Horrible

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, a Saturday, they never came. I called but the florist was already close and not open on Sunday but they do deliveries on Sunday until noon. No flowers on Sunday either but they sent an email saying they had been delivered. Not so, they offered an upgrade for a Monday delivery, I no longer want the flowers I'm going for a refund

They are no good. I used them because they claim same day service, with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. My mom didn't receive her flowers until the next day, and they sent something entirely different.

THE WORST!

I ordered "my heart to yours" rose boutique for my mom's birthday. Which included a heart shaped vase. What my mother received was NOTHING like the picture. I called and was on hold for about 30 minutes. Their website says "100% satisfaction guaranteed." Also says "we will either refund your money or redeliver a new product." I asked for a refund and they said the florist will have to go get the flowers. Are you kidding me? The other option they gave me was a gift card with a 20% refund. 100% satisfaction guareented is total BS!

I ordered a blue hydrangea plant for my mom's birthday. Knowing it was out of season, I ordered a week in advance so the plant could be sourced. When I called and then emailed to get confirmation of delivery they claimed they could not reach the local florist. 24 hours later -still no update. So i had to ask my Mom and of course she had to tell me nothing ever arrived. Very upsetting considering I live on the other side of the world from her and just wanted to send her something nice for her birthday. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE!

Never Again

I ordered a Christmas Cactus for my wife for her birthday. The day that it was supposed to arrive I got an email letting me know that the florist that they use in my area (a large city) does not have any in stock. Thanks so much for the timely notice and leaving me with no gift. They did, however, sure want to substitute something very similar. As if there is anything similar.

DO NOT USE! Failed to deliver flowers for an important anniversary. Called me late in the afternoon to let me know they couldn't fill because the bouquet I chose online was out of season. Called back an hour later and they could not fill until next day (those lovely day after anniversary flowers - thanks!), and that they could give me 30% discount. Cancelled and waited for 15 minutes on the phone for a "confirmation" of my refund. Thanks Sendflowers for screwing me on my anniversary. Find a local florist. They're just terrible.

Paid $50 for flowers that were promised to arrive same day (I ordered them before 9AM CST), and they didn't arrive until 2 days later(!). This is unacceptable. Customer service has been unapologetic aside from saying "Sorry." Don't waste your money.

I sent flowers to my husband for our anniversary. The flowers in the vase were lot less then shown on the website. The flowers are old and wilted, there were bald spots, the vase shown in the order was slivery but the one that came the arrangement was clear. This was simply a poor quality arrangement for the price. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

One time was all I needed to try out the service from SendFlowers. I regret not doing my research first. I assumed that because there were so many online flower delivery services, the competition would keep the quality high. My mistake. I chose them because they lured me with cheap prices and a promise of quality. I was happy with my eventual choice of a Premium Bouquet and a box of chocolates that was advertised, for my friend's birthday. The complete charge including delivery was $105. What showed up, was abysmal. Having flowers delivered is always positive and joyful... except in this case. I was embarrassed to give it to her, so I decided to distract from the clutch of field dandelions by adding balloons, cards and stuffed toys. I certainly got very little value for my money.

I called to complain with SendFlowers and got a sympathetic representative. I sent photos of the arrangement showing that various flowers were missing from the description online. But in the end, I wasted hours of my time trying to get them to replace the thing that was sent to me. They promised that they would use a different florist and send me a replacement to impress. It never arrived. I didn't call back. I wasted $100 and I'm done.

Today would have been my parents 43rd wedding anniversary however he passed away in feb. Every year my father would buy her flowers so I took it upon my self to keep the tradition going. I delivered from his site will latest delivery to be 6pm central time. I am on eastern standard. So around 4pm I called to chk on the order as i hadnt heard anything from my mother yet. Lady on the phone said she would call the florist and came bavk on the line saying she couldnt get a hold of them butthey had until 6pm.So i waited 3 minutes after 6 I took a chance and called my mother. She never brought up the flowers So i once again called the company... the lady also couldnt get a hold of the company offered to upgrade the flowers... this is not good enough I am now sitting here in tears because you failed in every aspect of customer service the one thing i knew could maybe get my mother to even smile with happy tears the one thing that made my heart fill with joy was this. Completly ruined

I ordered flowers for my mom's 60th birthday and the flowers that I ordered did not look at all like the flowers my mom received! Wrong colors and wrong vase! Then they said they would send the correct flowers the next day... they never delivered them the next day! Called and got a refund (hopefully)!

I purchased my flowers & paid extra for same day delivery. The flowers did not arrive the same day. I called 3 hours after they were supposed to arrive thinking maybe they were late. They told me they would make it within the hour. I called back after they never made it. They told me they would make it the next day. They never made it. Turns out the flower shop was closed both days they assured me they would make it. When I tried to get my refund they told me they needed to speak to the florist to make sure they never made it after they told me they've been closed for two days. I have to say the customer service was polite but they made absolutely no sense. I had to claim fraud through paypal because they were not refunding me my money. Seems like its either a very poorly run company or just plain fraud.

Not what I paid for

I ordered flowers based on photo. The arrangement was half the size of what I paid for. Not impressive. Florist apologized and offer $10 for future use... but really, why would I use them again. Big disappointment. See photo of arrangement on website and the one which was delivered. Not even close.

I wanted to send something special to my best friend for her Birthday. I decided to send flowers since she lives in California and I in Colorado.

I have a budget meaning I really had no business spending any money. I went with send flowers because the prices seemed most reasonable. I felt I was taking a chance when going with florist designed arrangement for best value. I spent under 40.00 for arrangement plus tax and delivery.
I know this makes no sense but after placing my order I decided to read customer reviews which ended up leaving me horrified.
I was sure I made a terrible choice. Well Susie's Bithday came and late in the afternoon I received a text from her Thanking me with an absolutely beautiful picture of the flower arrangement she received and described how fresh and pretty they smelled. She was so delighted! Thanks So Very Much. I feel like a great friend who made my friend's BIRTHDAY extra special!

This business is a scam!

Do not use this website to order flowers! I ordered a small flower bouquet to be delivered to a funeral and it was never delivered. They couldn't give me a reason as to why. I begrudgingly agreed to have them sent the next morning in time for the funeral procession. They weren't delivered again! After speaking with several supervisors who were outright rude and disrespectful, they reluctantly agreed to refund me. Now I'm fighting with them because I never received my refund! This company is a scam! I wish I read the reviews. This is a horrible "company." Do not do business with these people.

After seeing how much the delivery cost was I left the website. As soon as I did I received an e-mail saying the same day delivery was free if I respond ASAP so I did. This is day two and my order still hasn't been completed. This is the WORST experience I've had with a flower company... EVER... I'm sticking to ProFlowers... don't know what I was thinking!

Ordered Classic Dish Garden for a friend's funeral the night before the viewing. It did not arrived even though I received an email indicating that it was delivered. I check with the funeral home and all family members for 2 days still no arrangement. They offered store credit and 20% discount instead or to send another arrangement. I told them it was after the fact that I wanted full credit to my credit card. I was then told I should get full credit within 1-2 days. I will see if this is true or not. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I will never use this site again.

Used them to deliver well not deliver flowers to a funeral. Couldn't make a same day delivery with a 7 hour window. Refund was all I got. Thanks for making me that guy.
