The order process was smooth and my blinds came on time, but I was surprised to see that what I thought was an upgrade, cordless lift blinds are actually spring loaded blinds something I used to buy in the 90s and make it so I cannot adjust the blinds to where I want them to be and they are a pain in the neck to open and close. Because of the hardware, they also leave at least an inch gap on both sides. I wish I would've gone with the corded blinds. I called the company to see if they could adjust anything But they said I would have to just buy all new blinds. This was a big purchase for me and I was so excited to have new roller shades, instead I have spring loaded shades that I could've bought at Walmart for 10 bucks.

Wrinkles and inoperative automation

Our SelectBlinds purchase was an horrific experience. First, because of careless packaging, we have creases and wrinkles that can't be removed. We tried steaming and various products. Customer service was absolutely terrible. They responded 3 weeks later! Secondly, two of the motors would not operate. Again customer service was useless. They sent me an outdated video that didn't apply to my product to troubleshoot myself. I diagnosed it myself. Two of the motors were not seated into their connectors.

Yes, I did receive my order. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The product I received — 2" Routeless Faux Wood Blinds — was not clearly described in terms of functionality. Nowhere in the product listing or video was it clearly stated that the slats would fall out with normal handling. After receiving the blinds, I shared detailed photos and videos with your support team, demonstrating the issue. Instead of acknowledging the lack of clear disclosure, I was told I had "mishandled" the product and was offered only a 5% discount or the option to pay again for a remake. I requested a reasonable resolution — either a partial refund or a no-cost remake — and was refused. Your team insisted the product was "made correctly," despite clear usability issues.

I ordered the 2" Routeless Faux Wood Blinds from SelectBlinds, expecting a clean, modern blind. What I received was something I was never warned about: a product where the slats fall out every time the blinds are touched or moved. After spending hours documenting the issue with photos and video, customer support admitted this is "how the product is designed" and told me to "hold the blinds carefully" to prevent slats from falling out. That's not a realistic solution — it's a clear sign of a flawed design that was never disclosed during purchase. Their response? A 5% discount to keep the blinds "as is," while refusing a replacement or a remake, despite having a 90-day satisfaction guarantee prominently advertised. This is unacceptable. What's worse is their tone. Instead of truly listening to my concerns, their responses were dismissive, templated, and focused on denying responsibility. No empathy, no flexibility, no attempt to retain customer trust. I spent hours repacking the product, dealing with follow-ups, and still got nothing of substance. Buyers beware — this company does not stand behind usability or customer satisfaction. If you value transparency, product quality, or respectful customer service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Can not use!

I can not use my motorized blinds! I have had them for weeks now, talked to 3 different customers services and one Bridge customer service rep and no one can fix the issue. My bridge won't link to the blinds and I was told by Select Blinds that I did not need the remote if I had the bridge. That's a lie! I wish I would have ordered the remote…. Now I'm waiting for the remote to be delivered…. And waiting. This is so sad, spent a ton of money for nothing. So make sure you order a remote if you use the bridge. Fingers crossed the remote will work…. If I ever receive it?!

Good Experience Again

This is the fourth time we've ordered from Select Blinds if that's any indication of satisfaction. I'm still someone who prefers drawstrings and tilt wands so the stringless mechanisms take some getting used to. The wide faux wood blinds are heavy if you have tall windows like we do. Make sure you know what you want and follow the measuring procedure to the letter. You'll be pleased with the result.

I purchased 11 blinds and shades. The 4 faced x wood blinds arrived in perfect condition and look great! 2 of the 7 dual shade motorized shades came damaged. I made a claim and within 2 weeks, I had my replacement shades delivered. However, the 10 warranty window is very short. Not everyone has help to put these shades up within a 10 time frame. I did t know one shade was damaged until after it was installed. The warranty period should extend to 30 days

I ordered the lavender Laura Ashley Light Filtering Roller Shade and, at the time of my order which was near Memorial Day, this gorgeous was on sale for 50% off the regular price.! Rec'd the blind intact and well packaged with instructions for hanging it in my kitchen window. I just LOVE this blind. It blocks a porch light that the woman who lives across the street keeps lit all night long. The wattage in her porch seems to exceed 500 gazillion watts and lights up the entire west side of my house. It is annoying and I had been trying to think of a way to block that horrendous light flooding into my kitchen window every morning. This beautiful blind solved that issue with beauty!
