I really wish I would have read the reviews first. I ordered flowers on a Friday for delivery on Saturday. When I didn't hear from my family member I called and casually asked about the flowers. THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED. When I called SendFlowers they put me on hold for over 10 minutes to come back and say "the first florist was closed for a week and wasn't accepting orders and the second florist wanted more funds." WHAT? How long were they going to wait to contact me concerning this? I'm just glad I asked my family about them. They did refund my money but I would never, ever recommend them to anyone!

AMAZING, VERY HAPPY!

At first I was so scared about my order after reading the reviews, I ordered daisies for my mothers birthday and not only did they arrive at a reasonable hour of the day the flowers were beautiful and fresh, just like the website guaranteed. It put a smile on my mothers face and I would %100 ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Customer service is great and very helpful

Purchase a "Supersonic Sweetness Candy gift basket" and added on 3 balloons, needed it to be delivered by 2 pm, ordered at 7 am. I called 3 times during the day and the delivery was still late. NO BALLOONS WERE DELIVERED and the basket was so super cheap and did not look anything like the picture! This was maybe worth $25, I paid $74 - TOTAL ripoff!

Placed an order to be delivered in 2 days (tried to give plenty of notice) to my wife for our anniversary. There is a time when being efficient is a great thing, but when you deliver flowers the day before the delivery date and my wife wasn't even at the office that day? Not only was it embarrassing having my wife's coworker facetime her to show her the flowers because she obviously wasn't there, the delivery date is marked on the card for the next day! You had one job, and that was to deliver flowers on the delivery date. Complete fail. Called customer service and I got a $5 refund for the inconvenience. I'm still paying a lot of money for flowers to be delivered on the wrong day. A $5 refund doesn't make them deliver on the proper date! NEVER will I use this company again. Delivery wasn't correct and customer support was aweful!

I place a order on Friday 2pm for my Mother-in-law birthday to be delivered the same day. I called after 3pm to get an estimate time of deliver. Customer service put me on hold to call the florist and assure me the flowers will be delivered within the next few hours. But after 6pm there was no delivery. When I call customer service back again they said they couldn't get no answer at the florist shop. They told me the flowers will be definitely delivered the next day Saturday. Still Saturday came and still no delivery I'll call them back at 1 p.m. they told me the florist didn't have the flowers I wanted and this was the cause of delays they told me they can give me different flowers and it will be delivered shortly. After 6pm again nothing was delivered. I called customer service again and they told me the florist was closed. This Company SEND FLOWERS is bad Bussines please dont order from here. This a Scam.

I ordered flowers around midnight to be delivered the same day for my grandmother who had just lost my step-grandfather. Unfortunately, I could not make it to the funeral due to living so far away. I wanted to do something to at least lift her spirit. After ordering, I saw terrible reviews of the site. It really scared me because I ended up spending a little more than I wanted to. As the day went by, I never got an email saying the flowers had been delivered. It was 3:30 p.m. (recipient time) and I decided to call. The customer service was very friendly. He called the florist (who did not answer but he tried a couple of times) and assured me to not worry because the local florist had picked the order up and said it would be fulfilled before 6 p.m. About an hour later I got an email saying the flowers were delivered. I waited a little bit to hear from her just in case (like other unfortunate reviewers seemed to have dealt with it saying delivered when it wasn't). She called the next morning and was delighted! She went on and on about how beautiful the flowers were and how surprised she was. 5 stars!

Placed a order to send to my girlfriends work the day before. Told them she gets off at 330pm they could not say it would get there before she left. I called the next morning to find out ETA, they looked into it and said they could not find a florist to deliver them. Now its 6 hours before she gets off work. I finally spoke to someone who knew a little bit of their job, she found a florist and placed the order. I then had to call back 3 hours later to find out it was on the truck and going out. Why should a customer have to track every step on a delivery service that you pay for. I usually use Pro Flowers and I am definitely going to go back and use them for my next delivery. I should have looked at reviews for them before I placed a order with them. Who would think a flower delivery service has such bad reviews. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER USE THEM.

I was extremely anxious after placing my funeral order for my mother-in-law to see so many negative reviews for this company. I was sure I was being scammed. Well, I couldn't be more wrong.

Order was transmitted to local florist on the day I placed it. Flowers were delivered today by 11:30am. The banner was missing on the wreath but that is small thing with such a large order. The company did everything perfectly. I called customer service this morning and they were polite and let me know that the order had been created and was going to be out for delivery soon. My husband got an email confirmation as soon as they were delivered.

Our experience with this company was stellar.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom's work for her birthday. The website let me put my entire order through, charged my card, and sent me a confirmation email. 10 minutes later I received an email stating that the delivery address was too remote. Really? Because you took my money just fine. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with customer service, the best they could offer was a refund within 24 to 48 hours. My mom's birthday is tomorrow and I have $70 unaccounted dollars missing from my account. I don't have an extra $70 dollars lying around to place an order elsewhere that can actually fulfill the delivery. I am sincerely hurt and disappointed by this website's oversight and inability to correct it to help me out. I have never written a review on a company before, good or bad, but this experience takes the cake. I would reconsider using them for any of your important occasions.

Typically only disgruntled people take time to write reviews, so for every bad review of SendFlowers, there are probably many satisfied customers. I am one of the satisfied customers. I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered the next day on Friday and the price was better than anywhere else. After my order, I called SendFlowers and reached a real person right away and asked if there was a way to ensure my wife received the flowers before noon the since she sometimes gets off work early on Friday. The customer service rep checked which local flower shop was fulfilling my order and communicated to the shop my request for morning delivery (no extra charge for this). The next day, I received a text from my wife at 10:30 AM with a picture attached of a beautiful flower arrangement delivered to her office. The flowers don't look exactly like the picture of the arrangement on the website, but it rarely does depending on the skills of the local flower artist. Still, the flowers looked great! She loved the flowers (kudos to the local flower shop whoever you are) and the price and service from Send Flowers was perfect. I would use SendFlowers again in a heartbeat.

Like most, I should have read the reviews. Of course no flowers were delivered, I feel like an idiot! After 2 hang ups with customer service, "Denise" finally answered then put me on hold forever to check on the order. Nope, can't cancel or get a refund. Scam scam scumbags!

ORDERED FLOWERS FOR A FUNERAL AND THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED. SPOKE TO A PERSON 3 DIFFERENT TIMES THROUGH OUT THE DAY AND THEY COULD NOT AND DID NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY HAD ON THERE WEBSITE. THEY DELIVERED NOTHING AT ALL! CAN'T GO BACK AND REDO A FUNERAL. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I HAD NO FLOWERS FOR FUNERAL AT ALL BECAUSE IT WAS TOO LATE. NEVER USE SENDFLOWERS.COM - SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE.

WORST COMPANY EVER

I ordered flowers for my friend who her son passed away, called them at 4 for status, they told me they didn't know the status of the order, that they will call the florist and to call back at 6, I called back and was told the flowers were delivered at 1 but be no one was home they left him at the front porch, needless to say my friend got dead flowers when she got home at 3 as it was 90 degrees in NJ, deliver driver decided to leave the flowers on the first attempt instead of try to come back... :(

I wish I had read the reviews for this company. I used them because my husband has used them to get me flowers in the past. I ordered flowers for my best friends birthday which was may 18th. I received an email on the 12th of may saying they had been delivered, I didnt see that email till later. On the 18th they never got delivered. So I called a couple days later and they apologized and said they would call the florist the next day to see what happened since in their system it said they got delivered. Long story short. They "delivered" them 2 times and they never got delivered. They said they would change florist and upgrade the flowers. So now 6 days late, they finally got delivered and I bought a bouquet with sunflowers because they are her favorite and they bouquet they delivered didnt have sunflowers! I was so mad. I had her send me pictures and I wrote and email and sent pictures of the bouquet. They apologized and said they would give me 30 percent back. So I paid $35 for flowers delivered 6 days late and no sunflowers. So I called and talked to someone and they said the florist said it did have sunflowers. I sent them pictures as proof. So this company is sooo sketchy! And she apologized and said they would give an extra 20 percent so I paid $25 for all this trouble. NEVER USE THEM! Even if your order isnt messed up they dont deserve your service because they have treated so many other people poorly. There are other companies, even going straight to the florist themselves, who treat their companies seriously.

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, paid extra to get them delivered on a weekend and the flowers never arrived. I called and told that the florist attempted to deliver the flowers but nobody was there. There was not a time when someone was not at my daughters work... she works at a hospital! Two days after her birthday they still had not attempted to re-deliver the flowers therefore it's obvious that they never tried to deliver them. This company is a scam... don't trust special occasions on this fly by night company!

I was having flowers delivered to my Mother for her birthday. I found out they were no delivered despite receiving an email confirmation from sendflowers.com that they were delivered. I never would have known if they were not received if I didn't ask. This is a pretty shady business practice. I would not recommend to anyone.

I wanted my friend who had surgery yesterday to receive flowers if not the same day then the next (today). I paid for same day service which they did not honor and my friend did not receive her flowers as promised today! This is unacceptable and disappointing, regardless of their email saying they will refund my same-day delivery fee. The point was for the patient to have the flowers in her room soon after surgery. I will not use this company again and do not recommend them.

To be honest I should have looked at the reviews of the website before placing my order. I would not recommend this website not unless you like to be disappointed.

My mother's birthday is may 30th, I went to the sendflowers.com a month in advance and placed my order on April 28th 2017, they received payment on April 30th 2017 for a $60 arrangement of sunflowers, balloon, and card. My thinking was if I place an order far in advance I would be able to get them on the date specified.

Unfortunately I was wrong when May 30th 2017 came and the delivery time from
9- 6 went with no flowers I was more than angry. I called customer service told them the flowers were not delivered they were apologetic and said they could have them delivered the next day I said it was fine. I did get the flowers, balloon, and card but on the 31st instead of the 30th.

In all honesty I should have just listened to my family when they told me to get my money back. If I ever want flowers im going to get them myself I will never use this website again.

To me this whole situation was an unprofessional joke, I did get my flowers but not on the date I specified so far in advance. What a disappointment for a surprise flowers for my mom that didn't come until the day after and only when I called!

This is supposed to show when they got paid. Not sure how to fix it
