Disappointing

I ordered flowers for my mother in law because it is her birthday. And I although they arrived short notice and had a decent selection I was so disappointed to see what she received in comparison to what I chose online and what I paid for.

I ordered a gift for my daughter at college for her birthday. What I ordered and what I received was a complete joke. I paid over $100 for a $20 gift. On the upside, customer service has assured me a full refund. But a ruined birthday surprise that you can't fix is extremely disappointing. Picture one is what I ordered (with 3 mylar balloons). Picture two is what I received.

Buyer Beware - AVOID!

Zero stars! Delivery was promised same day, never showed up. Asked to cancel and receive refund, was given a runaround that I had to wait for follow up from florist. Asked if I could call the local florist, they refused to provide florist name. I asked them to call florist, was put on a very long hold and was given story that bouquet was "out for delivery by 7 pm". Again, they never showed up. Most florists are not open past 6 pm, so I knew I was getting the run around. Still trying to get refund. Find a local florist and call them directly, don't purchase from sendflowers.com. It's a scam.

False advertising

I ordered Flowers from this company to be delivered to my mom on Friday 19 for her anniversary. Friday she wasn't home from work so they told her they would deliver them on Saturday. I received an email saying they were delivered but they never showed up on Saturday either. I called and their customer service said the delivery person said they attempted the delivery which was a lie because she waited for them all day. Sunday came and still no word from them and still no flowers. I called and said I wanted a full refund but the customer service representative said they would issue me a gift card and upgrade the flowers and get them out as soon as possible. They finally delivered some flowers to her but they were no where near like the ones I saw online. They are scammer. I have posted pictures of what they advertise and what she received. Not even the vase looks like the photo. This is unacceptable. Do not order anything from them.

We paid extra for same day delivery, arrangement was a day late and looked NOTHING like what was ordered. The credited us $3.00 for late delivery. We ordered the LARGE Beautiful Life Garden with a pink bow and pink flowers as pictured. Other picture is what we got. $80.00

They have tied up with useless florists who have no stantard or quality. Do not order from these guys, you will be disappointed. Look at the picture given on their website and look at the actual flowers that they sent

Ordered a colorful bouquet to be delivered to my daughter. The flowers they delivered were not colorful and didn't look like the flowers I ordered. They also are deceptive with the delivery fee. "Get it delivered today for $2.99" is added to an additional delivery fee that doesn't appear until you checkout. I contacted them. Response was "All items are subject to slight substitution according to local availability and season, as stated in our website's product delivery information." The substitution they made was definitely not "slight". They gave me 30% back on the flowers only. They say satisfaction guaranteed... No repeat business from me ever!

Bad service

I ordered flowers for my nephew who is currently hospitalized. He never received the flowers and I keep getting updates stating that the address is not found. They were supposed to go to the hospital. I provided the information included room number. But kept getting messages from drivers stating no one at the residence to accept the order. This was supposed to go to a hospital! Not a residence! I am NEVER using this service again. I am out 57.00 and my nephew has nothing! This kid spent Christmas and new years in the hospital. I was trying to cheer him up.

I ordered a new baby arrangement with It's a Girl balloons. My daughter in law received a plain vase with some random flowers and 2 balloons, one saying Baby Shower and the other Love you to the Moon. This junk arrived 2 days late. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered a Christmas tree arrangement for my 84 YO home bound mother. Pine branches, red and white carnations, red roses, ribbons small ornaments small white flowers. Sendflowers substituted a gingerbread house cheap blue, green, white, purple flowers without red. Also a fake candy ornament. After I complained I was given back $23 of the $91 I spent.
Pictures they are worth a thousand words.

Will never order from this company again, you order a beautiful Christmas tree with roses and instead they send out a little bush with a sloppy rose on it and a sloppy ribbon, it cost $80 and they're only going to refund $30, if you want to send some beautiful flowers to loved one don't send them from here

My order was never delivered as promised but got an email saying it will be delivered at a later date. They have full control and was careless with the request for the noted date and the need of this order. I only wish they could as easily as they change this agreement, I could request that they change my circumstances so I wouldn't even have to make this order in the first place. Life and death is in the power of the tongue. Another day is not possibly. I got a email saying the delivery date was changed as if, I wish they would have said the delivery is no longer needed because my love one is no longer dead, but they can't. So I'm now waiting my refund from, I thought you don't charge my account until the order is completed. Not so.

Basically stole my money

Flowers were supposed to arrive for a funeral before 11 AM on Friday. I contacted customer care 2 days beforehand to ensure they would be delivered before 11 am. There were no flowers at the funeral from us. We ended up getting a notification later that afternoon after the church was closed saying that they were supposedly delivered. We could not get in contact with the church, so we waited until the next day. Send Flowers only refunded me 20% even though I don't think this delivery ever even existed. The church and the funeral home both say that a delivery was never made. I asked Send Flowers to let me know who the delivery affiliate was, and they sent me a generic response saying the delivery affiliate is sorry for an inconvenience. They never said that the flowers were delivered or not, or who was supposed to deliver them. Absolutely terrible service.

A complete rip off!

Yesterday Dec 22.2023 I ordered Assorted African Violets arrangement. I was charged $74.87. They didn't delivered what I ordered. The delivery was a small poinsettia. This is a total rip off. I'm super upset and I going to request a charge back to my credit card. This is absolutely unacceptable, I can't believe the bad business this company is doing lying to the customer with false advertising, charging for items they don't have and delivering whatever they want, This is fraud and even a felony stealing to customers. This needs to be addressed to a higher level of authority.

I ordered a Premium Christmas Rose Cutie arrangement for my cousin in Coral Springs FL. $103 cdn to be delivered Dec 16th as she would be home all day. I rec'd an email saying they were delivered at 3:16. No she did not get it as no ring of the doorbell, nor did it show on doorbell cam. On the 17th I called Send Flowers that they must of been delivered to the wrong address. They said they would resend the order. Yesterday I rec'd an email saying they were delivered. I explained to them not to the correct recipent. So I contacted my cousin who said they finally appeared in the garden beside the front porch overnight as there was no doorbell notification. They were wilted, no local box or cello wrap. I sent her a picture of what it should look like. No even close. No red ball vase, all white roses replaced with carnations (i paid for premium) a few old red roses and no evergreens at all. It looked like someone bought 2 grocery store bouquets and put them in a vase. So customer service apologized and refunded me for $23cdn which cost me $103. This was very embarrassing to send someone something like this and with the delivery issues. NEVER use this company.

Disappointing!

Flowers, balloons and teddy bear ordered. Received flowers from the grocery store (Harris Teater). They were just thrown together in a vase and partially dieing. No balloons or teddy bear at all! Very bad business! $86.90 spent for $24.99 dozen of pink and red roses! Boy, what a waste! The company is refunding cost for balloons and teddy bear(99.00). Only offered a 10.00 gift card on future purchase for the disappointment of the flowers. Never will do business with them again!
