They are a scam. Ordered poinsettia in a wicker pot. They said it was delivered yesterday. Never was. Then said they would send an upgraded version today, said it was delivered again. But yet again. Never arrived. I am disappointed and mad.
The address on the order was very clear. What they brought is supposed to go across town. These are funeral flowers, with a funeral card that where brought to my 19th wedding anniversary. Lord knows what happened to my actual order that never came.
Customer service didn't care at all.
Paid $83.67 10/12/24 based on the picture for my inlaw's wedding anniversary. Was shocked at how ugly the actual delivered product was from my mil. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
I ordered the Bee well soon bouquet which was to be a yellow vase with bee logo as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers. What was delivered was a complete scam! Plain see through cheap vase with flowers that already had started wilting. Never again!
It's probably my mother's last birthday. I wanted to wish her a happy birthday with beautiful flowers. This so-called company canceled my order at the last minute and offered me $3.18 as a refund-- what I paid for expedited delivery! Needless to say, my mom didn't get her flowers. I am devastated and angry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR FLOWERS! GO LOCAL!
What was pictured in order was not what was sent. I spent over 50.00 for something that wasn't what I ordered. They actually came through and refunded 50% and sending another bouquet.

AWFUL service! My delivery was for June 17, that day I tracked my order and it said it was delayed, until
Next day, I called costumer service and they told me they were not responsible of the delivery. Long story short …. The delivery was done until June 21st. Obviously the flowers were horrible, it had a chocolate box as well, and chocolates were MELTED!. And they told me that they were going to make me a total refund, which I did not receive as well.

Look at the photos of what I ordered versus what I received. And you decide whether or not to ever order from this business. When we complained they only refund us 10%…which is the same as a coupon discount they offer on a regular basis. Save time and money and buy elsewhere.
On April the 28th I ordered flowers for my sister for them to be delivered on May.The fourth 2024 they never arrived.I spoke with 4 supervisors you all don't have a corporate number until today which is May 7th 2024
I had to cancel, and ask for a refund on this order.
I sent a $75 bouquet to a client in memory of the founder. They were delivered on a Monday. I asked the customer to send me a photo on Wednesday afternoon ~ ZERO of the blooms had even started to open therefore there were just a few sparse greens (awful) and 2 or 3 small carnations/daisies that weren't even in full bloom. The picture on the website of course shows a full bouquet in full bloom. I emailed SENDFLOWERS and they send the flowers are sent overnight in boxes and therefore won't bloom out for days ~ it took FIVE days for the flowers to begin blooming ~ I will never order from SendFlowers again. I have always believed that SendFlowers were from a florist NOT just delivered by a florist.
I ordered flowers and chocolates for my sister's birthday on the 23rd of March.
I specified for it to be delivered on Tuesday 26th of March.
It was delivered at 7pm when the birthday was half over and the flowers were lethargic, limping with life and the chocolates were a melted mess of confectionery.
I was heartbroken!
My sister and I are very dissatisfied, disappointed, and utterly disheartened at the quality of the product she received.
Please don't order from this company.
I ordered the flowers in the 1st picture 3 weeks before they were to be delivered, the 2nd picture is what was delivered. Looks nothing like what they advertised that I ordered. If there was going to be that big of a difference then they should have made me aware of the situation. Bad business if they are going to just send out what they want & not what the customer ordered. I will not be ordering again.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my husband so that it could brighten up his day at work for one. I paid for expediting shipping, but did not get shipping before 12. Then I told them I would like a full refund I had to argue with customer service about getting a refund. I was promised a refund within once to three business days which the money was took out of my account and now they're telling me that they can't give me a refund, this is a scam. I would never order another book of flowers from this place and I wouldn't recommend you do it either.
I probably will not order from here again. People should receive the same flowers and vase that they paid for.
The flowers received looked nothing like the ones on the picture. Not worth the money and overpriced. Not recommended. Check the pics the advertised vs the actual one
I have had the most horrible, frustrating experience after ordering flowers through this company. Not only did they mark the flowers delivered when they weren't, but they have no answers for why the flowers STILL haven't been delivered 3 days later. I have gotten the complete run around and feel like I've gotten scammed! These were sympathy flowers after a death in the family and I feel awful they haven't been received. Completely unacceptable business practice.
We order flowers to make our loved ones feel loved and special. This place will mess up everything about the whole process. Save yourself the headache and don't order from here!
You can't understand the customer service, they put you on hold for EVER, your flowers will be late, dead or not show up at all. I hope my review saves some of you from wasting your time. I can't post any photos of the flowers because they haven't arrived yet.
I ordered roses and tulips and receive carnations. I call customer service and the person that answered the phone could no understand English. I am still disputing the charge. I would recommend using another company.
I did let read reviews before I ordered and I'm glad I didn't. These are mostly awful reviews. However I ordered my niece a couple flowers and a teddy bear to be send to the hospital she was staying at. They send her the most amazing beautiful bouquet of flowers. Much more that expected!
