I could not be there for my mother's birthday, and because of this company I could not even give her a proper birthday gift as well.

From You Flowers LLC, also known as SendFlowers.com or FromYouFlowers.com, is a terrible terrible company. I deeply regret not having read reviews about them prior to my order because as with the dozens of other people on this site - I had a bitterly disappointing experience with this company. For my mother's 60th birthday, I placed an order for a same day delivery of a Premium order of the"Hugging Bear Bouquet."

Well, the birthday came and past and my mother received nothing. By midnight of her birthday, I took called the company again and again to ask about the order and after 10 minutes of redialing, I managed to talk to someone who said that it must have been a problem with the florist but since it was late at night, the company would talk to them the next day about the delivery. Unfortunately, a birthday is a once in a year occasion and after having a unhappy conversation with my mother about my failed surprise, she stated that she would rather see that I get my purchase reverse than for her to receive a late delivery.

The only saving grace in all of this was that I made the purchase through PayPal where I was able to file a dispute against From You Flowers, LLC and receive a total refund. Within my claim, I listed the facts that I did not get same day delivery as promised and that I was not even updated about any problems with delivery. I also stated that I would take my grievances to social media and the Better Business Bureau. Despite having received the refund, I am still hurt that I was not able to surprise my mother on her birthday. I can't go back in time to change that; however, I can report this company to the appropriate authorities to prevent them from deceiving other gift givers like myself.

False advertising

This company ruined my apology to my fiancé. They delivered the wrong flowers, wrong vase, and worst part yet they ruined my personal heart felt message. How can someone mess up a message I personally typed, all you do is print! Yet they messed that up too. What you see on the website isn't the product Your recipient will receive. Save yourself the trouble and spend your money with a company that takes you seriously and won't ruin your day and those who you wish send gift.

Ordered flowers for our Granddaughter who gave birth to our Great Grandson yesterday. I placed the order around 1pm today & the arrangement arrived around 4:30 this afternoon. It is beautiful & exactly as I ordered it! I am very pleased with the service & would recommend this company. The price was also less expensive than other sites. Also I placed my order on Saturday! Excellent service!

I set up a balloon bouquet for my nephew's bday, 2 days in advance. They were never delivered. I've now been on hold for an hour trying to get a refund from these losers. GO ELSEWHERE for flowers. They are a total joke.

Wanted to send flowers for a funeral and put in the order. Get an email at almost 6pm stating they can't get the flowers out and will do so the following day. I call and complain. They tell me they will refund my delivery fee and will give me $16 off. I call a second time as I look in my email and I have nothing stating this and want it in writing. Talk to Chasity and she confirms $16 will be refunded to me. I get the email and it stating it's $9 and some odd cents that's being refunded to me. Not $16. So now not only can they not get flowers delivered correctly for a funeral but they can't even refund the money back properly like they're supposed to! I called a third time and spoke with a girl who was sooo RUDE that I demanded a manager get on the phone immediately. I told the manager her customer service was appalling and I cannot believe how this business even stays running with all the screw ups! The manager was nice and apologized profusely for the huge mess. What an idiot of a company! Stay far away from here.

Never delivered

I had placed an order with them for a same day delivery for a special occasion. It was 4 PM and the flowers were not delivered. When I called to get a status, they had me hold to call the florist. The florist was rude to them and hang up the phone, because she was alone and didn't have any help that day. They agree on giving me a 40 % discount and delivering the flowers before 5PM. 5PM came and the florist called the receipt and told them they would be there in 15 mins. My friend waiting 30 mins and they still didn't make it. I called the them again that night but the florist was not picking up the phone. I left a msg to have the manager call me back the next day. The next day I didn't get the call from the manager and the flowers are still not delivered. I called and asked for a supervisor, at this point the birthday is over and the flowers are still not delivered. What is the point of even getting a discount if the person never gets the flowers. Like seriously! I am on the phone with them now, but this is so frustrating!

Although the purple carnation bouquet nice, it was not what we paid for, we had ordered "lavish purple rose bouquet". There was not a single rose in the arrangement. When we contacted SendFlowers, they kindly offered to send a new bouquet or give us $20 off next order. Sorry, but birthday bouquets are only birthday flowers one day of the year and if we were disappointed this time, why would we want to order again? NOT 100% satisfied!

Wish I would have read the reviews on this company before choosing them. Sent my friend birthday flowers, to be delivered to her job (a leasing agent). A tenant brought them to her, and said they were left in front of her apartment door, in the hallway. The CSR had no explanation, and asked what I would like them to do for me. Follow directions, for one! They offered me a $20 gift card, which I declined, as I would NEVER use them again. I asked for 1/2 my money back, since my friend ultimately got her flowers, but I was left incredibly disappointed with the delivery process. I was able to negotiate a 30% refund, which I am not satisfied with.

Don't do it

I ordered a balloon bouquet on 2/12 to be delivered to my mom in a care facility on 2/13. I received an e-mail that they were delivered, so all was good. When I talked to my mom on the 13th, she said they never came - checked with the nurses and everybody and nobody saw them. I called SendFlowers and was on hold for 1 1/2 hours (yes, that's correct) and they said they would redeliver them the next day. Again, received the confirming e-mail but again, nothing was delivered. They gave me a full refund. They were nice, but it was excuse after excuse.

SCAM - Stay Away

This company is a joke

Complete waste of my time. Balloons were supposed to be sent yesterday and never made it, I called today the reassured me they would be delivered. Well they were an hour AFTER they said they would AND the balloons were completely wrong not what I ordered. The card was ripped apart and the box holding the balloons was soaking wet and ripped. They apparently can't do refunds. NEVER use this company complete crap

Do NOT order from these people it is a scam! I ordered balloons for my daughter for Valentine's Day that never came I have spent hours on the phone with these people for a refund they were put out and only wanted to give me a gift card... ah hell NO! Like I would ever order from these people again! NOOOOOO STEAR CLEAR
I ordered my other daughter flowers from Avis and they arrived and were beautiful!

I ordered flowers on February 7,2017 for my Mom to be delivered on Valentine's Day. When they weren't delivered by 6:30 pm, I called them. They guarantee that they would be delivered that evening! They never arrived! I called the next day and they said they would be delivered today. Customer service really could have cared less! Not helpful and had a "Oh well" attitude! I will use a local florist for now on!

Horrible service

I ordered and paid for two dozen long stem roses ($88.83) for Valentine's Day on 02-07-17 and they have NOT been delivered. I called their customer service number and no one answers. I emailed them and I only received an auto-reply info. What a scam. I'm reporting them to BBB as well as to my credit card company. Apparently, this is a total fraud.

Good 9/10 times

I was actually very pleased with send flowers last year when I ordered flowers for my friends, but this year I was let down. The told me the flowers were delivered, but they weren't. I called and after being on hold for 30 min like any good company and they said they would send them the next day and give me an upgrade. I am sad because they did so well last year, but failed miserably this year. Will not be using again.

I ordered valentine day flowers on 2/9 that were guaranteed to be delivered on valentine's day. At noon, when they had not arrived, i called to check in and was told they were ready for delivery and would be there within the hour. At 330 they were still not delivered. I will NEVER use them again! I agree, i think they are a fraud company, but i will seek a refund.

So I posted a little bit ago that I probably wouldn't get my flowers - well, they did finally get here, but have to say that I am really disappointed in what was sent. The flowers I order where obviously way better than what I got. The bouquet was wilted, and had lots of holes. Very disappointed - will not use again.:-( I uploaded a picture of what I ordered, and what I got... Not Happy!
