Disappointed

Ordered flowers for the funeral service 4 days in advance and they were not delivered. They offered me a $20 credit off of my$100 order. I depended on them and they did not deliver! I will never use sendflowers.com again!

They steal your money and don't deliver

I ordered flowers (54.68) delivered 2nd didn't happen, 3rd didn't happen then the 4th never happen. Refund 7.58 for no flowers! Which I refused but they went ahead with the refund. Now I am being completely ignored by the company.

Buyer beware

I ordered delivery of flowers to four individuals from Send Flowers and all flower arrangements were delivered on the day they were supposed to be delivered. One of the four arrangements looked like the flowers I ordered. The other three orders sent to my very best of friends was about one third of the size that I expected. I could have gone to Walmart and bought a $5.00 bouquet of flowers and gotten more flowers. I notified Send Flowers and sent them pictures and I heard nothing back. I will never use this company ever again.

Horrible service!

My mother's 80th birthday was Monday, October 16. I placed an order online on October 13 for a bouquet and balloon to be sent to her in her nursing home on October 16. I spoke with her on her birthday and she had not received the arrangement. I then spoke with the receptionist who logs deliveries and found that it had not been delivered. I then called the Send Flowers 800 number and the automated service said it was delivered. I then spoke with a customer service rep who tried to contact the local florist, but they were closed for the day. They said they would follow up Tuesday, the following day. I called CS again on Wednesday to see if there was follow up and I was told another arrangement would be sent and that I would receive email confirmation. By Friday I had not received confirmation and once again called CS and spoke with the same rep as on Wednesday. I requested that another arrangement be sent and that I receive a refund as it was over a week since I placed my order. They said they would send another arrangement. I then received an email saying they would send another bouquet with an upgrade and they would refund my money. At this point, I am doubtful that will happen. The long and short of it: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SEND FLOWERS! THEY LITERALLY DO NOT DELIVER!

Do not use this company

Once again, I could not be more disappointed! I should have known better I thought I would give them a second chance. They never send what you order and they charge a small fortune. Please stay away from this company. Once again, I will post what I ordered and then I will post what they sent. Two Lillys really?

Anniversary ruined

I ordered a snack and candy basket for my Husband for our Anniversary I was very disappointed and feel like I got ripped off. I paid a lot of money for this basket only to have it come nothing like what i ordered. The first picture is what i ordered 2nd 2 is how it came. I cant believe that these places can get away with such false advertisement. Needless to say my anniversary was ruined because for once I wanted to send my husband something nice and surprises him only to have waisted my money.

SendFlowers proved to be very unprofessional!
They don't fulfill orders and the quality is terrible, wasted money and guaranteed bad impression. I wonder if they realize that we generally buy gifts and rely on them... Every time a problem and a shame. I attach the photo of what I received... It had to be a premium order...

Unprofessional

I ordered same day delivery flowers for my mother. The flowers did not get delivered as same day delivery. They refunded me the delivery fee and when I called to confirm that the flowers would be delivered the next day they informed me that there was no one in the area to deliver the flowers. Then they have the audacity to tell me to select another address. Why would I select a another address when I wanted to go to a specific address. Their customer service is poor they did not reach out to me to let me know that the flowers would not be delivered, I just happened to call to confirm that the flowers would be delivered today due to the previous mishap. Instead of acknowledging their mistake the customer service representative kept trying to give me offers and vouchers. I was fortunate to find another florist that would deliver at the last minute for same day. Beware people.

Do not use this company.

Sent email saying it was delivered when it had not been. Told me they had 'tried' to deliver so that why I got email. Asked for where to pick up since it wasn't delivered, said they couldn't tell me. Finally asked for it to be delivered to me so I could hand deliver it. So they did. What a disappointment! Wasn't anything like they advertised. Horrible premium gift basket for the amount I paid for it. And it was done by Safeway. If I had wanted a Safeway basket I would have ordered from them. It was supposed to be a man's gift basket. It included crackers, cookies, candy and two boxes of tea. Horrible.

Buyers Beware…different bouquet was delivered!

I purchased the Deluxe Modern Orange Roses Bouquet and the bouquet my friend received had no Orange roses. Not too mention the bouquet did not appear to be the deluxe version. Why advertise something you can't deliver? I reached out to customer service twice to ask for a partial refund and they never responded. Don't waste your money! See photos to compare.

Order# ******* I ordered bear bouquet and received tiger. The flowers are all different. The size is smaller than premium either. They have no confidence to duplicate what shows in the picture and redeliver. They just gave me a refund of $25.86 for a $117.96 order. Terrible services. Stay away from this website!

I ordered some flowers and paid for next day delivery. Got confirmation they were delivered by the recipient NEVER GOT THEM! I've been trying to call the number to see where they delivered them but the 1-800 number isn't legit. I will NEVER order from them again.

Terrible unreal

I order one purple roses and what was delivered not even close not only did i get charge for delivery but i got charge for another delivery for same day on top of that i pick some balloon and it never got delivered incredible the first picture was what i order the second was what she recieved and no balloon that was purchase

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I selected this service. I wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend's job and I placed the order around 8-9 am. I started reading reviews and got a little worried so I called them around 1-2 pm and asked if there was any way they could track my order and tell me the status. Although the representative was friendly and helpful, he put me on hold for about 10 minutes just to tell me that the order got rejected by my local florist at 11 AM! I had to call them for them to tell me it got canceled. Shouldn't it be the other way around? I told them I didn't want any substitutions, just a refund. I will say they were quick to refund me and the flowers still got delivered AFTER my girlfriend had already left work AND I had already went to a local florist and picked up some flowers for her, so she now has 2 bouquets sitting on her desk. I would not recommend this service. Call your local florist and ask about their delivery options instead.

Horrendous

Absolutely atrocious! I paid $58 dollars for FULL beautiful bouquet. What was sent was a sparse, small and terrible looking bouquet. I called to asked for a refund which I was told they would give me a 20% refund and $10 credit. I said absolutely NOT. I will not be ordering from you EVER again. They then offered me a 30% refund. I said absolutely not. They then transferred me to a supervisor and the supervisor offered me 50% off and redelivery. I said no. They finally offered me a 75% refund which I accepted. I am attaching photos of what the flowers were supposed to look like and what we actually got. Do NOT order from this company.
