Not As Expected

I ordered a beautiful arrangement with multiple different flowers and what I got was 3 sunflowers and one other type of flower. Looked awful, nothing like they advertised as. I know you're not going to get the exact arrangement but clearly no effort here at all. I would never order from Sendflowers again. Two thumbs down

I made the mistake of having flowers delivered twice from this company and both deliveries were not as pictured. For my first order I selected premium so they should have been bigger than the picture and it was a very small bouquet. There was also supposed to be a vase with a cross on it. The next one was supposed to be all roses and my delivery had 2.

My flowers didn't arrive and I didn't get an update what happened. To my Email I never got a response too but on the phone I got instantly helped and they told me that the apartment number was missing so they couldn't deliver. After that it got delivered the next day and for the cheapest option I could find over different sites they looked awesome. The girl is stoked, I am stoked!

Came up nothing found with order# I called and spoke with someone and was told I had to
Call back after 6 pm because that is when deliveries end. I want a refund. Never do business with them again. Fraudulent. Rating is zero

I called about a delay in delivery because when i ordered it said it would be delivered before noon, i was assured after the phone call it would be by 6pm and was BEGGED not to cancel my order despite it being for my DAUGHTER i obliged just to receive an email an hour later that my order couldn't be delivered for TWO days.! Horrible customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order on the 23rd of August for a delivery on the 25th of August. I called and kept checking the status of the order, and kept be assured that my flowers would be delivered. When I called back the final time I was told that my order wouldn't be delivered on this date with an unknown reason why it wouldn't. I told them I wanted to just cancel the order and they initially offered to give me $9.00 back on a $60.00 order. When I questioned the small amount offered they then offered me $13.50 off, and said they'll send a message out to have the order delivered early tomorrow. I told them that if it's not delivered early tomorrow then I'm canceling the order. It's strange that I also placed another order on 08/23 to have that order delivered the next day, and it was. Just doesn't make sense to me. I usually read the reviews first before placing orders, but I failed to do so this time. This company has a lot of bad reviews!

Impossible to delete/remove profile

I have been trying repeatedly for weeks to have my account, which I've not used in 6-years, deleted. It's impossible!
There's no way to do it from my sendflowers account and everyone I've spoken to in customer service is completely clueless. They keep repeating the same canned response about logging into fromyouflowers.com, which makes no sense at all since my credentials don't work on that site.
SendFlowers does not allow users to remove/close their own account and they apparently have no technical expertise to do so themselves.
Stay away from this company. Your best bet is to find and directly contact a local florist wherever you're trying to have flowers sent. You'll get better quality flowers and much better service.

SATISFACTION QUARANTINE? NOPE!

I also should of read reviews before ordering.
I saw this beautiful orange flower arrangement online. Ordered it for my sister who loves orange for her birthday. What she received was nothing but a couple orange flowers in the arrangement. When I sent a message and pics and said I was highly disappointed, I received a message giving me 20 dollars off. I wouldn't waste a penny more on them.

My order was one day late, which was disappointing because it was my sister who had triple bypass surgery and I wanted the flowers waiting for her. The product was not what I ordered, it was a different version of it. So if you want a timely correct order they may not be for you. Just wish I read the BBB and other websites before ordering

Horrible horrible horrible.

I ordered a bouquet of white daisies in a clear vase for Mother's Day. They sent a bouquet of a bunch of random flowers in a red vase and like the other reviews stated that they will make substitutions if the requested flowers are not available. First off, there wasn't a single daisy in this bouquet, and all of the flowers were pink, nowhere CLOSE to what was ordered. After contacting them they gave me the runaround and said they would send the correct flowers. I never heard from them again and when I reached out a few months later they could no longer "locate" my order. Such a fraud of a company. DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful

If I could give a -5 star review I would. I paid almost 100.00 for a flower order, I also paid extra for next day delivery. It is now a month and a half later and the flowers still haven't been delivered. I have reached out twice and both times have been told "sorry they haven't been sent. They will be. Here is a 10% off coupon for your next order". I have now requested a refund so let's see if I even get that stay far away from this company.

Never use this site

Flowers were never delivered although I received an email stating they were delivered. Spoke with customer service twice and the representative was difficult to understand and had no resolution for my issue except that I would hear from someone in 48 hours via email.

Send No Flowers

I should've read reviews before I ordered. Tried same day delivery, didn't happen. Got an email apologizing, but that they would be sent "as soon as possible tomorrow". By 2pm, still nothing. So I called. After holding for over 10 minutes, spoke with someone who said they'd be there today between 4&6pm. At 5:56, I received a call saying the flower shop didn't want to drive that far so they were working with another shop, so my delivery would be scheduled tomorrow. I told them no thank you, please cancel the order and refund my money. Hopefully they will but looking at this, I'm not optimistic.

As you can see what was delivered looks almost dead. Half the flowers are missing. Truly a sad company that should be out of business or learn to sell what they say they are selling.

Worst bouquet

Email sent to Sendflowers.com. Waiting for response. I found company on Rakuten, copied email sent to Rakuten also. This is very disappointing! The flowers are wilted and not very many flowers, no vase with included, bouquet is absolutely horrible. I am requesting a full refund of $60.92. I understand the heat, if there was a problem with the heat, it should not have been delivered. I should've been notified. I do not want redelivery. Please refund ASAP. Thank you, Attachment of what it's supposed to be, and what was actually delivered.

Dont go on negative reviews. I my self ordered few days back and contacted them on Insta page. They were very friendly and supportive. They called me to ensure the details about my order when asked.
If it gets late you get a full refund plus and additional delivery to the sender.
I am very satisfied with this website. The reciever got two deliveries and i got my full refund.

Horrible service

Ordered flowers for a funeral out of town. Requested delivery on 7/11 for the visitation. Never received confirmation of delivery. Called multiple times on 7/12. They had no idea why they had not been delivered. Told them to cancel the order and I went to a grocery store and got flowers and delivered them my self. Very upsetting. Very poor service. The only thing they did do right was refund my money.
