I ordered a lily arrangement for a funeral@ 10:45 am and was told it would be delivered by 6pm. I received an email@ 4:57 pm stating the flowers had been delivered. I was at home & no one delivered flowers. I call customer service only to be put on hold several times by a lady who didn't speak English very well. She said they had to "investigate with the florist" & that I had to call back@ 6pm because it was only 5:30pm. I called beck & 6:30 pm and told them I was going to dispute the $89 charge with AMEX and report them to the BBB for fraud if they didn't refund my money immediately! The guy put me on hold & miraculously they were able to cancel the order & give me a refund. No apologies from this scam company & I still don't have flowers for the funeral service tomorrow. Do not order from these SCAM artists!
Asked for a specific time span and they did what I needed. The recipient was very pleased. I would use them again. Pricing was reasonable.
This website advertises a SAME DAY DELIVERY service to reach their customers.As a matter of facts, their policy is yo get the customer's money for a service they don't provide and then "APOLOGIZE' for not accomplishing. I encourage customers NOT to do business with this website.
This is just a site that uses middle men for everything. Received flowers from my daughter for my birthday. They arrived a day late, were left In the Sun to wilt even though we were home, no card or info regarding who sent them only the name of a local grocery store. Called them—they don't deliver for cash does and they tell me they received the okay to deliver a day late from bloomnet. Call bloomnet and they are only the middleman for most online flower sites so they take no responsibility. Have to daughter to find out where she purchased the flowers. Called sendflowers. Number on their website header is not operational and after searching for a new number the woman starts by answering with another company's name. Don't use! Call a florist in the area you're sending them from or Amazon.
I Paid a lot of money for the flowers and they sent the wrong flowers, no same colors, not the rigth size its was smaller what I paid for it, wrong base. I don't recommend this company.
I ordered the burgundy lily flower bouquet 2 weeks before Father's Day described as "Send a dark burgundy and maroon flower bouquet, to express your deepest devotion whether as romantic, love gesture, or merely to say thank you. With this gorgeous arrangement of rich dark red rose, scarlet asiatic lily". What they did was have a local florist send a red, white and blue 4th of July type arrangement of roses and other regular flowers you can get at the grocery. I don't think they even tried to send the advertised arrangement.
This site is not only expensive but they mislead your order. I ordered a Potted Pink Azalea Bonsai Tree and they sent a flowerless bonsai! Charged me $82

Ordered the delivery of flowers for a birthday 2days ahead, and they still managed to screw it all up!
Called them on the day of delivery and was assured that flowers would be delivered by 6pm and I would get a confirmation of it. At 7:30pm I called them back because it wasn't delivered and was told that it would take 24hours! For them to figure out what was wrong!

I spent $90 on these flowers and look at the difference of what my mother recieved (right) to what they were supposed to look like! I complained and they said they would give me a measley $10 reimbursement! Like I'm actually going to order from them again?! Heck no! Did not add proof of purchase because it has my address.
I've never written a review on a company before, but this was by far the worst experience I've had with ordering flowers. I ordered the Deluxe Amore Peruvian Lily Bouquet (photos below) for my 2 year anniversary to the love of my life and it didn't even come with any lilies! The flowers showed up a day early (which I'm not too upset about I'll choose that over late any day) but they showed up half dead and half not even bloomed. I definitely recommend spending your money ANYWHERE else! Ps I paid $87.63 and it's impossible to get ahold of any customer support. Basically pointless, just like this company.
I ordered my mom a plant basket for Mother's Day. Upon arrival, one was visibly dead. I contacted the company and got $15 back on a $60+ order. They promised a new plant which never arrived and the remaining two died within a day due to over watering. For shame...
Ordered flowers for 86 year old mother in law. They were to be delivered on May 22,2023. That didn't happen. When inquiring I was told they would come the next day. That also didn't happen. Inquired again and was told an attempt was made but no one was home. Lies. She has 24/7 live in care. Inquired again and told delivery the next day. At 6 pm flowers delivered. Not what I ordered. I inquired about a partial refund for all the delays etc and was told I would have a 30 percent discount of $8.40. Well that wasn't 30% of what I paid ($45.30). And why am I even paying for delivery? Do Not trust this company.

Ordered flowers for a funeral a week in advance on the day of funeral the flowers did not come until 4:30 the service was at 12:00 I called and was told they would be there asap said I wanted to speak to the florist and they said they would message them and could not give me the number.i then said cancel cause funeral was over and they said I could not and the flowers will be asap.i should of been first delivery since I ordered a week in advance.do not order from these people.also customer service was hard to understand English was not very good. And not helpful at all wish I had not ordered from them
Placed an order about a month and a half before Mother's Day for a Saturday delivery. Received an email with a delivery notice but flowers never came. I confirmed on the phone with customer service that I had the right address in the order, and when I explained that the flowers had never been delivered, the man and the phone asked "so what is the problem?" Yikes. He then told me their system was down and he wasn't able to look up my order for any more information, but that I would get a call back within the next hour. I never got a call back that day or the next. I finally emailed the company and requested a refund which I did get, but this was a complete waste of time and it really sucked that my mom never got anything on Mother's Day. Not a reliable company and terrible customer service. Similar thing actually happened to my own mom with her mom on Mother's Day, but that company at least still delivered flowers the next day, but fully refunded her. It feels like this company knows they are terrible, but somehow continues to operate. Do yourself a favor and order from a local florist.
Ordered a fruit basket for delvery upon death of a child. Confirmed delivery twice but never made either of them. On the third promise, said they would credit me 20% of my order, but gave me $3.00 as the "same day delivery fee" and failed to deliver a third time! CROOKS and PATHETIC LOSERS!
Delivered to a business but at almost 5pm, …. So birthday flowers got there when recipient had left…also ordered all yellow tulips and mixture of yellow and pink…. Not what I ordered. Flowers looked in bad shape also. Horrible experience. I contacted the and gave me 20% refund…. A joke
Do NOT order from them. I ordered flowers for my grandma for Mother's Day, it is 05/16, still no flowers. They claim they are delivered, yet she did not receive them. Company offered me 25% off. Why would I want to pay ANYTHING for flowers that never came? 0/10, do NOT recommend!
On May 5th my husband and I placed an $84 purchase of a potted pomegranate bonsai tree in a ceramic pot for his mother to be delivered May 12th. On May 12th she received her plant; broken tree, broken pot, exposed roots. To my horror, my husband explains what has happened. I immediately call customer service and after a very lengthy hold session; I speak with a representative. This person promises this is not typical of their company, places a redelivery of the plant and offered and 10% off coupon. Not exactly happy, but ok at least my mother in law will get the plant we ordered. Or so we thought, redelivered today May 16th and all I can say is that the only thing NOT broken was the pot this time. I again call customer service l, who tried to pacify my dissatisfaction with a 20% refund and a 15% off coupon on a future purchase. No redelivery. Yeah, I had to nearly come to screaming before he would escalate my call to management. After another lengthy hold, management can only off a 50% refund and a redelivery that they can't give a date on due to shortage in supply... never using them again!
