Worst service ever

I placed an order 2 days in advance for my sisters birthday. Not only did they not deliver on the date, they didn't bother to tell me they were not going to until 6:22pm, so I had no time to cancel and go with another florist. My sister now probably thinks I forgot her birthday, and the company shows no remorse or responsibility for their lack of performance. Will never use them again.

First off, I specifically ordered an arrangement that was same-day delivery. I received an email at 3 PM stating that my delivery was not going to be delivered on the same day and that they would refund me my delivery fee. Which was nice, but did not excuse the fact that I could not be delivered the same day. I then asked if it could be delivered to her work the next day and they said yes. The flowers did not get delivered to her work, but were left at her home on her front doorstep. The arrangement I paid for looked nothing like what Was pictured. It had about half the flowers in it and was filled with more fillers than flowers. It was a huge disappointment

The only thing that was correct was that an order was delivered. Hower=ver, it was NOT what I ordered. The agent lost my info 3 times and guaranteed what I requested. Not even close. I wish there were a zero

On't answer the phone and when I did speak to a person named Lisa, my daughter had to call her with the order number. My daughter called immediately and was told Lisa wasn't there. These people are scammers and thieves. DO NOT give them your money or your business.

Never Delivered...

Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. The only thing easy about the order was finally getting a refund after I gave up trying to get the flowers delivered. Since the point of this whole exercise is getting the flowers delivered, I'd say they have failed miserably. Five customer service calls (3 from me calling and 2 from them calling me back) only to result in a refund after a week and still no flowers. Save yourself the trouble - find a local florist and have them deliver. In the end the same person will be servicing the request and you will have one accountable small business owner to deal with. There is no magic to this. I will pick up an arrangement locally and drive it over to my friend this weekend.

This company is deceptive, dishonest, and unethical in their business practice. I was guaranteed delivery and charged for said delivery. When this did not happen, the company promised to credit my credit card the same day delivery fee. However, they gave me a credit with their company for when I buy flowers again. That will not happen so I tried to get the delivery fee money back and they have skirted the entire issue. I wont use this company again and I recommend you go elsewhere.

I ordered and paid for 24 long stem roses in a premium vase for my family members milestone birthday. They charged me for that amount.

They only delivered 10 long stem roses in a non premium, crummy vase. Flowers looked horrible and were wilting. Called sendflowers to articulate the problem and they didn't seem to care much. After much going back and forth they said they would refund 30%. That doesn't make up for the flowers they shorted, or for the epic failure on their part and how what was suppose to make someone happy on their birthday only made them sad.

Worst part is if my family member didn't send me the picture of what they received I would have never know I was short changed.

Shame on you Sendflowers for such poor quality in your product and delivery.
I will never use them again!

Two times in a row they charged my credit card but did not deliver. When I asked for refund they claimed deliveries were made and did not provide any refund. House is on ring protection and there is no recording of the delivery! Stay away!

Mothers day order

I am glad to see I am not the only one who had issues with there mother's day order. My order was suppose to be delivered Saturday 5/12 and woke up that morning to an email stating they could not deliver them until Tuesday 5/15. Wake up people! Mother's day is Sunday not Tuesday. I called the 800 number and was also on hold for a good 20 minutes but I was not giving up. I cancelled my order and was told they need to get approval for a refund! REALLY! I will never order from them again even though they gave me an additional $20 credit.

Let me start with. I am not one to ever complain but
This is my mom's first mother's day without her own mother due to her passing in November so sending these flowers to make my moms day a little better... was very important to me.
Order was supposed to be delivered 5/11/18... on website it states they will deliver between 9-5 p.m... The company did NOT deliver on time for mothers day... or keep me updated to let me know order may not be on time.
I called the 800 # numerous times and even sat on hold over 20 min hoping to figure out what was going on with my order with no answer.
Delivery lady DID show up at my moms work at 5:30 p.m. and my mother was already home from work so delivery lady asked if she could just send my mom a picture and she will put them back in the fridge and she will get them Monday instead.
My mom forwarded me the picture the delivery lady sent of what she was supposed to receive and I was instantly disappointed in the arrangement they were trying to deliver, very sparse on the flowers, not the best condition either... not in the correct vase (main reason I ordered this arrangement), not even close to the arrangement I picked out. Just overall not worth the money I spent.
I am not one to complain but did send an email to express how upset I was... I received an instant response asking me to forgive them, they also stated they would make the arrangement fuller before officially delivering and will include an apology letter...

I was not happy with that, but did appreciate their efforts to fix this situation and agreed.
My mother received her flowers today and they are the SAME EXACT sad arrangement and they did not include an apology letter as promised.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a tasteful arrangement, that took me a good 15 min to pick out. They delivered a tacky rose/carnation arrangement that I would NEVER have sent. When questioned, they said its rhe floristss choice. Meaning they didnt have to send what I choseWHICH IS INSANE. I would never use them again.

Ordered flowers for mothers day well in advance about a month before and the order was not fulfilled. When I called customer service took too long and when they did pick up the call took too long to respond and said they will deliver on following Monday. Do not order from them. What a time waste

NIGHTMARE!

I ordered a fruit basket for Mother's Day to be delivered on Thursday before. It was not delivered so I had to call them. They gave me no reason for it not being delivered and said that they would send it out for delivery on Friday. Today is Saturday and I am being told the same story about it being delivered today. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from them.

Not worth the deal

The order was placed3 well in advance of mothers day, delivery was at 730pm then the driver refused to leave after demanding tip money from my 84 year old mother in law
I called thier center... they went everywhere from we'll give you a credit of 20percent
The local florists were overbooked so we had to go farther out for a florist to make sure delivery was done, however the tip demand seriously? I only got a 50 perc refund and an offer to have the driver return to pu the flowers... i said i would call the police if he dared to step foot on property

I order some flowers for my mother for mothers day, in advance so they can deliver on time. No they did not deliver on time I have tried calling the 1800 number all day no answer I just hope I get a refund. How sad I was really looking forward making my mother happy. People should not go thru this when you pay $ for it do not order thru here. I should've read the reviews
