day) NOT before mothers day. MY Daughter paid for something she did not get. Avoid this company, don't get ripped off.

I ordered on August 25,2015 for flowers to be delivered on May 13,2017. On May 14,2017 the flowers were still not delivered. I called the 800 number and they assured me they would be delivered by 6. They were not! Called after 6pm and was again assured they would be delivered by 9 due to high delivery time (Mothers Day). Yup you guessed it. No delivery. Called customer service yet again waiting 20 minutes and was told they woukd be delivered the next day (already two days late) and yes so no delivery. After 3 days of disappointment they had the nerve to suggest 30% off and deliver on the fourth day! I just said my apologies to my mom and got a refund! Lesson learned. Read reviews before buying stuff online. Here's to hoping I get my refund within three days.

Rude and Terrible.
Use this company only if you want an extremely frustrating homework assignment, not if you want flowers. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day (as I have with other companies, many times and without incident) and instead of flowers my Mom has a card describing their half assed attempt at delivery. Her condo has both a phone with her room on the condo directory, and (if they had tried and couldn't have reached her) an air conditioned room where they could have left them (as dozens of other florists had before), but rather than that she eventually found a card (in that same room) saying they had been there but without information on how to now receive the bouquet. We both looked up the number, called and left messages (none of which were returned) and on the day after mother's day when one (of the many) attempts to reach them were successful, they were extremely rude and unapologetic. So I say again, use this company only if you want an extremely frustrating homework assignment, not if you want flowers.

Ordered my mom flowers for mother's Day. I ordered them 4 days before mother's day. Received a confirmation email and a estimated delivery. Mom never received her flowers... 2 days after they never showed up I called customer service and the said they would send flowers to her tomorrow and give me %15 refund which is $3 back for the delay... I just canceled my order and I will use someone else... They didn't even try to make up for that bull$#*!... 0% Customer Satisfaction.

Don't use this company. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week prior to have them delivered on Friday before Mother's Day. They contacted me on the delivery date to say they could not find a flower company to deliver, these were being delivered in the Washington DC area. It would be impossible to not find a flower company in this area. This company is a scam.

These site is ridiculous. Ordered flowers for my mother, a week before Mother's Day, and 4 days later they still haven't been deilivered. Called customer service AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD DELIVER FOR 30% OFF! Are you flipping kidding me?! Thank goodness I used my Amex. Only after I told them I was tired of their ridiculousness and would dispute the charge with Amex did they tell me they'd give me a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It would be more reliable to go pick flowers from someone's yard and give them to whomever...

Company is a fraud

This is a scam. I pre-pay for flowers to be delivered to my mom on the day prior to Mother's Day. That day, they sent me a confirmation email stating they had delivered the flowers. My mom was home all day. They lied! They never delivered the flowers. Total sham. When I called to complain, I was on hold for 15 minutes and when the female picked up the phone, she pretended she didn't hear me then hung up. I recommend someone find a good lawyer and start the class action lawsuit and file a complaint with the attorney generals office.

I place an order a week in advance for a delivery the day before Mother's day, to potentially avoid the rush. Today is Mother's day and my mom still has not received the flowers. Call Customer service, (20min hold) no refund even though they missed the target delivery date. Very upset, their CS work 14hr days and have their hands tied. I WILL USE AMAZON NEXT TIME!

I ordered flowers for my mother. We celebrate Mother's Day on the 10th and made my order for that day. To my surprise they were not sent to my mom so I called and they told me they would upgrade my flower arrangement for free and will send them the next day. They e-mailed me saying the flowers were delivered, but off course was a lie my mom never received them. I gave them one last chance thought they will get there a day before Mother's Day Sunday, like they promised, but no flowers got to her. Just called to get my money back and they seemed like they didn't care. They did not apologize at all. I'm not the kind that likes to complain but it feels crappy knowing they don't care when you trusted them to make a day special for somebody special and they didn't deliver. If you don't want to let your special someone down I recommend to just use somebody else and avoid the stress and letting your love one down.

I have used to send flowers.com on multiple occasions. There have definitely been issues, however they are usually accommodating in trying to find a way to get the flowers to the recipients on time. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day last week. They were supposed to deliver on Saturday. I contacted send flowers.com via email today with no response. I called and waited for 15 minutes, and when someone finally answered, they told me that the order could not go out for several more days and they were sorry. They could give me 15% off. I said I would rather cancel the order since they were now not going to be there until several days after Mother's Day. I'm extremely frustrated with the customer service, since they did not even contact me to let me know that the order would not be going out. I feel very bad for my step mom, who did not get flowers from anyone since they screwed up. I will definitely not be using them again.

I ordered a bouquet on the 10th for delivery for the 11th. On the 12th I wrote them an email asking why they still hadn't been delivered. I got an email within 4 hours and a phone call at 5:26am saying they couldn't deliver because of the Mother's Day holiday and would deliver either Monday or Tuesday and make upgrade the flowers to be fuller. Then when I complained about receiving a call at 5:26 am, they sent me an email, giving me $20 off my next order, but after reading other reviews, I don't think I will use them again unless those are the prettiest best flowers ever sent. How many florists do they work with?

I paid for same day delivery and the delivery was not made. A day later and 40 minutes of being on the phone with them, it took to get a refund issued. They tried to offer me 50% refund of the order price, not the order total (and the shipping charges were high), which was only about $10.00 and have the order redelivered 2 days after Mother's Day, that's the best they could offer. Their excuse about why the flowers weren't delivered were a joke. They tried to blame it on a florist in the area of delivery. I ordered through them at "SendFlowers" not a local florist. If the refund doesn't show up on my account, I guess I'll dispute with Paypal. This was the worst flower delivery attempt ever. Their website even says "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" - what a joke!

This place will take your money. Not deliver on the date you placed your order. They will not inform you of any delays. When you call to find out what is going on, they'll keep you on hold for half an hour. When they get on the phone they'll let you know your order is delayed by one week. No flowers but they will take your money. Horrible! I will tell anyone that will listen not to order through here.

I just spoke to the most obnoxious smug arrogant man at phone number *******670.

I want a call back form a manager. I placed a same day delivery yesterday and received an email saying we apologize but this cannot be delivered today- we will refund the same day fee and deliver tomorrow. They were going home tomorrow so I sent an email asking to have it delivered to an alternative address. To make sure this could be done - I called this number and was assured bu a won=man that this would be delivered first thing this morning before she went home and my account -credit card would be credited.
I called back today and was told very rudely- sorry it was cancelled an she didn't put any notes in about your call. He said it was cancelled-what else do you want?
I am livid!
