I ordered a simple arrangement to be delivered. I got an email starting they couldn't fill the order with what was pictured and would send something else. They refused to deliver to the address and leave flowers on the door step as the recipient works all day. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't comply. I told them I wanted to know what the substitute arrangement would look like and no answer. I called back to give them different address of a family member on the same street within the a half a mile to accept the flower arrangement as they would be home all day. I got a call back again stating they couldn't deliver to that address. Seriously? After three phone calls I have no idea on the status of my order. I can't get a refund and have no idea if and when they will even attempt to deliver an arrangement. Never ever use this company! Worst customer service ever!

The arrangement I ordered for my sister's birthday looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. I called the local florist who they sent the order to and she informed me that they only sent her the name of flowers to go in the arrangement - she was never shown a picture of how it was supposed to look! That's pretty evident by the picture i'm posting! Is that FALSE advertising or WHAT?!? I just wish I'd read the other reviews before I ordered! Sad part is I clicked their website by accident! SMDH

We ordered something for a funeral service at 9 am the service started that day. I was called at 3 PM and told they could not do it. The worst experience with them. I just wish I seen the reviews 1st

Not only were my flowers delivered late they were the wrong order! Upon calling 3 times I was told a new order would be sent. Then hours later I get another call saying they want to take the wrong flowers back from my grandmother that had been given to her for a day already. After stating I would not take the day old flowers back from my grandmother nothing was done to further help me. This was a total waste of time and money! Never order from this company.

I'm disappointed

I made an order on October 19, to be delivered on October 21. But on October 21 (Sunday) at 2:16 p.m. I receive two emails, "Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in the delivery of your floral gift." Unfortunately, we could not complete your delivery on 21/10/2018. We have scheduled your delivery as soon as possible on 10/22/2018. " I'm totally disappointed, I wanted to surprise someone and the surprise was for me. If they could not fulfill the delivery, they should have told me in time (as I did the order), so that I could do something or decide if I accep the delivery another day or not.

I ordered at 8 am for my daughters birthday. At 1030 I called to confirm the order and was told they would be delivered at 4pm. When 4 PM showed up no flowers. After calling the company back I was finally told the vendor didnt have the flowers to do the arrangement. I was told they would replace the order with a simple yet beautiful normal birthday vase arrangement not close to what I ordered. I was promised a 30% refund yet only got 10$ out of 94$ back so the math that's 10% and so I called the florist locally since there is only one and found out she was who they used in this town and that she told them at 815 she couldn't fill that order request so they sent her more requests however they knew at 1030 that the order wasnt fill able yet never told me. Had I not called back the flowers never would have come. The local florist filled what she could within minutes. Wasnt even close to what we requested but at least she did what she could. Also I found out that send flowers fines the florists for their inability to make sure the florist is even capable of doing the orders. They are not respectful to their florists and treat them terribly not good or ok to do with a small company. I should have ordered through the company themselves not an online one. Worst experience ever. Dont use this company. If u want to use an online vendor use teleflora they at least do what they say and deliver on the same time.

NOT ONE DAY Delivery

I should have checked reviews before I ordered from them. Stay away. They check availalbility of same day delivery via zip code. Site said same day was available, so I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I checked in via chat around 3:20 because it was not yet delivered, I ordered around 10 a.m. They said yes, it would be delivered. I got an email at 3:48 with an apology that it WOULD NOT be delivered. They said it would be delivered the NEXT day. NO! I cancelled. Now, let's see if I get the money back. Don't stop or consider on this site, KEEP LOOKING for a reputable company that delivers as promised.

Flowers were to be delivered to a church Sunday afternoon for a funeral. Without ever contacting me to check, they were dropped off 8 pm Saturday night. Their 100% guarantee is useless, they offer you 20% off to use their lousy service again.
Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Terrible experience.

My boyfriend ordered flowers for our anniversary and they never came. He ordered them on Thursday to come on Saturday and they never were delivered. He spoke to them multiple periods throughout the day and they promised they would be delivered. They never got delivered and when he spoke to the customer service that were very rude. Not once did we speak to the same sales associate but we always got hung up on and were given attitude. Finally I took matters into my own hands and asked to speak to the manager, keep in mind I waited on the phone on hold for 20 minutes to speak to him and this was our 5th time in one day calling this company. He tried to pressure us into moving the deliver until tomorrow which is Sunday and no longer our anniversary but he could not tell us what time it would come so I would have to be waiting around from basically 9am until 6pm. NEVER EVER get flowers from this website, it is better to pay a few extra dollars on legit website then deal with these scammers.

I paid to have flowers delivered same day for my best friend's birthday and called at 9am to be delivered by 6pm. At 6pm, I called to check the status and they said they left a message with the florist and would call me back with an update. At 6:30 I called back and a different associate called and said the florist "could not fulfil the time request" but they could probably deliver by Monday. They could have at least let me know so I could order them from someone else :( ... HORRIBLE! Now it is too late to get the flowers delivered at all today. I should have taken my own advise and read these reviews.

I ordered Purple tulips for my girlfriend. They were never delivered. I asked customer service were they ever delivered and he could not tell me. I wanted to surprise her with flowers after her surgery. This company sucks.

Still not delivered...

I ordered flowers on 10/9 around 1pm with the guarantee of same day shipping. I later received an e-mail that they couldn't locate a local florist for this. It would be delivered the next day. The next day came and at the end of the day, again, they couldn't locate a local florist to complete the order. They offered to upgrade the bouquet and either send a note or call with an apology to the recipient with delivery the next day. Now, on the 3rd day, I just received another e-mail that they still can't complete the order, but it will be upgraded and delivered tomorrow with a note of apology and we will get a 20% discount. We'll see... not happy so far.

I placed an order on Monday to have bouquet of balloons and Teddy bear sent to the hospital for my granddaughter I was advised they would be delivered the next day. That morning I was told she was being sent home I called told them and ask to have them sent to her home address I was told no problem the change would be made they would be delivered that day. It's now Saturday they still haven't been delivered I have called every day and keep getting the run around as to why they haven't been delivered yet I've spent $70 received no product received excuse after excuse and still not delivered to my grandfather who just had surgery sad sad company would not recommend them and doing my best to let everybody else not to use them. So unprofessional. Can't share a picture because they never recieved.

I found a unique flower arrangement for a "new-baby" gift. I ordered it in the morning and called and asked if it could be delivered the next day, in the morning and I was told yes. The order had not been delivered by 3:30 the next day so I called. They guaranteed delivery that day. By 5:15 it still had not been delivered so I called again and was guaranteed delivery that day. Then I got a call at 5:30 telling me they had too many orders and could not deliver that day. I wouldn't even give this business 1 star. USE ANOTHER VENDOR!

I have used this company in the past and an ordered pretty much the same size arrangement that I ordered last time just different colors first time was amazing big beautiful healthy flowers girlfriend couldn't be more pleased this time horrible does not look like the pictures very small unhealthy flowers totally displeased probably won't use them again

I wanted to surprise my best friend for her birthday and was waiting all day for her to text me a picture. I received a phone call mid afternoon informing me that my friend wasn't home and they couldn't deliver the flowers. Okay, but I was never told that she had to be home and the purpose was to surprise her when she saw the delivery. I ordered flowers in the past or received flowers in a box with ice and they were just fine. So they were not a surprise for my friend, because I had to call her at work to see what time she would be home. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I was buying congrats on baby boy flowers and the day after delivery they send an email that the florist did not have the container for the flowers I had chosen. They said they'd removed next day fee and upgrade what ever I picked. I selected my next choice and same thing! The day after delivery they day the florist doesn't have the container!
