Worst Ever!

Less than a star! My order was 4 days late. They said that they would take 50% off and lied only taking it off of the balloons. They also said they would take off the same day delivery fee, but only took off 2$ out of a 13.99 delivery fee. They also said they were going to upgrade the order and they did not. So a balloon bouquet for my nieces birthday was late and still cost me 47$ and I had to deal with crappy customer service for 6 days! All I wanted was to get her a balloon bouquet and some candy on her birthday for her party and be done with it. NEVER use these people. You will regret it!

DID NOT DELIVER ORDER

I wanted to surprise my daughter staying in NYC for her birthday all the way from home in South Africa. Paid and confirmed the order. On delivery date no delivery was done despite clear instructions to deliver to foyer at security with address and telephone number. Not so much of a happy birthday

Less than a 1 star!

Ordered an enormous funeral stand bouquet last Thursday for a 10:00am Monday morning funeral in another city. They did not deliver the flowers! At 2:30pm on Monday, I received an email from Sendflowers apologizing that they were unable to get the flowers delivered on time and would be happy to send them to someone's home. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! He died! When I attempted to get my money back and cancel the order, they refused to do so. Instead, they took all the flowers off of the stand and put them in a vase and delivered them to the deceased's daughter yesterday. This is the absolute worst flower service I have ever encountered and will never use this company again.

Very poor service!

I placed an order to be delivered the next day. Five days later, the flowers had not been delivered. Calling their automated help line, my flower order couldn't be found. So, I emailed them and was told the flowers would be delivered by a date of a month later! I will never order through them again.

Don't order Baskets

I ordered a fruit, meat, cheese and cracker basket for a couple (with health issues) and SendFlowers sent a basket of candy bars, chips, and snack cakes. I was charged $90 for this?! When I called (their site says "satisfaction guaranteed" LOL) to complain they refused to fix the error. They said they could resend the same wrong basket again (why would I do that? They can't eat it anyway?!) or refund me 20% but that was it.

I they had junk food baskets as separate options which I deliberately didn't pick. I could have made that basket at the dollar store for 25$. Do not use them for a basket of any kind!

Terrible experience

I ordered balloons and chocolate for my grandson. The delivery person obviously didn't care what was dropped off. I got no balloons and a box of candy that had a torn box. It was cheap candy I could have bought for $3 at the store. I called and they said they would redeliver. Nothing! Just a disappointed child. Won't use them again

I ordered flowers they looked nothing like what I paid for. They send junk they when you call they hang up. The only reply I got was we have proof of delivery thats all that matters. You didnt deliver what I ordered. DOES THAT NOT MATTER

24Hr Flowers & Gifts it's pretty sad when you order flowers for someone's birthday and they come in a chipped vase with missing half the water and most of the flowers dead. Not only did they charge me one price then they went and over charged my credit card. I called multiple times to talk to this business and have yet to hear back from them. Also if you would like their address to avoid using them please pm me and I can give it to you. I highly suggest not to use http://24Sendflowers.com! I will be taking action to get my money back.

I ordered flowers for my husbands uncles funeral on Saturday July 28th, Said they would be delivered to the funeral on Saturday July 28th.
Received a email at 11:12 Monday July 30th saying they were sorry they were delayed delivering the flowers and would deliver sometime on Monday... The services started at 11:30? So my flowers werent there for services... beyond ridiculous! If you werent able to complete my order on Saturday you should have been upfront and honest... this gave me no time to find a replacement florist to get flowers delivered in time! Will NEVER use or recommend your business to anyone!

Scammers!

Ordered a predesigned bouquet from their website for my mother's b-day. First of all, there was a hidden processing fee of 10.00 that they added at the end. Second, instead of charging 101.93 (this INCLUDED the aforementioned 10.00) they charged my credit card yet another 10.00, so 111.93 (10.00 more than the invoice total) Lastly, and the WORST part of all--the bouquet was completely different from the one purchased! Not even worth 20.00, let alone well over 100.00. I am currently disputing these charges with my credit card company. Not letting this go. These people are criminal!

Had a rough start. The customer service saved the day! The florest they used delivered a shabby bunch of flowers to my mom for her birthday. The customer service contacted them the next day and had them replace the order! My mom loves the flowers and I'm a satisfied customer who will use them again!

NEVER AGAIN!

Their customer service is HORENDOUS! My company used their site to send weekly floral arrangements to a colleague twice since mid-June as she recovers from surgery. What was delivered last weekend was repulsive. We ordered a rainbow tulip bouquet which looked sunny and cheerful in the pictures, but what was delivered was a bouquet of wilted yellow and purple tulips fit only to be hastily delivered to the local dump. Please understand, this coworker did not want to complain and graciously thanked us for thinking of her. It was only after pressing her for pictures that we saw the depressing 'gift' that she received. My coworker, about to place this weeks flower order, called their customer service line to both complain about the previous delivery and to be assured this wouldn't happen again. Rather than be at all understanding or apologetic, their representative chose to chastise my coworker for calling so long after the delivery. I understand that this late in the game is not when a typical complaint would be filed about the previous order; however, after having worked in customer service the level of arrogance and disrespect showed to a customer was totally unacceptable. Not only we will never order from their site again, we will ensure as many people as possible hear about our experience. Perhaps their company should go over customer service basics with those in their call center teaching these individuals to be a bit more understanding and much less condescending.

I am a customer and not a store owner. I thought that the ability to call a company (SendFlowers.com) to have them pick a store close to my friend's home, would work, and be convenient but, she received old flowers that wouldn't even absorb the water, and within three days the flowers were dead, 50.00 bucks for me and much embarrassment. Just do the homework people, find a florist local to your recipient. This company is not in control and able to troubleshoot problems from their vantage point - or they are not interested in doing this. When we encountered the florist who was in charge of the delivery at "The New Flowers Just for You" in Warren, the Representative Noah was combative, blaming and made a bad situation worse. He did (after 20 minutes back and forth) deliver a new bouquet, which I don't believe was comparable to what I'd paid for, but this was so tedious, between my friend complaining, writing my bank to revoke the charge, Noah's attitude--Next time I will just say "Happy Birthday" keep my $50 and call it a day. Save yourself the headache people - just use your local florist.

Do not use this service. I ordered flowers for my mothers 83rd birthday and they did not deliver them at all. Told me there was no response form the florist and said they would take care of it the next day. No response form them and no flowers. 3 days and no flowers! They acted like I had the problem. Said I could have a discount on my next order. Like I would order from them again. STAY AWAY!

Dont use this service! They assure you they will deliver the balloon arrangement to a business location before 5pm. I ordered 2 days before. At 3, I called and was still assured they would be delivered before 5.4:45 I got a text saying they were delivered. NO SUCH THING! Oh, bad traffic, any minute, we understand, yada yada, crap. Business closed - I had to spoil the surprise & tell my son to ask his boss to stay late and wait for the darn balloons! Then went back and forth through the lies about what they could offer for a discount for the mess. They offered me a $20 coupon on my next order as if I would ever use them again! HaHaHa!

I ordered flowers for our dear friends who were hosting my family for my grandsons end of year celebrationweekend. I did do same day order and ship. That was all good. What was not good was my flowers. I ordered their Sunflower bouquet in a mason jar deluxe, I got a regular vase and 1 sunflower in the arrangement. Extremely dissatisfied when I arrived at our friends. I e-mailed and my response time was quick. They did refund 20% which amounted to $7.20 on my $49.98 order. The florist apologized but did not rectify the situation. I am extremely disappointed in this service will not recommend or use them again. I worked too hard for my money to be cheated this way.

I wish I had found this site before using SendFlowers so I knew to stay away. I ordered flowers as an anonymous surprise for a dear family friend who is battling cancer. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, I received an email saying they couldn't deliver to that address. (It's a rural area, so I get it. However, why would their site allow the order to be placed at all?) They asked for an alternate address, and I told them there isn't one and asked for a refund. They sent a response saying I would receive the refund in 1-3 business days. Five business days later, I still had not received it. Every time I email, I continue to get the same auto-response saying I'll receive the refund in 1-3 business days and I should check with my bank. My bank has no record of the refund. What an absolute customer service disaster. Avoid at all costs.
