Very unhappy with our blinds. I requested a refund n to return them. The material was cheap the brackets were flimsy when we tried to put the up. I was told I was not eligible to return them. Very disappointed with the quality service.

Love my new roman blinds (Farmhouse) They add perfect softness and texture to my newly remodeled master bedroom and bath. We were able to measure, order and receive the blinds within 2 weeks. The shades fit perfectly. Instructions for install are easy to follow using the online videos.
Blinds were ok for the money. They serve the purpose fine. I have always used select blinds and they never fail.
It was all good but I think you should have specified that the blinds should be from top of the frame

Blinds look very nice, the room darkening is great and I really like the amount of light that comes through the light filtering. I was wanting to find though, top down, bottom up with the options of light filtering or room darkening. I believe that would have made them a 4 options cellular blinds. Was not able to find that option anywhere. Will definitely use Select Blinds in the future.

However I did not receive updates on my order, I had to contact a representative.
I ordered outside mounted, floral shade to go over an existing window with cellular shades. I love the design on my shade, but since it's an outside mount I don't like the look of the top rail at all. But, my bad so I will live with it.
This order was for the primary bedroom, after first doing the other rooms in the house in three separate orders. This final order had some product feature changes that don't allow for a match to the previous orders, namely the omission of the pull cords to raise and lower the blinds as well as the option of selecting which side the adjustment wand is placed, which disallows a symmetrical look to the install. I haven't unpacked or installed the order yet so I can't comment further at this time.
I can't believe I waited so long to get these blinds. We got matching motorized blinds in the stone color with valences, synchronized with one wall-mounted remote control. I had to adjust the lengths a little bit which was SUPER easy.
The Memorial Day Sale convinced me to use you instead of another company.
Shopped ordered and shipped. Everything was received timely.
We put this blind in our camper and it has helped with it not being so hot!
Easy to order and just as easy to install. They arrived 5 days late. The color was a little off from what was expected but overall satisfied.

I like the ease of shopping on their website, and their communication is great!
Initial order, 7 of 7 blinds were from China wrong. 7 of 7 were not no drill as ordered and 6 of 7 were not reverse wound. New blinds reordered from Vietnam, received only 2 of 7 blinds. Requested a refund, told no. No faith my order will be filled, been two months and still dragging on.

After receiving my first order of selectblinds.com I found the blinds to be quite unattractive. I called to try to have them remake the blindsas their site suggested they would only to find out that you had to pay for that ahead of time. So I tried to cancel asecond order since the first one was so horrible, and they would not allow me to cancel the order stop the order, or give me refund. Do not use select blinds.com. A better resource for blinds or shades is blinds.com.

Our order came in as expected and one of the roller shades was installed without an issue. The second one we have a problem with. We would like to order as shorter chain. The reason is the wall it goes on is all marble. The current chain safety device hangs down in the marble and we do not want to drill holes into the marble. If the loop chain were shorter we could mount the loop chain into the drywall /studs and everything would work fine.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
