Ordered flowers for an important commemoration- the stillbirth of one of my daughters twins girls. Finally called at 5:00pm to see where they were, and was told no local florists were open, so flowers would come TOMORROW. NO! TODAY is a very important day and tradition! Had I been notified I could have gone out and purchased an arrangement to keep our tradition. They offered an upgrade, next offered a measly 20% discount. I demanded they cancel order, and give full refund. They argreed, then ended call with a smug "Anything else we can do for you today? Thank you for choosing sendflowers" REALLY!?
I posted my experience on their facebook page and they removed my post. Disgusting!

Looked like a mess!

I ordered Daisies for my granddaughter and she got a couple of pink roses stuck in a vase with a bunch of fern, then a stem of purple mums suck in the center. Terrible! Never again. This is not the first order they messed up. Im so hurt.

Terrible service

I called to follow up on an order I made. I was put on hold and waited 10 minutes and then they hung up. I called a 6 more times with no answer. I then called their second number 4 times with no success. After the 5th call, they picked up. I was furious and during my rant, he cut me off and put me on hold. 10 minutes later, he said "what do you want?". No apology no nothing. After answering my question, he slammed the phone before I had a chance to say goodbye. Just rude and a useless phone line. My order also came late

My order for 60th wedding anniversary just was not delivered!
And they answered me:
"We are pleased to inform you that your order was delivered the 20th at 1:46PM and left at the recipients front door." It's not true.
I wish I had read the reviews before..

Bought a surprise for wife for her birthday and these guys messed it up. They didn't even provide what I ordered (no ballon and the smallest flower arrangement compared to what they advertised. Total waste of my money and waste of a good surprise.
They offer to give me a refund for 25% and the trick was it's actually a credit that expires in 2 weeks. These guys are not honest when dealing with you. Stay away from these guys. Never again.

Company was unable to find a florist to deliver to the zipcode of recipient and did not let me know until it was too late to find another delivery method or company. Difficult to communicate with contact in a different country for whom English was a second language. Do not recommend this company.

NOPE Wouldn't do it

Wrong product arrived. Ordered a day in advance for my 10 year old daughter's birthday. A Congratulations balloon arrangement arrived, also with a deflated latex balloon attached. I called company, they reached out to florist in which offered to exchange only the Congratulations balloon for a Happy Birthday, BUT NOT EVEN THAT DAY, the NEXT DAY AFTER her birthday. I asked for the florist name and they wouldn't provide me with a name or contact info. I will never deal with a 3rd party company again. Not only do you fail to get errors dealt with in a timely manner, but also a middle man means more money for arrangement as opposed to dealing direct. Yes, You don't have to track a florist down, but you also don't know what you're getting and it's at a higher cost. SO in a nutshell, I paid $62.00 for a Congratulations partially deflated balloon bouquet for my daughter's 10th birthday. ~With a courtesy Happy Birthday balloon sent the day after~ lol

NEVER AGAIN

I ordered these flowers for same day delivery for a birthday at 9am. Get a call at 4pm saying that it's to late in the day for delivery and that the florist didn't have all the flower needed so they offered a 30% credit back on my card (which I haven't recieved) and said a different florist will deliver the arrangements the next day. The next afternoon I receive an email (no call this time) saying the florist don't have all the flowers to make the arrangement i ordered and asked permission to substitute. I called and they said if I authorize the substitution they will up grade the size free of charge and deliver that evening. Well here it is the next day and STILL NO DAM FLOWERS! Birthday present ruined. Two days have passed on something that I paid for to have delivered the same day! Paid more money in delivery fee for same day to not have it happen and not even get a refund on the delivery fee, and STILL NO 30% REIMBURSEMENT THAT WAS PROMISED. Never again will I order from them nor recommend them.

Couldn't get order right

Ordered a lovely arrangement with three balloons which l paid $15.00 additional. Flowers arrived w/o balloons and in a cheap standard vase, unlike vase in ad. Called Sendflowers and they apologized and resent flowers(upgraded) with only one balloon... l paid for three balloons and received only one... l will NEVER use this service again.

Ordered flowers on 9/15 to be delivered on 9/19. They were never received, and the person was home all day recovering from surgery. Called their poor customer service line. Was told they sent it to a local florist on the 18th to be delivered on the 19th, and would contact the florist and call me back. This was 8:30 in the morning, No answer at the florist. I called back at 10:30 and they still couldn't verify that it wasn't delivered. The manager told me that she was having trouble with her line and would call me back. I told her no way, they didn't return the call from the morning. Go find another phone. The manager said the florist told them that it was left at the front door. ANOTHER LIE! The manager said the florist would send out another bouquet. Yeah right, the original one that was never delivered. DO NOT WASTE your money on this terrible website. THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!
DON"T RUIN a special occasion because of SENDFLOWERS.COM RUN away from this site.

Horrible!

Ordered flowers as a birthday surprise. Assured that they would be delivered today I ordered them. I ordered them early in the morning to allow all day. Found out they were never delivered so I contacted their customer service department, and I use that term lightly. She indicated they had not been delivered. But told me for my troubles they could deliver them tomorrow and also include a box of what I can only imagine are very cheap chocolates. When I pressed her, She said they would also be happy to refund $12. Really? On a $60 order. I had them cancel my order and we will see if I get a refund or not. Horrible Service and I will never use them again

I tried to order balloons for my mentally handicapped uncle's birthday. I ordered on Friday and they were suppose to deliver on Monday. Since I live in the same household as my uncle, I waited and waited nothing showed up. I called and was told no florists in the are could deliver on the day I asked for. Then why does it say on the site that it could deliver that day? I was disappointed. I ask if can be compensated for the delay. They gave me the wrong total of a partial refund and they supposedly took off the delivery fee. They told me that they would deliver on Tuesday, so I waited and waited. They emailed me saying that they couldn't deliver the type of balloons that I asked for and asked if I can choose another type. I said ok and told them what type to send. Then suddenly I get a phone call saying that can't deliver whatsoever and they were going to have to refund me back the whole total of the order. I was so hurt and so angry because I wanted to give something special for my mentally handicapped uncle.

Don't try to order from this site. You will just get hurt.

So I shopped around 4-5 florists in my Area to find one that would specifically deliver the flowers at 5 PM to my girlfriend and when I found send flowers I immediately placed the order and they told me they would guarantee it would be there at 5 o'clock. The next day I get a phone call at 11 AM telling me that she is not there and that they left them at the establishment and then after all said and done I had to deliver the flowers to my girlfriend myself and when I pick them up they would nothing like they did in the picture and I was just so upset with the way they deal with customers. Once they get your money you might as well kiss your requests goodbye. DONT SHOP HERE.

I placed an online order for a deluxe bouquet and what arrived could have easily been made by me, an amateur at anything floral! The site claims to have a satisfaction guarantee, however I have a feeling I will need to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I cannot get a response from sendflowers. Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered through this company.
