Don't Do It

This was my second and last order.

The first order was lost and never delivered. I called customer service to reorder. They did send replacement flowers that were terrible. Called, they sent a second order which were very low quality. I called again, this time they gave me a full credit rather than a refund. ( I should have never agreed to that.)

My second order, for this weekend, was prompted by me trying to utilize my credit with them. I ordered flowers and candy. The flowers were delivered as promised. Quality was good, but not like the photos on their website. I just called customer service. On my third transfer, the person helped by refunding the price of the chocolates back to my card. I am done with this company. Never again... period!

Horrible

I wanna give them -5 stars. The picture is totally different from what I got. I've talked to both customer service and the flower shop, so they send me another one but it was worse. Seriously I wanted to get my money back. Don't waste your money.

Stay away!

I place an order in the morning 4 days ago for same day delivery. I got an email later that day saying it would be delayed until the next day. It did not show. Two days later I placed a call to them inquiring about the status of the order and they said they were working on it and that it was in the process of being fulfilled. Later that day in the afternoon I get another email from them saying sorry but we can't fulfill your order and then I would have to call them on how to proceed with the order. I called and told them I would like a complete refund. Hoping I actually get my money refunded!

So HAPPY

I wanted to send my granddaughter a bouquet of balloons for her birthday but couldn't find any site to deliver. Well, I sure picked the right website! They delivered a few hours after my order and my granddaughter is still in shock. They had a little doggie attached with the card and the balloons were so beautiful looking they put it on youtube. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We ordered a gift basket for our ill daughter after being assured on the phone of same day delivery. After numerous phone calls to them (which were ignored or hung up on), it was delivered more than 24 hours later. No return call to answer our questions, no apologies, no explanations. I would never ever order from this company again. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way and write an online review, so this tells you how horrible our experience was.

Daughter ordered a bear and balloon display for her mother who had surgery. A week later the order still had not been completed in spite of multiple calls to customer service. Ended up having to cancel the order because the company still was not going to have the item delivered for a few more days. Company tried to turn the situation around on the customer stating not agreeing to their offer for another attempt at delivery which would be 11 days after the initial date to be delivered.
Save yourself some frustration and a hassle by ordering from a more reputable floral delivery company!

I ordered a lovely large deluxe size bouquet in a beautiful square vase. Flowers were delivered in time but what was delivered were 10-12 flowers in a completely different vase than on the website, it looked very cheap and I was embarrassed when I saw the photo of the delivery.
I called Sendflowers to complain, they just said Sorry and we give you a 10% refund. I did not want a refund, that was not my aim.
Lousy service
They have a Satisfaction Guarantee on their website but do not live up to it.
Best not to order from these people to prevent disappointment and embarrassment.
17 Jan 2018. Ordered for delivery in San Francisco. Maybe other cities are better but Sendflowers.com in San Francisco is on my blacklist.

I ordered a memorial bouquet Wed AM for delivery on Friday, for a memorial service on Sat. AM. I checked on order Wed, was told I'd get notification of delivery on Friday. Late Friday night I get a call saying they couldn't find a florist to deliver but flowers would be there Saturday before the service. I called Sat. AM... they said they were on the way. Later that day they sent an email saying they weren't able to get the flowers to the memorial. Very upsetting experience. They are refunding my money. So what?!

I ordered flowers and teddy bear for my daughter on her Birthday, It was not delivered. I called they said they were sorry, and said they will re deliver the next day. I told my daughter about it and she will receive it for sure on next day. I was so embarrassed.
They did not deliver the flower on the second day as they promised. This is absolutely not a reliable service other that charging your credit card and embarrass you for occasions! Never ever recommend this... This service won't get even 1 star, it's too much for it.

Unacceptable service

I ordered flowers to be delivered for a friends birthday. They messaged me the day of apologizing that they couldnt be delivered, but would be delivered THREE DAYS LATER. They apologized and said they refunded me the same-day delivery fee.

Completely unacceptable. Her birthday was today, not in three days.

I ordered Sympathy flowers for a grieving friend and was promised delivery within four hours. I got an email saying that they cant deliver the flowers I ordered, but they would deliver something. I asked to please see a picture (are they going to be appropriate sympathy flowers?) and they said they cant do that. I said fine, lets just get them there ASAP.

Three hours past the delivery time, I emailed to see whats up and they said they would be delivered by 6pm. But by 10pm, they were nowhere to be found. The next morning, I emailed and asked for a manager to please call me. They sent some weird form letter addressed to "Dear MrMrsCustomerrr.

Now 28 hours after the delivery window, I call to cancel my order, but they were confused about whether or not they were delivered at all, or maybe to the wrong address. They tried to offer me a 25% refund. I said no I ordered specific flowers, delivered on a specific day, to a specific address. They failed on all fronts. After about 20 irritating minutes, they agreed to refund me in full.

Looks like its time to change their 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed banner down to 99%.

Had to stick a US stste into my address and could not enter correct address. When I complained the slashed the phone down on me---flowers were charged to my Amex card but were NEVER delivered. Clearly a bad lot of liars

The first problem is I ordered two arrangements for what seemed like a great price, but at the end of the order-- there was $15 delivery fee per arrangement-- an extra $30.
These flowers were for my grandparents 70th wedding anniversary. The day of delivery they say they can't find a florist to fulfill the order leaving me no time to find someone else. Then when I asked for a manager I held for an extended period of time only to get hung on!

They were very good about changing the delivery address with less than 24 hours notice, and the flowers were received on time. However, the arrangement was NOT worth what we paid ($50 plus free shipping). We expected a $50 bouquet. Our recipient got a nice arrangement that you could get in a supermarket for no more than $25. We complained and included a photo of the actual bouquet. SendFlowers gave us a refund of 20% and told us that the local florist would send us an apology. Which they didn't - but I don't think they florist owed us an apology! I think SendFlowers paid the local florist for a $30 or $35 bouquet, thus passing on the burden of the free shipping promotion to them.

Poor customer service

I ordered flowers for my future son in law who just underwent transplant surgery. They missed the delivery date and I received an email saying they would refund the delivery charge. I now have been on the phone for the past 30 minutes. After being put on hold three different tines i was hung up on. Now I'm on hold for a supervisor and no one is picking up. At this point I'm going to have to dispute the charge with Chase. I know I will get the credit because I have the email stating they would credit my account in 1-3 days. It's now been 10 days.

I'm really angry with their poor service, I ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday paid same day delivery, and they never delivered her flowers called customer service they promised to deliver next day and once again no deliver, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
