Old Flowers

Don't get the "best deal" florist designed bouquet. I bought it on for my mom's birthday but my mom took one look and realized they're old. It's so disappointing when you spent so much money and could've used it elsewhere. So annoyed, wish I could take my money back

Really bad!

I'm totally disappointed, with this company I paid for the expensive one in order to get my flowers the most alike with the pic, but they send what ever they want, nothing like the pic, not even the colors, flowers, nothing, I don't recommend this website to anyone and I have pictures to compare.

On April 5th, ordered flowers for a friend in Florida for a get well gift. On April 12th chatted with her and inquired about the flowers, as it was odd that there was no mention of them.
Called SendFlowers, Monique answered and said 'they did not have a bouquet, so it was not sent." Seriously?
A flower delivery service did not have flowers to be able to be delivered in a week and no communication, at all. I guess they were just hoping no one noticed.
I wonder how many people are paying for flowers and their recipients are not getting it? For many, how would you ever know if they were received?
They are applying 20% discount and offering a 'letter of apology', as if my friend cares about a letter. Supposedly delivering tomorrow. We wanted same day service. Sheesh, now we'll settle for any service.
There are so many floral companies that do better than this! RUN FAST away.

They advertise "Same Day Delivery Nationwide" all over their website, which is why we decided to use them. They say you need to order before 3pm and we ordered at 12:30pm. We then get an email at 3:30pm indicating that the order would not be delivered until the next day, ensuring that we wouldn't have time to order elsewhere. This was for a Birthday, so it pretty much ruined everything.
I'm sure they're a fine company for general needs, but if you need Same Day Service, do NOT use sendflowers.com

We are very upset because of this flowers delivery. Flowers don't match the picture on the homepage, in reality the bouquet looks very tastelessly and cheap, but I have paid 54,98$ for the flowers not 10$.

We will not recommend sendflowers.com service anyone!

I am now reading reviews AFTER I had a bad experience. I ordered flowers for a friend that lost a beloved pet. They were to be delivered on Friday. Friday, nothing... Saturday Nothing... Monday I called and was told the server was down and that's why they could not be sent. But they were able to charge me for it, hum. Was told they would send it out that day. A few hours later I got a email that they did not have the vase I wanted and I needed to pick something else. I called back and asked to cancel the order. Im being told I will receive a refund in the next 3 days. Im worried I got scammed. I keep checking my account for activity that is not mine. Everyone I talked to had a India ascent... Lesson Learned... READ REVIEWS FIRST. I hope I get my money back

Valentine's Nightmare

My husband wanted to surprised me with a floral arrangement on Valentine's day. Flowers were supposed to arrive from 12 till 4pm at my workplace. They never arrived, I got a call around 6:30 saying the driver will not be able to make it if it is ok to deliver them at my house. AT that point the floral surprise it was not surprise anymore, I told them sure. However flowers never arrived on the day promised even though I gave them the chance to deliver them at home. A day later I contacted the flower shop they did not pick up for quite a while I tried email them. The 3rd Day I called again an a rude man answer the phone, he was the owner of the flower shop. He told me what do I want and that flowers should had been sent already. I told him they haven't then he replied he will get back to me he needs to speak to his manager. He never got back to me and I received the flowers which does not look like the picture at all on day 4 outside by my porch. No apologies for the inconvenience, nobody knock the door to do the proper flower delivery. What an awful customer service. I hope people realized that this flower shop is not worth it and buy flower somewhere else.

Made an order from abroad to surprise for the same day delivery.
Later that day, claim cannot provide the request and they are sorry.
Will be deliverd in later occasion as soon they can have it.
My wife leaves the location on the next day, so it is irrelevant.
Making refund, with no fees related to the international payment, no other proposed proposed compensation either.

Not worthwhile another try!

Horrible experience

I ordered flowers paid extra for same day delivery. Two days later I flowers. No aplology nothing. Called got basically no response except that they had to make substitutions but still not only did I not get to see what they were changing. The flowers never got there. They were $66. I am outraged

Turned out only a $6.00 refund and $12.00 credit towards. WOW, more flowers to order. ARE THEY KIDDING? Why on earth would I ever trust them with a flower order ever again!

The largest Lavish Lavender Roses Bouquet was ordered for a funeral the next day. I was extremely disgusted seeing the arrangement that was sent to the funeral home. It wasn't the beautiful arrangement shown in the picture not even close, except maybe the lavender vase and bow, but that was all. I was so embarrassed by what I saw. It looked almost dead and not much lavender colors, very few flowers and no roses at all and quite cheap looking if you ask me. Why they went through an Ardmore florist when we have a better one right here in town and quite near the funeral home is beyond me. They are giving a refund of $12 big deal the harm was already done. Needless to say, I'll never be ordering from this company ever again. I more importantly WON'T be recommending them to all of my friends or family! Another note: I guess they don't like bad reviews, because every time I try to send, it says the site is down and try later.

Unreliable.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday. I messed up the order and scheduled and paid for them to be delivered Friday.
However, I received an email stating that they were unable to get the flowers out for delivery on Friday and they would be delivered forst thing Saturday.
No biggie, right?
No delivery on Saturday. When I called to find out what was going on I was told by Tess that they are going to be delivered on Monday. I reminded Tess that the original delivery was for Friday. She "checked into ot" and came back to say, "They will be delivered on Monday."
I am currently on hold (10 minutes now) trying to sort thus out, or at the very least get a refund.
I will never use this company again.

I ordered a bouquet of balloons for my GrandSONs 1st Birthday. Imagine my surprise when they sent PINK balloons. I can understand if you are not sure of the gender of the recipient but a quick research on the internet would have assisted in the determination. This birthday will always be remembered by all.

Good afternoon,

To whom it may concern I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. I ordered flowers for my wife on February 1,2018 for Valentines Day, The flowers were to be delivered on Feb 14,2018, and on that day she received no flowers. I anticipated that there may be a lag in service due to the high demand but at 9:00 pm I knew the delivery was not got going happen. At this point I called customer service to inquire about the status of the delivery and was told that there was not a florist in my area that could fill the order and the delivery would be made two days later on Feb 16th, 2 days after Valentine's day, which totally defeated the purpose of sending my wife flowers. I placed the order two weeks before Feb 14th just to ensure that she would receive them and was not even given a courtesy call or email to alert me that you were unable to fulfill the order. (as stated in your satisfaction guarantee pledge) I was offered a 30% discount on my order only to find out it was a credit that would expire at mid-night if I did not use it. Why would I want to place another order with your company if you could not deliver the first one. At this point I requested a full refund and decided to shop else where for all my future floral purchases.

Stay Away!

Poor quality flowers... Poor service... did not deliver on time. Day after Valentines Day!... no customer service, cannot get through to them... when I finally did. It was like I was talking to a Robot!... WAS TOLD TO SEND AN EMAIL WITH MY COMPLAINT

SCAM! STAY AWAY

I believed I was getting a pretty good deal considering the occasion being Valentine's day, which brings to thought, if it's too good to be true...
Anyhow the order totaled $95.05 with (No hidden fees they claim on their website and free delivery). So I checked my email which showed the total cost $95.05, what a surprise when I checked my credit card online to see that these parasites charged $156.98. I tried to call them, unfortunately 'the customer you are trying to reach is unavailable'...
BOTTOM LINE, BUYER BEWARE---I should have done some more research, anyone considering doing business with these crooks, please heed the warnings of the people on this review board, and read the reviews... I certainly wish I had!
How often do you see 90%+ 1* star reviews for a product... how are these crooks still in business!

Good, until they're not

I have ordered flowers from SendFlowers.com about a half dozen times in Texas, DC and Illinois. The first several times, I got fast service and decent looking flowers. The last time, I paid $60 to have some violets delivered to my wife's work for Valentines Day. The flowers that came left a lot to be desired. I initially complained and didn't get a great response, but after a kind of heated email, I got bumped up to a supervisor who offered to send a new bouquet for free. When the new flowers came, they were great and everyone was happy.

So 9 times out of 10, SendFlowers.com has done a good job. I'd have given them 5 stars even with the one bad experience except I really had to throw a tantrum to get them to make it right. But they eventually did so I've revised my review upwards to a 4. Thanks for working with me.

Terrible!

I am not normally one to give reviews, but this time I had to. I was trying to place an order online and was thinking this is pretty easy. Until right before checking out I realized there was not one place that asked what time the delivery needed to be made by as it was for a funeral. Long story short, I was given the wrong information on how to put a time on twice! I was hung up on twice! I was supposedly issued a credit for previous orders, but really it was a discount. Which is fine, however, since I had so many issues with the order they granted me free shipping, BUT you cannot use both. After trying to place an order with some rude customer service people for two hours, I told them forget about it. You think because of the horrible service I received they would grant both discounts, no such luck. I called a local florist instead and had the order done in less than 15 minutes. Stay away!

What A Ripoff!

I ordered what I thought was a nice flower bouquet online. What was delivered was a disgrace! Cheap looking flowers and very small! I called to complain the next morning after my friend showed me pics. It didn't look nothing like the pics I seen online. 2 days later another delivery. Still bad! Only difference a few more flowers. I will NEVER order from Send Flowers again! Save your money! This is nothing but a ripoff!
